Oh, incidentally, a records check of the Prince William County Court Case system doesn’t seem to find that either of those MS-13 gangbangers picked up in MP back in March have a pending court date. Draw your own conclusions as to what that means.

I assume you’re talking about Paul Ebert? Ebert did such a fine job going after Chapman, wonder why he couldn’t be bothered with any of the illegal alien gang-bangers in PW County?

Don’t forget, under Virginia’s RICO statutes, just being a member of a gang is a criminal offense that can land you in jail for up to 2 years. Any illegal gang activity on top of that will add on to a prison sentence.

Seems to me the main problem around here is not going after gang members and prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law. There is no reason why we can’t lock up every single one of them the police can find. Oh, that’s right, we’d have to have a competent Commonwealth’s Attorney office then to make sure they’d be convicted. Never mind.

I called him about a wrecked vehicle that was towed to Belmont Station and left in a common parking spot. He talked to the person who owns it and got them to remove it a couple of days later.

It had been there a week before I called him, and I got sick and tired of looking at it everytime I went to the mailbox.

If you can’t be bothered to call about a problem, THEN DON’T BITCH WHEN NOTHING IS DONE.

Did anyone notice the graffiti that was on the silver control box next to the RR crossing at Manassas Drive?

Did anyone notice that it was gone–removed–the next day?

Now, let’s compare that with the graffiti that’s on a VDOT street sign on 28—and which has been there at least 2 months DESPITE my email AND phone call about it.

VDOT doesn’t give a crap.

By VDOT standards, MP is doing a fine job.

Conner has become a dumping ground for unwanted cars. It’s a public street, but since it is on the edge of the jurisdiction, it is often forgotten and neglected. The blame is often shifted to the HOAs that border it (which have their own problems with maintaining the neighborhood, board membership, and their management companies) but it truly the responsibility of the city of MP. Conner needs to be better patrolled by local police. Those neighborhoods need to be better patrolled.

Unfortunately most people in this area are like that, not just M.P. I wonder how much of the gang problem would go away if we would enforce our immigration laws and got rid of the over crowding situation in this area.
