Massive Rumble In Manassas?

I’ve gotten word that there was a 150 person melee a little after midnight on Godwin Drive in Manassas last Saturday in which the Manassas City Police had to request assistance from the Prince William County Department. So far, there’s been nothing in the paper about this.
Does anyone know what happened here?

All that’s required for membership in Help Save Manassas is that you have more teeth than toes, and/or that you have a fondness for beards or flannel. I hear that a number of groups are cooperating to hire a team of private investigators to take a close (and completely lawful) look at every aspect of Greg’s life and background…. Actually, I think there are a number of instances where I’ve said things that some might consider anti-gay.
I strongly disagree with the homosexual “rights” lobby on just about everything, and feel that homosexuality is incompatible with leadership in the boy scouts, for example. I’m not a fan of “gay night” at local bars and restaurants, as I believe this is incompatible with the community values in Manassas, and is a desperate reach by businesses to rescue themselves from failure which may be attended with other dangerous promotions as we’ve seen at SharpShooters. I also strongly supported the Marriage Amendment, and harshly criticized those who opposed it.
If that’s anti-homosexual, which I don’t believe it is, then I’m guilty.
Come on Mr. Hall. You don’t even live here. Otherwise, you would KNOW that NO one in Manassas has any teeth. Get your facts right!

Last week while driving on 95 North in Stafford, County, I saw a Nissan car with a sticker that had a guy in a sombrero pissing on “La Migra”. He also had a “El Sol 99.1″ bumper sticker on his car.

I’m not sure which Manassas to which you are referring, but I count about 80% Hispanics in my town now during multiple random street head counts. Gone are these supposed “rednecks” to which you keep referring, replaced with the brown skinned versions of themselves. I have no tolerance for rednecks who drink, trash up the place, and have no respect for their property or anyone else’s so I get doubly mad when I see them replaced with their counterparts who aren’t even citizens of this country and act that way. Always some uneducated, ignorant clown out to make this a racist issue…

I used to have one of Calvin pissing on the word, “Liberals,” attached to the luggage carrier on my motorcycle. But when some Volvo-driving B*tch with a Kerry/Edwards sticker tried to run me off of I-66 (she was a HOV violator), I took it off.
I don’t think we need to get down to the low level of the latino hate stickers. However, I would like to see these people stop the cowardice and start using stickers that say Death to America and Death to Americans in English.
I would like to see any of us Gringos going down to any latin country with a respective death to _____(add your country) and see how far down from the border we can get before they behead us.

I find myself longing for the witty repartee of Bornhere. At least she had the decency to argue her side without resorting to the cheap “you guys are racists maaaan!” canned reply. She only insinuated that there might be racism involved in certain cases which is a far sight more accurate than labeling anyone who is against unchecked and rampant illegal immigration a racist. When are you libs going to get it through your heads that Americans are quickly tiring of being called racists. That card has been played once too often and has been found hollow and wanting. It’s a bit like the boy that cried wolf these days.
I’d also like to see those boys drive around this area with that sticker in English and see how long they last. I also don’t recommend that anyone put derogatory stickers on their cars. With all the lowlife illegal criminals and desperate folks trying to make a buck in this depressed construction environment, you might find some trouble. Never underestimate what a man is capable of when his livelihood and the welfare of his family are at stake.
I totally agree with the whole thing of showing disrepect for this country. My problem with this whole thing is that some of you tend to categorize people based on the behavior of one person. Those of you who have seen the sticker seem to be talking about the same person, right? Or is it the case that all latinos have this sticker in their car bumpers?
People get offended when Isaid sarcastically that all white people were pedophiles. I was tryting to convey the same idea that you cannot put all people into one category just because one member of that group did something stupid or committed a crime.

I think that if you live in the latino community and talk with them in their own language and you are not a native american, they open up and tell you how they feel. I think that a great majority of latinos are against American, and that is because they are brought up to hate us.
The worst part is that I hear this kind of rethoric from naturalized citizens of latino or South American descent. So I think you need to pull the wool out of your eyes and understand that, unless you are latino, you will never know what they think. You need to be one of them to know what they really talk about.
I also think you need to frequent high schools locally and see the kind of attitude a lot of latino first generational kids have. It is definitely hostile and clannish. They constantly hang out together, they are bullies and demand to be listened to or given attention, even when they are offensive and abrasive.
Oh, and don’t get me started about the kids in high school who try to terrorize girls and boys by saying they are MS13 even when they are probably not.
I agree with that very much TH and think we should all keep that in mind as well. The problem is that we have a bunch of crime and squalor committed by an unknown percentage of a group that umm…shouldn’t be here. It’s very hard to ask Americans to look the other way on a group of people like this that are either unable or unwilling to control the troublesome element within their ranks. If I am down on my luck and living off the goodness of my friend in his house, eating his food and watching his tv, you can bet that I would not be complaining that he doesn’t have HBO and that he is out of beer. The majority of the Latino community is symbolically doing this very thing with their current behavior. My next door neighbors in fact are harboring illegals that don’t speak a word of English. They seem like very sweet and pious people and for all intents and purposes are God fearing and decent folk, but they are still committing a crime. You see my point where even the good ones can still technically be “bad ones”?
As I have said before, it would really be in the best interest of La Raza and MSF to plead with the Latino community to start acting like decent neighbors, clean up their messes, stop living 10 to a house, stop stealing services that are reserved for citizens, and basically start to adapt to American culture. Instead they preach revolution and division. Their leaders have it ALL wrong and are leading them astray.
TH, I believe your own point slipped you by. It’s not an issue of hispanics or latinos or even immigrants. It’s an issue of *illegal* immigrants. (In this case, “immigrants” is the noun and “illegal” is the adjective. See how the adjective modifies the noun?)
If your concern is that illegal immigrants are categorized based on the behavior of one (or some number less than all) illegal immigrant(s), then your concern is unjustified. They are all illegal and therefore will be categorized as illegals. Facts are facts despite how political correctness or even justified sympathy attempt to disguise the truth.

Uncivil disobedience is the name of the game. You can ask your neighbor to stop doing the things that they should not be doing, but I do not believe that they will listen. Most illegals and many latinos feel that they do not have to listen or obey their “american” counterparts. I believe that it is a point of pride with them NOT to do what they are asked to do. It is the whole “herencia” thing. They will throw it in your face that it is part of their tradition to be unamerican or at least not to behave like an american. There is not a lot we can do until they change their mind and I don’s see that happening. that is also why they will not assimilate, because they feel they don’t have to and because they want to remain latino, even when that means behaving badly.
Manassas is not the only community in PWC with a problem of “Illegal Immigrants” hanging around a shopping centers waiting to be picked up by a crooked and cheap construction companies.
At Marumsco Plaza in Woodbridge they hang out near the bank; in front of the laundry mat; the dry cleaners and the Giant. One day I was going to Giant to pick up the family staples…..milk, bread, peanut butter and diet cokes.
Several of these men approached me and my two young children asking in broken English and Spanish if they could “F**K me in front of my kids.
I went in to Giant and settled down my young daughter because she is old enough to understand what they were saying. She was scared that her Mommy was going to be hurt. I complained to the manager, left and I now shop somewhere else for my parents where there are no dirty illegal immigrant men theating the safety of my children and myself.
Yes, there is a HUGE problem with ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS and they need to be shipped back to where they came from………they are not welcomed in my state, country or home town.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper finishing up the last bits of the ant’s food while the government house he is in, which just happens to be the ant’s old house, crumbles around him because he doesn’t maintain it. Actually I have lived many years in Latin America. I have visited all the Central American Countries and Mexico, so i know what I am talking about ( I don’t mean Acapulco or surfing in Costa Rica).
The longest lines I saw in El Salvador were the ones going to Pizza Hut. I mean you grow up using Levi’s, drinking Coke, celebrating your first communion in the local Hardee’s( at least in the 80s’). How about kids plaing with an action figure of Captain America? I have see that. This are not stories that i was told about. It is funny to visit some of the tiny towns in El Salvador and find some of the retro UCLA jerseys. We see them as retro here but they got them a long time ago and still wear them.
They wer not brought up to hate the US. The hate some people have in Latin America comes from the arrogance shown by some use goverment. I think it was Eisenhower saying about a dictator: ” he is an SOB but he is our SOB”.
There are neighborhoods in San Jose, Costa Rica that people called gringolandia. It is where most of our students go to learn English.
