Yes Virginia, There Are No Hispanic Sex Offenders
By Greg L | 14 December 2006 | Crime | 22 Comments
A BVBL reader invited me to take a look at the Virginia Sex Offender Registry and confirm their impression that there seems to be a complete absence of any hispanic sex offenders in the registry, and indeed, that appears to be the case. A review of the records, at least in Northern Virginia, indicates that all of our sex offenders are White, Black, Asian or Pacific Islander, or of Unknown ethnicity.
Why would race be significant in this case? Well, sometimes these folks disappear, and end up on a list of wanted persons for violating the requirement that they register or re-register upon release, or on a periodic basis. The registry provides a description of these wanted sex offenders, including height, weight, eye color, hair color and race and usually a photograph in order to provide enough information for the public to help determine where these persons are. So having the ethnicity of a registered sex offender serves a purpose other than the usual dubious collection of ethnic information that often only satisfies some statistical requirement or promotes race-based discrimination by our government.
Alas, in some cases the race of a wanted individual is simply unknown. For example, Ricardo Rivera, a convicted rapist who disappeared from Loudoun County is of indeterminate ethnicity. As is the case with Tony Morales-Villatoro, a wanted child molester from Alexandria, and Carlos Quintanilla, aka Samuel Zelaya of Loudoun County. Hopefully, despite the unknown nature of their ethnicity, someone will identify the location of these wanted persons and alert the authorities as to their whereabouts.
From what I could tell, the majority of wanted sex offenders are of White ethnicity, which isn’t surprising given the demographic makeup of the area. Alert citizens should be on the lookout for these wanted sex offenders who are identified as having White ethnicity: rapist Alex Flores-Delcid, of Prince William County, child molester Socimo Mejia of Fairfax County, child molester Jose Villatoro-Garcia of Fairfax County, Santos Delarosa of Fairfax County, who was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Battery, and child molester Carlos Castro of Manassas. Helpfully they are all around 5′6″ tall, about 150 pounds, and have black hair and brown eyes, but you can look at the photographs on their profiles which will be helpful in identifying these potentially dangerous sex offenders.
The hispanic community should be proud that they have not at all contributed to the ranks of sex offenders in Virginia. And our appreciation goes out to the Virginia State Police for providing us with such useful and important information about sex offenders that are in our communities and those who are wanted by authorities. I especially appreciate such excellent identifying information regarding these convicted criminals where we have all of the information we need in order to help authorities locate wanted persons. Great job, guys and gals!
NOTE: Information and links provided here which provide identifying information are for the sole purpose of locating wanted persons and alerting authorities as to their whereabouts. All individuals referenced here should be considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. It is unlawful to harass individuals registered in the Virginia Sex Offender Registry, who after all have paid their debt to society and are following the law by complying with registration requirements.
UPDATE: This link regarding illegal aliens and crime was sent to me this evening. Here’s an interesting excerpt from this shocking article:
One of the problems in identifying on a national basis the involvement, and maybe even more importantly the over-representational involvement, of illegal aliens in crime is that no one tracks it as a particular demographic statistic. As noted in Cop murder spotlights crisis of killer aliens -No government agency tracks crimes by illegals, not even attacks on police no one really knows how many illegal alien criminals there are and many simply fall through the cracks.
Hampering our ability to identify exactly who is committing the crimes, interestingly, as noted in The Tarpit blog, Hispanics/Latinos, by far the largest component of illegal aliens, become “White, Caucasian, or Other” predators in Arizona. The same thing in Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New Mexico, and probably other states as well. In any case, we have not been able to find anyone who tracks criminals by resident status on a national basis. Given the seriousness and brutality of the crimes, and massive participation by illegal aliens, it almost seems as if the various government agencies and mainstream media do not want the taxpayers (i.e., you) to be informed.

I believe, maybe mistaken, that FBI crime stats consider a hispanic “white” when he/she is the perp and “hispanic” when he/she is the victim.
Why yes, it is the FBI. 2nd to last paragraph here:
http://www.jewishworldreview.com/cols/elder070999.asp
That just goes to show how stupid hate crime laws are, the built in bias is unbelievable. And, then when the hate crime statistics are released the liberals start their hand wringing over the huge number of “hate crimes”. I would venture to say in our Politically correct environment, some police departments are not so quick to label some crimes hate crimes if the race of the victim is not the right color.
As for why there are no hispanic sex offenders… that is easy.. because they are too busy doing jobs that Americans are too lazy to do.
I know where they are: They are all working in Swift meat-packing plants. They had to get these jobs while they await their marching orders for the reconquista! Let an ammnesty bill pass, and I’ll bet they surface.
I just found this on a local news site.
Man exposes self to Woodbridge woman
A man exposed himself to a 55-year-old Woodbridge woman in the 13200 block of Occoquan Road around 3 p.m. Sunday, said Officer John Bogert, Prince William police spokesman.
The victim told police that the man unzipped his pants and exposed himself to her before fleeing on foot, Bogert said.
The flasher is described as a Hispanic man, between ages 30 and 35, approximately 5 feet tall, and 150 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans and a blue jean jacket.
Why would anyone who wants to bring peace and happiness to earth, wish their personal pain on the rest of the world forever?
Politicians and Law Enforcement with the help of victims advocate groups has lied to the public.
The reason victim’s advocates continue their style of activity is they are cashing in.
Encourageing pain and suffering, rather than peace is a distructive activity use by theses activist.
Requireing the breakup of families is extending entitlement which can only fail everyone.
The entitled have no room left for those that can not afford to buy justice.
See how children as young as 3 year old children have been placed on the registry.
How citizens are held indefinitely after their sentence has been served.
So, which state’s list are you on, Mr. Keith Richard Radford, Jr.?
So delighted that a nursing infant was separated from her mother as a result of these raids, and law enforcement authorities were unresponsive to efforts to unite them. So delighted that several other children have been separated from their parents as a result. OK, time for another post on how great Republicans are on pro-life and family values.
If you look on other states sex offenders websites the same thing applies, no Hispanics. I bet if these same people were asking for something that benefited them they would be called Hispanics.
You can’t have it both ways. And yes, I am grateful for the website and the job our police do.
It’s scary how many sex offenders live in and around Manassas. Eveyone should check out the site. There is probably one in your neighborhood. I have a woman sex offender that lives a few blocks from me. Who would of thought.
Spare me the bleeding heart routine. What in the heck is a nursing mother doing shift work at a slaugherhouse anyways? Does she take breaks every hour to wipe the blood off her smock and breastfeed an infant? Give me a break. That goofy propaganda makes no sense whatsoever.
Laws are to be enforced. It makes no sense at all to have a law on the books that we don’t intend to enforce, and to the extent we’ve failed to do so in the past has only invited massive problems that we’re faced with now. If those who break the law suffer consequences, that’s actually the concept of justice, _by definition_. If those consequences are onerous but consistent with the crime which has occurred, that’s justice, again _by definition_. And perhaps people who see and hear about the shocking situation of our immigration laws actually being enforced for a change will realize that breaking the law is wrong and take steps to remedy the situation either by self-deporting and avoiding the consequence that may await them, or by taking steps to legalize their situation, whatever those may be. Enforcement promotes compliance.
It is complete stupidity, and yes I’m calling you two utterly dumb-as-a-box-of-hammers stupid, to suggest that it’s wrong to prosecute criminals. Promote lawlessness and you’ll encourage people to take the law into their own hands with predictably tragic results. Promote lawlessness and the lawful (and typically prosperous) will remove themselves to someplace where order and stability can be secured, leaving everyone else in a downwardly spiraling morass of depravity and predation.
No better way to utterly destroy a nation can be dreamed of. Those that promote this mind-boggling idiocy are the undeclared enemies of the United States.
I assume if they start identifying “hispanics” they would have to start identifing “Irish”, “Germans”, “Italians”, “English”, “Scots” etc. It would seem to be a colossal waste of time to start breaking this down by linguistic/geographic heritage.

“In Iowa, DHS Immigrant Raid Leaves Baby Motherless
By Justin Rood - December 13, 2006, 6:32 PM
Merry Christmas, baby:
A priest’s and nun’s mission to find the mother of a nursing baby was thwarted today after they said officials from Camp Dodge would not let them inside to tell their story.
Sister Christine Feagan, from the St. Mary’s Hispanic Ministry, and The Rev. Jim Miller, who is a priest from the St. Mary’s Parish, both said they drove to Camp Dodge [an ICE detention center] this afternoon to find out the status of a nursing mother who was deported and nursing a baby. . . .
At the church’s Hispanic ministry, the baby whose mother was arrested was passed among staff and a community activist who had agreed to help care for her.
They said they don’t know when the girl, whose father is absent, will be reunited with her mother.”
I don’t have a problem with enforcing the laws. I do, however, have a problem with the way in which you seem to lack any compassion for those suffering as a result. While many of us may have, in some small way, been inconvenienced by illegal immigration, nobody has suffered this sort of misery. If being concerned about a nursing mother and her child make me stuipd and an enemy of the United States, then I think I’ll have to accept that. Merry Christmas Greg — please read your Bible and tell me if there is anything indicating that the Blessed Mother, Joseph, and Jesus had proper documentation when they crossed into Egypt to avoid slaughter by Herod.
What categories exist depends entirely upon what the government is counting, what their built-in bias is, and sometimes what may even be a hidden agenda.
For example, in one business that I ran, we were required to report to the federal gov’t the race of our employees. The ONLY options were white, hispanic, black, asian, native american. The result was that it looked like the majority of my employees were “white bread” Americans, like me. However, a large percentage of my employees were middle eastern. It was a VERY ethnically diverse environment, but you’d never know it from looking at the statistics on paper. In fact, I was only one of 4 people that I would say were what we traditionally think of when we say white. The other 50+ employees were either middle eastern (incl. India) and the other categories.
In some cases, Hispanics are considered white, in others they are not. It would seem to me that on a database in which how someone looks has some relevance, sorting out hispanic from white would be relevant. If they come on the 11:00 news and say that stores up and down PW Parkway are being robbed by a team of 5 white guys, you’re going to be on the lookout for 5 completely different guys than if they say the guys are hispanic.
It kills me when they come on with a news blurb description of some guy and ask for the public’s help in locating him, but they don’t tell you his race.
Oh my God, this is way too funny. I’ve been predicting for 2 years now that at some point the right-wingers in this country would figure out a way to forge a harmonic convergence between their two favorite wedge issues — hispanics and child molesters. It’s taken you guys a long time to figure out how to do it, but here you are. The ultimate bogeyman!!!!! Now, just wait until some right-wing retard tries to convince us of the clear and present danger posed by…you guessed it, GAY ILLEGAL MEXICAN IMMIGRANTS WHO PREY ON CHILDREN!!!! You guys are pathetic with your ridiculous scare tactics. I’m surprised your pathetic leader, GW Bush, is even getting 30% approval anymore. Go back in the caves, boys. The enlightened ones are in charge now.
It should “GAY ILLEGAL CATHOLIC PRIEST MEXICAN IMMIGRANTS WHO PREY ON CHILDREN!!!!”
Get it straight.
Sheesh.
This is about providing adequate identifying information so that sex offenders who have disappeared can be apprehended. If we’re too timid to say than at obviously hispanic absconder is actually hispanic, it hampers our ability to describe these individuals with enough detail so they may be found. This is political correctness run amok to the point it puts people in demonstrable danger.
Are we so afraid to actually identify the physical appearance of an absconding sexual offender that we’re willing to tolerate an ineffective apprehension effort and the resulting carnage on our society? This is completely and utterly insane. Why have a registry at all if we’re too timid to describe offenders, and too lackadaisical to collect even basic information as height and weight of the individual who we have already convicted, detained and in most cases incarcerated?
I’m stunned at the amount of multicultural kool-aid that many commentors here must have consumed. That absconder who is now at bay partly because we’re too timid to call a spade a spade may next prey on your own children. But we’re being progressive and enlightened!
How many children have to die before this changes?
how many children have to die. thanks, but i almost lost my lunch at that remark.
children are dying by the thousands every year in iraq because of us, but they don’t count because they’re…ummm…you know, ay-rab.
meanwhile, homicidal perverts (messican and otherwise) knock off a few jon benet’s here and there and it’s a NATIONAL CRISIS!
let’s just be honest. you don’t really care about children dying. if you did, you’d be the first one in line to end this insane war. what you care about is playing shallow scary politics to score points at the expense of hard-working mexicans who come to this country seeking the same opportunities that my immigrant ancestors came to this country. gotta get them messicans!!
“If being concerned about a nursing mother and her child make me stuipd and an enemy of the United States, then I think I’ll have to accept that.”
Perhaps, Anonymous, we don’t know the entire story. Consider the possibility that the mother, in fact, left the child behind (who would legally be a citizen) voluntarily with the church people to be raised here in the U.S. Perhaps she could as easily have kept the child with her, to be returned with her to her own country. Perhaps the authorities, at the time that the woman was detained, were unaware of the existence of a newborn because the child was already underground or, just as likely, was given the choice by authorities to take the child with her or not.
The fact is, Anonymous, we only know one side of this story from people who are far more interested in keeping the illegal alien here than they are in reuniting a mother and child. Then again, perhaps you are correct in your assumptions. We really do not have the full story…only the spin.
Anon, so you’re OK with the state not providing comprehensive descriptions of at-large sex offenders because the battle in Iraq is resulting in casualties?
Or have I missed something?
The thing that angers me the most is that if it is benificial, they are Hispanic. If it’s not, they aren’t classified.
As for the mother of the baby, all of us have compassion, but the simple fact is, if they wern’t here in the first place, this wouldn’t be an issue.
I think it’s not such a bad thing that the mother and her baby get sent back to their country of origin.
I’m sure the mother, unless she is estupido, understands what the possible consequences of her actions of illegally crossing the border are, and that includes deportation.
From the House report on the Border

Illegal Alien Crimes Against U.S. Citizens
The Violent Crimes Institute conducted a 12 month in-depth study of illegal immigrants who committed sex crimes and murders for the time period of January 1999 through April 2006. This study makes it clear that the U.S. faces a dangerous threat from sexual predators that cross the U.S. borders illegally…
