Minutemen To Visit Harrisonburg

It would seem that the illegal immigration issue is taking off among the grassroots in Virginia. Today comes word that The Virginia Minutemen Civil Defense Corps will host a meeting in Harrisonburg on March 30th in response to a request by local residents to learn what they might be able to do to combat this problem. If you’re a Harrisonburg resident troubled by the problems that illegal aliens cause in your community, I’d urge you to attend and learn how you can be a part of solving this problem.
George Taplin, the director of the Virginia Chapter isn’t necessarily seeking to establish minuteman chapters throughout the state, but has been helping independent local organizations get organized. I’ve been to some of these meetings, and can definitely attest that they’re informative and that the discussion is responsible and worthwhile.

I live in Harrisonburg, and I don’t see a problem with immigration. Immigrants are contributing to keeping the local economy “recession proof” through the poultry and construction industries. Hopefully there will be people there who can speak to the contributions immigrants make to our community.
We have an invasion of people mostly from Mexico. These invaders are using up resources that should be going to Americans. We cannot allow these people to stay in America as they are for the most part uneducated.The United States allows over Three Million immigrants to come to America each year. These legal immigrants have to meet standards that the illegal invader will not or cannot meet. It is time for all good Americans to stand up and stop the invasion. These invaders depress the local economy by lowering the wages that are paid by industries. When is the government going to change the situation? It will take an uprising of good Americans to stop the invasion. How can any good American turn his back and say that the illegal invader is a good thing.
