If Colgan Air has been sold, does that mean that Senator Charles Colgan (D-29) is retiring?

Maybe the rest is true, or maybe not, but the parcel that Colgan Air sits on is owned by the City of Manassas, along with the rest of the airport.
Colgan was planning on retiring but if no one challenges FitzSimmonds he will run again.
