		<description>There is no way enough people have even heard of Rishell for her to beat Miller by much.  She has never held public office before, has maintained a low profile, has not held any large public events and it is July.  Rishell's name recognition can't be high enough for her to register on a poll.  

I think Greg is right.  This sounds like a desperate ploy to attract party support to a campaign that isn't able to get off the ground.</description>
