How many Virginia bloggers can afford to hire a real lawyer?"), is likely just a frivolous lawsuit intended to intimidate blogs in general, and BVBL specifically. Aside from the fact that the courts frown upon such things nowadays, anybody ever heard of countersuits? Why take the route of intimidation if you have truth, and evidence, on your side? I wonder if Chapman realizes that he is rapidly inciting a vast network of people who might just decide that it is in their best interests to see to it that this boy disappears into well-deserved obscurity, preferably not in this hemisphere.
