…you should see what a solider serving in Iraq had to say about the national results from the election.

Realize this also.. you have just put a heavy price on the heads of us all…… Now that we are branded as cowards, we are an easy target, oh so inviting for the taking……. I swore to protect your children in your beds…. yet you fling the door wide open in spite of me to invite the scourge…. Well…. have it your way then.

Right, and this soldier speaks for all of our troops. It is as ridiculous to take a comment from another soldier who is thrilled the Democrats took control of Congress and assume he speaks for all of the troops. Get a grip.
Everyone should read the transcript of Bush’s press conference where he admits he just made stuff up about the Democrats during the campaign in order to win. Bush’s complete lack of respect for the truth, and our troops, should really be the issue after this election, not the ramblings of a soldier who has bought into the “…if the Democrats win the terrorists win and America loses” nonsense that Bush was pushing on the electorate.
You people impeach Clinton for lying about getting a BJ while you think Bush is god on earth while he lies about the positions of the opposition, the rationale for going into Iraq, and for the current situation in Iraq. Bush has the blood of thousands of US troops on his hands and everyone who continues to support this war should be ashamed.
