Gov - what made him think he had a chance??? People run because of civic duty (rare these days) or ego (all too common). Yes, I agree and applaud him on the illegal alien issue - good for him, but, that being said, just because I know how to fix Microsoft Windows problems doesn't mean I am ready to run Microsoft. But, as long as he doesn't fall asleep during meetings and his constituents are happy, maybe he just needs to separate himself from certain people and concentrate on those issues that really matter, and once he proves himself, then go for higher office. Right now, too many people feel that Corey is just in it for himself. Harry is wrong on his wish, but I do understand his logic. But, IF there is a trounce by Warner, it will be because of the voting bloc called "Northern Virginia." NOVA is to the rest of the state as NYC is to the rest of NY...just ask Hillary. Fortunately we have an interesting possibility of a sound issues-oriented U.S. Senate race between two intelligent, articulate and capable opponents that will bring credit to Virginia. Then again, there's always the possibility that Jim Gilmore will be looking for work at about that time.
