Manes Pierre Gets A Bizarre Endorsement

The Manassas Urinal-Massager has a rather strange letter to the editor in today’s edition by Debby Cargill in which an employee of the Prince William County Public Schools endorses the strange candidacy of Manes Pierre and appears to violate school policy by identifying herself as a spokesman of the school system. Cargill is the lead ESOL teacher for Adult Education, and apparently another one of those multi-cultural advocates in the county school system that seem to embarrass the school board on a regular basis.
Given all the feedback I’ve gotten regarding Manes Pierre recently, you have to wonder what form of pharmaceutical substance could induce such extreme hallucinations by Ms. Cargill. Manes Pierre was fired by the school system after being transferred to three different schools, and has been reported as an abusive and problematic troublemaker in the Washington Post. Then there’s an interesting conversation I’m having right now with one of Mr. Pierre’s ex-wives by the name of Rolande Obei that should make anyone’s hair stand on end.
She reports that Manes Pierre has been married multiple times and is behind on paying for child support of five of his children who are now in a housing project in Plantation, Florida. She also says that Manes Pierre has been threatening that if she talks about what she knows he will have her deported to Haiti by the “secret police”. Nice guy, eh? I should have more on this story later on.
In the meantime, the school board should be getting a lot of questions from the citizens asking why Debby Cargill is taking on the role of PWCPS spokesperson.

This Manes Pierre guy seems like an idiot, with all his bad press out there he still charges forward. Either he’s just extremely dedicated or just plain stupid. I’m sure it’s the latter.
The letter itself is pretty bizarre. It sounds more like a generic employment reference letter than a candidate endorsement. One has to wonder if Ms. Cargill actually sent this letter or if good ol’ Manes sent her generic reference letter on her behalf. Take a look at the quotes from his Website. Many are generic quotes (probably taken from performance reviews and certainly used out of context). The guy is clearly delusional, so I wouldn’t put it past him.
He obviously doesn’t think he has to play by the same rules as the rest of us do.
I am most concerned that it appears…operative word appears…that PWCS is endorsing an individual they previously fired, as a candidate for school board.
Unless the author of that letter was directed to write it by her superiors, and Ifind it unimaginable that that is the case, the author’s tenure with PWCS should be very brief. You may say most anything you want as a private citizen. You may not speak for your employer unless authorized to do so.

Good point, Turn. I hadn’t thought about that angle. I guess it pays to be very careful who you write a reference for if your hunch is correct.
I do think an investigation is in order and that the county needs to make sure the public knows explicitely that they are not endorsing any candidate for school board.

From my point of view, it appears he is not the only one!
I did not know school employees can use their position / title in endorsing someone??? Absolutely shocking that the School System or a person representing them would endorse a FIRED teacher!!!!

I looked at the school policy and the wording is vague. They cannot use school property or do it during school hours or use students to promote a candidate but it doesn’t say they can’t use their title, which surprised me.

UNBELIEVABLE! This guy is maybe the worst candidate I’ve ever seen - he takes the prize over Steve Chapman, Faisal Gill, and Jeannette Rishell even!
LI - not too sure he beats Faisal - yes he (Manes) supports Che, as I pointed out back in August, but Faisal supports not only illegals but terrorists as well!!! People who want US DEAD. Faisal also works to keep illegals in this country, well, at least according to his company’s website. Jeannette Rishell is, well, a fish out of water and definitely NOT a good candidate.
Don’t get me wrong, this guy is DEFINITELY unsuited for the position of School Board Member and to put the word Honorable before his name would be like putting Honorable before Bill or Hill Clinton, absolutely disgusting.

There might not be a regulation or policy today but I have a sneaking suspicion there will be one proposed tomorrow. Nothing like community outcry to move the wheels of progress. Perhaps there has never been a regulation because the ‘powers that be’ always assumed that employees had some small amount of common sense.

I’m with you, John L….Faisal Gill MUST be kept out of the state house. While Pierre needs to “go to school,” vice “guide the school,” the potential damage he could do pales with what Gill could do as a HOD rep.

Is an OCD,Paranoid ,Schizophrenic ,personality disorder ,I ever seen someone who lie just for nothing and think he can foul everyone with those none sense ,let me tell you people, he does not have a consulting service that a lie,he’s not candidate for Phd @Nova if you think I ‘m liying you need to call the university.This guy run in Laudale Lakes FL for City commisionner where they have a lot of Haitien people he didin’t make it ,do you think he will be able to make in Nothern Virginia ,trust me this is an obssesive compulsive disorder,he can even pay his appartement where is used to lived @arshtone Smith station in Springfield now is running for shool board. You need to find something to do OCD go to work to pay your past due rent and the child support .I know what happen it must be hard to find some one without paper to abuse and stole money for GREEN CARD ,you know for sure you not going to make it ,you need people to give money to pay your bills you did that band Lauderdale Lakes before thetf.
