Free Woodbridge From Barg’s Legacy

Yes, there are candidates for office who firmly grasp the connection between illegal immigration, transportation, and quality of life. From the campaign of Chris Royse, who provides the promise to rescue Woodbridge from the malfeasance of Hilda Barg, and who is running for Woodbridge Supervisor against Barg’s anointed successor:
Chris Royse, Candidate for Woodbridge District Supervisor to the Prince William County, VA Board of Supervisors, announced last Saturday at Tim’s Rivershore portions of his aggressive agenda and select points he will hit upon while on the campaign trail this fall. Royse made it clear that he is not a career politician but a man of the people. Royse, a husband and father of three, a former decorated US Army Green Beret, and current member of the defense/homeland security industry, said to a crowd of more than seventy constituents that “we do not want to lose Woodbridge to the continued dilapidation of the Route 1 corridor, worsening traffic congestion and the increasing issues of lawlessness resulting from the illegal alien population residing in Woodbridge and Prince William County.”
Royse said, “Upon victory in November, I will push to immediately begin the process to revitalize the Route 1 corridor, to support real transportation solutions to make it easier for our residents to get to their jobs and back home safely and to integrate Supervisor Stirrup’s (R-Gainesville, VA) immigration resolution into county policy in an effective and tolerant manner.”
Royse added that “after 20 years, it is time for real change in Woodbridge. We now have the opportunity to bring Woodbridge into the 21st Century and make it the kind of hometown that the people here deserve.”
Voters may not be aware that last July 10th, when the Prince William Board of County Supervisors adopted it’s resolution which will help crack down on illegal aliens, Chris waited two hours in line in order to be the first person to sign up to speak during citizen’s time and gave a strong statement in support of the resolution. This isn’t someone coming to the debate late, after testing the political winds and finding them favorable. Chris Royse was there with us at the beginning.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris on the 4th of July this year and between the war stories we traded (his time in the Special Forces and my jumps from the plane) our discussion turned to politics. As expected, he has an EXCELLENT grasp on not only regional but national AND international politics.
It is heartening to know that Chris Royse is in the race and I do hope (I know in my heart that he will) win in November, but let’s not take anything for granted. If you can, please help Chris out by door knocking, volunteering, or letters to the editor.
LEAD THE WAY, Chris!!!
I also had the pleasure of meeting Chris at his fundraiser last weekend at Tim’s Riverside. I liked it that when I apologized for not being able to vote for him because I live in Fairfax County he thanked me for coming out to support his campaign.
His very attractive wife is his campaign manager, and Chris has the advantage of looking like the 70s country singer Charlie Rich. George Clooney wishes he had a gray mane like that.
I met Chris when he came by the Help Save Manassas booth at the PWC Fair last night. Very impressive.
Dan, I was wondering…was the PWCGOP booth manned?
I also met Chris last night. Woodbridge needs and deserves Chris Royce. I wish him all the best! He will prevail in November, and so will the legal citizens of Woodbridge.
I stopped by the Republican booth last night. Chairman Stewart & Chris Royse and a school board candidate were at the booth when I was there and I thought I saw Michele McQuigg leaving as I walked up. Mr. Royse was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with him and Chairman Stewart. I don’t live in the right place to vote for him, but I’ll tell my family members that live in Woodbridge that he is the right man for the job. With Royse, Stewart and Stirrup on the board, I think PWC will lead Virginia in the fight on illegal immigration and everyone else will follow.
Immigration was THE hot topic everywhere last night. While I was there a woman was also talking about the Culpepper ‘english only’ resolution. It sounded like everyone manning the booth thought PWC would take a similar step soon. The HSM booth was also crowded. I met a couple from Arlington who said we were lucky to live where the elected officials had enough balls to take a position on illegal immigration.
Lafayette, so, in THIS case the song would be “Fighting soldiers from the sky/Fearless men who jump and die/Men who mean just what they say/The brave men of the Green Beret.” - HOOAH

We are so lucky to have been “Born in the U.S.A”-Bruce.
I would say the other Chris(Royce), you do have the support of the legal citizens of PWC!!! What a long twenty years for Woodbridge.
JL
OK, I can’t help myself here “what a long strange trip it’s been”-The Dead-LOL
What district did you live in?
Things will get better with Chris Royce in Woodbridge!
Fed up 2
It will be a blessing to have Chris Royce as Supervisor. Woodbridge has waited a long time for this change.
You can be sure he will not get much support from the Repb. Committee, but then they don’t give money and the workers can be found elsewhere. So he needs to push and walk and talk all over Woodbridge.
The Demo. think they are going to walk in with Principe. I am still trying to find out if it is legal for Frank P. to have a loan from his small business of Crisis Partners Inter. If he gets Grants, then I would think it is not OK.
With all those Independents running for Woodbridge, the vote will be all scattered,so alot of work needs to be done.
Hear that Ramirez running for School Board is campaign manager for her husband running for Supervisor. What a combination.??We will really see a decline.
I am hoping that things are changing and will continue to change and I can get a new name.
