NAMBLA Bandit Identified

The DWJ has a post up this evening uncovering the person responsible for setting up the redirect of the fake ODBA website to the National Man-Boy Love Association — it’s none other than Roscoe Reynold’s hired gun Joe Stanley of Yellow Dog Strategy. If this doesn’t demonstrate that old Roscoe needs retirement, I can’t imagine what would. This is unreal.
Hey Roscoe, are you really this despicable? Or do you just have such terrificly bad judgment regarding the people you hire that you think hiring folks who smear your constituents as child molesters is a good idea? Take a hint, and just resign, you knucklehead.
A big kudos to Meaghan Rhodes and Greg over at DaillWhackjob for following the bread crumbs here. Although there was some question that they were involved in this, they really came through demonstrating that they really are a class act. I’m glad to see it.

One has to remember that this is the same Joe Stanley who is the campaign manager for the dirty campaigning Eric Ferguson who is featured on Not Larry Sabato in a blog ad. Joe and Ben are close friends and you have to believe that as closely as they worked together on the slander of George Allen,they are working together on the slander of the ODBA now.

What should be burned in people’s brains is that this guy apparently thinks that NAMBLA and child sex abuse is a joking matter.

I never meant it to be funny.
I have found nothing about the ODBA to be funny. What I said, and what I stand by is that you employ the same techniques and defense as NAMBLA but to different ends. Both of which hurt people.
And what do YOU, Mr. Stanley, call “hurt(ing) people” that equates to pedophilia? It would seem to me that your twisted brand of political activism is FAR closer to it than anything that the conservative blogs of the ODBA have EVER done. Unless you consider pedophilia to be an innocent pastime, in which case the authorities should probably be looking into YOU since you are raising a young child, your statement most definitely qualifies as defamation and I hope that the ODBA goes after you with a vengeance!
