A Primary Funny

A funny thing happened on the way to the Republican primary election in Fauquier County this past Tuesday. Bill Day, the Democrat candidate running against Republican Scott Lingamfelter was seen going into the polling station at Baldwin Ridge in Fauquier County. Unknown to “Moon Bat Bill”, a Lingamfelter volunteer working at the poll for Jill Holtzman-Vogel spotted Day sleuthing in and out, not pausing even to say “hi” to anyone. About five minutes after entering the polling place, he left hastily in his car, sporting a John Jenkins (Democrat Supervisor in Prince William) bumper sticker.

I Wonder if retired Army Lieutenant Colonel John Jenkins will endorse anti-war Day over combat Veteran Lingamfelter? Hmmmmmm?

I suppose Day can say that he voted in the Republican county supervisor race as no Democrat could be found in Fauquier to oppose either Republican candidate, but more likely he went to vote against the popular Fauquier home girl Jill Holtzman-Vogel, who Lingamfelter supports and encouraged to get in the race.

Nice try, Bill, thinking you would not be noticed voting in a Republican primary. New flash, Moon Bat, Fauquier is heavily Republican and they tend to hang out at the polls for their own primaries. Try wearing a mask, next time. Maybe a Dennis Kucinich one…

Is Day the same guy boosting Ron Paul on Internet polls?

Ron Paul would be entirely too lucid to gain Bill Day’s appreciation. Think more along the lines of Carol Moseley-Braun.

I thought Jeanette Rischell had the grand title of “Moon Bat”
