Manassas City Councilman Andy Harrover has started up a blog where he discusses policy and local issues. His first post talks about the possibility of a public safety levee in order to add police officers and public safety infrastucture, and it’s an interesting opportunity to engage in a discussion before an idea like this becomes an actual proposal.
