Firtst off the stacking of 2 charges for the same incident REEKS of overzealousness, not to mention in the town of haymarket blogs and publicly both officer AND the smoker deny the charge AND say the complainant has a motive to lie based on her boyfriend being interested in the "smoking" Juvinille. Very obvious that the town messed this up at every level and now must make pieces fit a puzzle they made. The commonweaths office wants nothing to do with this so they got warrants based on a little girl, then can say the courts decided this not us so the monkey is off their backs. I encourage people to go to twon hall 15000 Washington ST on May 7 7PM at the open forum and make thier opinions known as to what is wrong withthis tiny police department. None of which were sexual in nature at all! The account was a bogus account with no pictures or names being used and especially no information as to who I was or who I worked for. There was no sexual misconduct with the girl. This was an allegation that her ex friend decided to make up because she was upset that her current BF was talking to this other girl and wanted to start static. The IA was done poorly and my attorney had to get involved because the officer that conducted my IA was not qualified and had no training to do IA's. He was also the target of an IA two years ago with PWC PD and he resigned in lieu of being terminated for lying during his investigation. That alone should have meant someone other than him should have conducted my IA. The case was turned over to the Commonwealth Attorney's office to investigate and they have been doing their job properly. I have nothing to hide and neither does the girl invovled. We are friends along with other people in the small town. This has ruined my career and family. This caused my new wife to become overwhelmed at everything and she left me because of the embarassment. She too works for PWC and she couldnt take listening to all this BS. Hopefully we can work it out. As for the IA investigation, they violated every single constitutional rights that I have along with VA state laws. That would not have happened if someone else qualified did the IA. So in a way I am glad they screwed up because I will be able to go after the department civilly. As for the rest, I can assure you that it is completely untrue. I am/was happily married and have a 12 yro daughter. I would never have a relationship with a minor. Just wouldn't happen.
