Plans have now been firmed up for the bus trip to Lafayette Park on Sunday for the “Hold Their Feet To The Fire” rally. If you’re coming by bus don’t bring glass containers, but do bring along your American flag. Bus transportation is available from Herndon and Vienna.
First bus pick-up: At 1:15 PM in Herndon in front of the CVS Store at 1062 Elden St. The bus will leave no later than 1:30 for the next stop in Vienna.
Second bus pick-up: At approximately 2:00 PM in Vienna at the North Kiss and Ride parking lot at the Vienna Metro Station. Please note there are two different parking lots at Vienna Metro and the bus pick-up will be at the North lot. The bus will leave Vienna Metro no later than 2:15 PM.
The Rally begins at 3:30 at Lafayette Square Park which is located on H St. between 15th and 17th Sts., NW. A public park, it is accessible from the McPherson Square Metro stop.
The Rally ends at 5:30 and the bus will load to return promptly at 5:30 (or sooner) and we should get back to Vienna around 6:15 and to Herndon around 6:45.
It looks like we could have a decent turnout for this event, but so far we don’t have enough people committed from Manassas in order to justify the expense of another bus. If you decide at the last minute that you want to go, just show up at one of the two bus pick-up locations and join the fun or ride down on the Metro. The weather is expected to be excellent.

All of these people that are crying about illegal immigration in the Manassas area and there aren’t enough to justify a bus?
Is anyone really serios about this issue, or do they just want to complain? Seems like the later.
