Here’s a few events coming up that readers may well be interested in attending:

Senator Jay O’Brien will have an Town Hall meeting on Illegal Immigration tomorrow, Tuesday, September 11th, 7:00-9 PM at Crestwood Elementary School. The school is at 6010 Hanover Ave in Springfield.

Delegate Jackson Miller will have a Breakfast event with Frank Wolf on Wednesday, September 12th at 7:45AM at the City Tavern at 9405 Main Street on Old Town Manassas.

The Prince William Committee of 100 will have debates between Delegate Scott Lingamfelter and William Day, and Senator Jay O’Brien and George Barker on Thursday, September 13th at the Elks Lodge at 14602 Minnieville Road in  Woodbridge.  The debates start at 7:45.

    We need to select our Congressman very carefully.

    These immigration reform and amnesty bills if passed will open the flood gates, impairing our Government from ever reducing the illegal alien’s population in America. Illegals are entering this country faster than we can deport them. We need better borders NOW!

    If you DO go to Crestwood, JUST as you make the turn off of Old Keene Mill Road, look to the immediate left, the corner house (McMansion). What you will see is a boarding house. I drove by today and all over the back fence were clothes laying on top, drying. The owner has been fined once already ($1000) but obviously by the different colored sheets and the numerous cars going to the house at various hours, he scoffed at the “fine.” This is just one more reason why “Help Save Springfield” CANNOT happen soon enough!!!
