You are being a bit harsh here.  Del. Miller currently sits at the absolute bottom of the totem poll in terms of seniority.  It takes a few years for freshmen to get on good committees.  He will get there soon enough.

Until then, Miller can work to strengthen Virginia's high-tech community and education system from the Science and Technology Committee.  Given the importance of technology to the Manassas area, this is not a bad fit.  

I hope he continues to look into using technology to improve our transportation system.  There are some great ideas out there that just need a little push to become practical.  Miller is imaginative enough to see technology's potential and do some impressive things in the next few years.</description>
