MJM Explodes A Trash Bomb — In Front Of My House
By Greg L | 24 August 2007 | Manassas City | 25 Comments
Wonder who is responsible for all that litter in the street today? Those blue bags laying in the middle of the street which you saw this afternoon? You can thank the Potomac News/Manassas Journal-Messenger, which has been distributing the Spanish-language “Centro de Prince William” version of it’s paper by apparently tossing large quantities of blue-bagged copies out the window of a moving vehicle as it speeds down residential streets.
Not only is this wanton littering an outrage, but the paper reads like a propaganda vehicle for the illegal alien community. My neighbor had six copies thrown at the base of his driveway, but unfortunately he doesn’t speak Spanish. I got three copies. I don’t need three copies of a continuing manifesto written in Spanish, especially when they’re strewn in the street in front of my house. I imagine my neighbors don’t, either.
It looks like the trash bomb went off on my street. Thanks for your commitment to the quality of my neighborhood, Media General. I’d cancel my subscription, if I had one.

Did you by any chance take pictures of the mess? I thought MJM was having financial difficulties? It costs money to print and give away free newspapers. Save me one, please, Greg. If you see a pattern of time of day these are delivered, lets film it. I have an idea
I’ll tell you what you do: Pick up every piece of that trash and then hand deliver all of it to the front steps of their main office. Drop it off right there in front of their door.

how can you prove it was them?
Yea, you know, there’s a bunch of people delivering copies of this paper just for the hell of it.

We’ve had the same problem over here. One neighbor of mine has been upset about this for months. We stopped getting them for about a week. When I no more got done reporting problem resolved. The very next day good ole Lafayette had been peppered with them, and this has continued for the last three weeks.
If you do take those copies to Church St, stop by here we have a bunch that you can add to the pile.
We need to check the “littering” laws. If people are not subscribing to these papers and they are being throw helter-skelter on the streets, sounds like trash to me.
I would recommend a video camera with a red light on it mounted on your roof line. It doesn’t have to be a real one, but install it in the daylight, so AH’s can witness the installation. That might deter their dirty deeds. Obviously they are doing this between the hours of 1 AM and 4 AM, when no one is looking.
Check out the Potomac News front page this morning: it has a poll on the Human Rights Commission on the 8/2/07 County decision. The poll is 2 to 1 in favor of the HRC. Get our people to VOTE!

Gangs thrive on hate and anger. Looks like BVBL is thriving. The difference between gangs and organizations is the respect the latter shows toward their opposition.
It’s the anti-catholic thing that I sense here that finished me. Everyone has a role in this life and most provide a needed check and balance. The difference is how you do it.
I am for a 700 mile fence, don’t agree with anchor babies as a method to citizenship, all for sending illegal aliens back, don’t think they should be allowed in schools and don’t think I should have to wait three generations for this to happen.
I also think a fence around Gaineville is appealing.
Anon 7:31, I detect a bit a false claim in your post. My guess is that you are a hard line supporter of groups like Mexican-sin-fronteras. Your anti-catholic comments are simply an attempt to marginalize those who support the Help Save Manassas movement.
Try a different angle next time. Half of the executive board and a large amount of the membership of Help Save Manassas are Catholics.
The Washington Examiner does the same thing. I have called them and they still throw that rag at the end of my driveway!! But that one is in english so I guess it is ok?
This is off topic, but on channel 4 last night they had a story about next week’s boycott by the illegal aliens. Make your shopping lists!
Come help us out in PWC during the boycott! I can recommend many nice restaurants and we have every kind of store known to man - less traffic than bigger cities, and no illegals around, should be a great time to shop.
Lee Being a Catholic i can quickly spot the difference. I spend Sundays and Holy Days with them them watch them in action. It stops at the door becuase when you are a traditional catholic, you have fullfilled your obligation becuase you never miss a Sunday.
You are incorrect on both counts — you try a different angle rather than the spontaneous spewing of everyone that disagrees wtih anything must WANT illegals here.
Honestly - take a look at yourself!
That report on Channel 4 said that business that supported illegals would have a green sign in their windows showing illegals that they should shop in those stores. That should make it easy for us to know where NOT to shop.

When you shop in Prince William County next week please make a point to tell the management that you are SUPPORTING their businesses because mexicanos sin fronteras and the woodbridge worker committee are boycotting them. Here is a list of the businesses that they are boycotting. You’ll get a kick out of one of them. Bet it won’t be hard for you all to figure out which one I’m talking about.
This is from a mexicanos sin fronteras flyer. DO NOT SPEND MONEY IN PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY- Do not by gas, clothes, food, school supplies, electronic, etc. DO NOT BUY at Potomac Mills, Manassas Mall, Wal-Mart, Giant, 7-11, Safeway, Food Lion Dollar stores, McDonalds, Taco Bell, pizzerias, restaurants, movies, etc. Be prepared by shopping in Fairfax, Arlington, Stafford, Alexandria and D.C.
I guess they are boycotting Manassas and Manassas Park also, since they are not included in “where” to shop. Boycott begins August 27 and ends September 3rd.
Maureen,
Nice way of saying THANKS to your host-7-11!

Those were my thoughts. Bite the hands that feed you.
Where is the list?
Four comments up
Of course they are dropping 6-10 copies in front of each house. What, do you expect the 21 people in the house to share one copy? Sheesh!

Good one!
