Is Manassas Park Planning Return Fire?

By Greg L | 1 January 2007 | Rack & Roll Scandal | 3 Comments

I’ve been told that at tomorrow night’s Manassas Park City Council meeting tomorrow evening, they will go into closed session to discuss the possibility of initiating new litigation. I can just imagine who they might be considering fitting with a muzzle.

Meanwhile I’m also hearing that the Manassas Journal-Messenger is picking up the Dave Ruttenberg story. This ought to be an interesting week.

Looks like I’ll need to send another donation to the BVBL Legal Defense fund!

Keep up the good work. What a ridiculous story this is, and a typical one that the mainstream media likes to avoid but one that we all know happens all too often with local governments.

I doubt it Loudoun Insider…I hardly think that Manassas Park wants to run the risk of finding the volumes upon volumes of evidence against them, along with the incredibly numerous witnesses looking forward to testifying against them on this matter, in a court of law. If they do, they’re crazier than I thought.

“they will go into closed session to discuss the possibility of initiating new litigation”= “we will meet in secret and decide how we will spend the bottomless funding The State provides us in order to stifle and crush negative attention being focused on us because of our actions.”
