Ft. Belvoir uses dry ice to air-condition the buildings (DLA prime example). They save A FORTUNE in AC costs in the summer. And, how Green do you want to be??? When I was growing up, Belovir used SHEEP to mow the grass - yes, sheep!!! The kids would LOVE it!!! That's what you get when you try to keep up with the Jones' and Smiths'. Here’s an idea. Ft.
