Also, I remember back when at Giant Food they would take your bags to the car, then it turned to you had to drive up to the store and an employee would put the bags into your car for you or assist, then it became "by request", now...nothing. That Shopper's story is absolutely SICKENING!! My sister was working at that store that when this criminal attacked a couple of employees. They have so much shoplifting at that store. While my sister was managing the Deli at that store, she said she had to keep one person right by the salad bar and hot food at all times. Meals were being eaten and stolen every day. This is why I don't cross 234, to get my groceries. I stick to the Giant. At least shoppers tries to control the theft of their shopping carts, unlike Giant.
