VB Illegal Alien Killer Re-Arrested

The illegal alien who killed the two teenage girls in Virginia Beach is still in the country, out of jail, and has been arrested, again. What are they thinking down there? Why is this guy still in the United States, or at least in jail?
Virginia Beach really needs to participate in the Section 287(g) Program. Now.

Participation in ICE gives locals the authority to make the arrest on illegal status alone (no probable cause). ICE makes the decision to hold and deport. It’s the latter that is the issue…I think I’ve mentioned the deportation fairy before. This can only be accomlished with our dysfunctional congress. They are too busy pointing fingers than acting - BOTH PARTIES.
Time to let O’Reilly know this so that he can confront the Mayor and Town Council over why they are STILL failing to protect their citizens. I would be rioting if I lived down there. I am a ~ away from rioting here in the park as it is. Greg or Maureen, have you contacted him yet? I think he would have a field day on this one since he was on them like white on rice after those murders, as he well should have been.
How can this happen? How is someone who killed two people out on bail?
Maybe Claire or some other illegal alien supporter can let us know how having illegals aliens in the Country is a good thing.
It didn’t come through on my trackback, but I am not sure he was “out” of jail at the time of this arrest. You can be arrested while you are in jail.
I am trying to find out exactly what happened.
I would like to deploy the Virginia Guard to retake our streets from these invaders. The Guard State Mission Statement may prohibit this, but they were used in 1984 to round up escaped prisoners. The invaders have no rights, they should not be here, they need to go. I fear for any young lady walking any street in our state. I fear for our teen boys who are increasingly confronted by these Latino gangs. Is this the America I worked for? Is this the America I served 22 years in uniform for? No!
Our state and nation have been invaded and we are under attack. Not with guns (yet), but by using our own laws and constitution against us. Stop supporting them. Do not hire any company that employs them, boycott all estabishments who have them working there. And don’t let anyone tell you it is discrimination. It is self-preservation. Don’t let anyone tell you it is mean spirited. They were wrong coming here illegally. Show me the Central/South American model of a good country. This is what we will become if we do not turn back the tide. Show me a Middle Eastern great nation. It does not exist. Do not let those who have not paid the toll, enter the gate. Here is my action plan:
1. Deploy the Guard in Virginia and sweep these invaders out. Use our Fairgrounds for holding camps as we process them out. Bill their home nations and our Federal Government for the costs.
2. Change the Constitution to require at least one parent to be a legal resident for a child born here to be a citizen.
3. Do not let the Native Tribes grant acceptenace of these non-Americans.
4. In the short term, establish Spanish speaking only schools to relieve the burden on our established schools to help these Spanish speaking kids get a better education.
5. Fine and take the business license from any business who knowingly use the invader workforce.
6. Require the Law Enforcement agents to ask every person they pull over for proof of citizenship. Yes, this means we need a national ID or at least a Virginia Resident ID.
7. Continue to work on an ordinance to address overcrowding, boarding house issue.
We have a case in Richmond, where a 16 (now 17) year old high school student got drunk on New Year’s Eve, ran a red light, and killed a man in an accident. By all accounts, this was a very good girl, good student, from a good, supportive family who just did a “one-time” very bad thing. She was convicted, however, and now she is incarcerated under NO BOND as she awaits her sentencing.
So, here’s a message to the illegal alien apologists — ALL those who are in this country must follow the SAME laws with the same consequences. That’s all that the illegal immigration debate should decide. Anything else is just a smokescreen and an effort to create yet another “victim” class in this country.

You bring up a great point. While those who support illegals, and even the illegals themselves will say they just want to be treated as everyone else is treated, in reality, they want two different standards. They want illegals to be given a break for not just breaking the law in coming here, and working here, and not paying taxes, and engaging in other criminal acts.

For a long time now there have been two sets of laws and standards, one for American’s and one for illegal’s.
One, seems to be that when they drive without a license or insurance nothing much happens to them. The excuses given, they won’t pay anyway, they won’t show up in court, etc. I’m sick of it.

Probably someone related to him. Nobody in this town cares about what’s going on. Hell, they are all illegal. Jones has the best gig in the world. He can be as corrupt and loudmouthed as he wants because he knows he has no constituents to answer to. It wouldn’t surprise me if most of the police were on the take in this town too. It’s like Chicago in the 20’s here. The state police and FBI ignore their shenanigans, 90% of the town is Hispanic whether it be legal or illegal and everybody seems content. 2 years ago I could have sold my house for 375K easy and now I would be very lucky to get 300K. I guarantee you that these clowns will try to send me a real estate tax bill assessed at 340K again. I am going to mail it right back to them with a “stuff it” note attached to it.

Well, the foreclosure are still on the rise, which means our property values are on the decline. It looks like you just might be park’d a little longer. Hopefully, you and other like minded legal citizens call, fax, email, snail mail, visit or address your governing board. Wake Jellyfish Jones and the Flounders up!! Remind them you are the legal citizens that voted them into that office, and you can also vote them right OUT of office too!!
I’m holding out here in WestGate, and they have fled from my area since the passing of the Resolution on 7/10/07. Also, 25 apartments vacated within two weeks of resolution passing at Prince Cole Apts, oh excuse me Old Centreville Gardens. I’d like to know just who they think are kidding with that snazzy name. I guess the ILLEGAL ALIENS, they haven’t been in our community nearly as long as I have, and many other regulars here on bvbl.
With all these foreclosures and houses for sale, there’s a proliferation of for sale signs up in median strips and common property areas (where they should not be). Instead of taking them down, I’ve decided to use them myself. I’ve ordered a bunch of bumper stickers from makestickers.com that simply say, “NO ILLEGALS.” Every time I pass a sign on public property advertising a development or house for sale, I slap a bumper sticker on it.

I’d like to say that one of the worst houses around here WestGate. This is a house that Patty and I complain about all the time, and respectfully so I might add. The police have to visit them on a regular basis. Well, it looks like it is going to be sold at the Courthouse 10/1/2007. The Foreclosure Notice was in the paper today.

The article is confusing but I don’t think he’s been re-arrested.
He’s been ordered to serve 90 days in jail for being in violation of his probation when he murdered Allison Kundhart and Tessa Tranchant.
He has to pay an extra $100 as well. Although, I’m unclear which additional laws the judge condones him breaking to earn the money to pay his fines.
The Virginian-Pilot had another update on the deaths of these two girls yesterday.
Tessa Tranchant’s father “plans to sue the federal government, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach and, possibly, the state for their failure to deal with illegal immigrants.”
