The Bobmeister said..."Michele Malkin is the Asian equivalent of an Uncle Tom. This is the cross-eyed bimbo that wrote a book about how the Japanese internment camps were a good idea."

Tom is a pejorative for an African American who is perceived by others as behaving in a subservient manner to White American authority figures, or as seeking ingratiation with them by way of unnecessary accommodation.

Bobmeister, Michelle is one of the sharpest and gutsyest conservative pundits in the business. I'm mesmerized by the analogy of Michelle Malkin and "Uncle Tom," and by the way her name is spelled with two L's not one.

And did you catch Romney in Iowa the other day dropping the pork chop on the floor, then picking it up and claiming five second rule? What a dork.

I couldn't trust anyone who made it to Governor of the Peoples' Republic of Taxachussetts. He must of sold his soul to the Kennedy Klan to have made it that far.

Monticup....BINGO.

I've always liked Newt but never thought we could get him elected. We need a solid Reagan Republican who is willing, capable and able to get into the White House and take care of business.

Romney is soft on illegal immigration. While governor of MA he did nothing about the several sanctuary cities in his state. Don't believe the spin--both Romney and Thompson are clueless. Thompson hired Spencer Abraham for an upper level position. Abraham is for open borders PLUS he is a jihadi sympathizer. I'm waiting to hear Rudy's definitive position.

Ari: You are correct. Anyone with ties to Rove means he has ties to Grover Norquist who is an open borders/jihadi sympathizer.

In June of 2002, The New York Times reported...

Isn't there something odd about complaints from conservatives Grover Norquist and David Keene that a DOJ proposal allowing "state and local law enforcement agencies to track down illegal immigrants ... would set a dangerous precedent by empowering local jurisdictions to enforce many federal laws."

In 2002 it was Karl Rove who advocated the "Leave Us Alone Coalition," for the purpose of drawing in the Hispanic vote.

Sorry, but since Romney has accepted the endorsement of Conservative Lt. Governor Bill Bolling, who has strong ties to Rove, I question where they all really stand on the issue. if Immigration.

"he has raised more money than any other Republican." ....
CURRENTLY IN THE RACE...... and he has spent most of it, and overall, he's still behind Fred, who has not yet declared.

I'm still with Fred. And he will declare around Labor Day.

Romney seems to be the kind of person who continues to examine possible alternatives and is willing to change his mind if he finds better solutions. He's impressive.

Here is a very interesting article:

I don't trust any of them myself, but nickel slick Mitt just rubs me the wrong way. We need a real Republican in office again but I wonder about Thompson and his corporate ties. We don't need another big business buttboy in office ala George Bush and DICK Cheney. All I know is that I will be ecstatic to get this current regime out of DC. It will take us decades to recover from the last eight years of utter incompetence at every possible level. History books will be written on the failures and blunders of Bush Jr.

Off topic, did anyone see that one of the Newark N.J. murderers was caught in Woodbridge? The other was caught in a Maryland immigrant flop house and they arrested 10 of them on immigration violations. It is nice to know that the suspects felt safe enough in this area to stay here while on the run.
