Ricardo Juarez Should Be Deported
By Greg L | 18 October 2007 | Illegal Aliens, Prince William County | 74 Comments
The DC Examiner has picked up on my call to have the immigration status of Mexicans Without Borders General Coordinator Ricardo Juarez, who is almost certainly an illegal alien, checked. You’d think that when someone consistently refuses to answer questions about his legal status when speaking to the media and lobbying our government on behalf of illegal aliens, someone would have already tried to figure out whether he was pulling the same stunt as Macrina Cardinal, the head of the Mexico Solidarity Front who was deported back to Mexico this summer. Does Ricardo Juarez deserve some deference as to his legal status that Macrina Cardinal was not entitled to? I think not.
Juarez has declined to make his status public because he represents both legal and illegal immigrants. He moved to Northern Virginia from Mexico more than a decade ago.
But Letiecq argued that Juarez’s status should be checked because he is a prominent voice in the debate.
“I think it’s worthwhile asking the question what his immigration status is if he’s an advocate for illegal aliens,” Letiecq said. “If I go to Mexico and I do what he’s doing, I would be thrown in jail.”
In addition to Juarez’s evasions in the press, Ricardo Juarez recently divorced his wife in Mexico and married a local woman half his age. All of the documents filed in this divorce case, and his marriage certificate indicate that he does not have a Social Security Number. If Ricardo Juarez had legal presence in Virginia and the lawful ability to seek employment, he would have a Social Security Number. I think it’s reasonable to ask that authorities determine his legal status and deport Ricardo Juarez if he is in fact an illegal alien.
Here’s someone flaunting his status. ICE can’t afford to allow this to continue.
UPDATE: In the comment section a poster has found a Washington Post article that described Ricardo Juarez’s unlawful entry into the United States. Entering into the United States without going through an inspection station is a federal felony offense. The only question is whether our police department still enforces felony violations, or only those that don’t have anything to do with illegal aliens.

Maybe our county law enforcement could make him a test case of the new enforcement policy during their extended training exercise. He’s probably savvy enough to actually reside in the sanctuary counties of Fairfax or Arlington
His status should be checked and if not legal then this clown should be deported!
Yes, and didn’t he tell the Washington Post that he came to America to support his family in Mexico? I guess he dumped his family in Mexico and robbed the cradle.
Does he drive?
he should be deported,
will make my day if he is…
Juarez should go. The MJM should have titled their opinion ” What’s next, now that Juarez is over”.
obit,
I think John Steinbach is his driver! They can snag a better spot with that handicap plate when the roll up in the ole van!
Angry Blackman,
If he’s found to be illegal he should deported straight back to Mexico, with his “anchor babies”, his “child bride”, and he can take the other two clowns Nancy and John along with them. Let them work on improving Mexico!
WHO’S GOING TO CHECK? You are not going to get anyone in law enforcement to check with nothing more than “I think he is illegal.” Lost cause i’m afraid until someone can prove the allegation.
They’ll have to pull him over for a traffic violation, shoplifting, etc…
however if he’s running a boarding house then he could be reported I’m sure.
Even though this guy is pretty stupid (I’m really hoping he is reading this blog) he’s probably well versed in illegal activity to remain under the radar. He probably has other people drive him, works at day labor jobs (or extorts his followers) and keeps everything in his wife’s name.
Unless he really does something to hose things up, I dont think he’s going to be deported anytime soon but we can hope!
Greg, Juarez NEEDS to be deported. This guy is an insurrectionist that foments fear and trepidation in his followers. If you’ve noticed in his flyers, including the one distributed on Tuesday, its ALWAYS their fight against the anti-immigration and not anti-ILLEGAL immigration resolution. He also uses the words injustice, racism, hate, violence that the “anti-immigrant” authorities and “anti-immigrant” groups have against them and the division in the county as a result of the “anti-immigrants”. This guy is a kook and must be stopped. He’s is a manipulator who is fueled by misleading his followers and the negative information/emotions instilled in them by his lies, deception, and misrepresentation. Juarez IS bad news!
This is what the Washington Post reported about him on August 27, 2007:
“Twelve years ago, Ricardo Juarez was an unemployed government clerk standing in the dark on a riverbank outside Eagle Pass, Tex. He had no particular American dream in mind, he says, no vision of white picket fences or the Liberty torch. The youngest male in a family of 12 siblings, Juarez was mostly thinking about food. He and a group of other migrants set their inner tubes into the swirling blackness of the Rio Grande and let the current carry them across.”
It appears improbable that he could have gone back to Mexico since then and returned to the U.S. with a valid immigrant visa.
ICE=worthless. Don’t bother with them.
Wow, you mean it is not just bigoted racist elected officials who are responsible for the separation of families? It seems there are plenty of illegals who gladly leave their families behind.
Ricardo Juarez is the mexican David Koresh or better yet, Jim Jones. Pretty soon we’ll be seeing them start handing out purple kool-aid. Most of these people he’s leading are stupid enough to follow him. When you have people like Nancy liar showing her “intelligence” these people are being led like the pied piper…They actually believe what these two idiots tell them, disregarding all common sense (assuming they have any, which is a real stretch)
MSF should be re-classified as a cult.
Unless the U.S. Immigration authorities had a booth on the American side of the Rio Grande when Mr. Juarez came across on his inner tube, he could not have obtained a valid visa.
If he has a driver’s license, he would have obtained it prior to 2004 when Virginia required proof of residency after the 9/11 changes. However, next time he renews his OL, he will have to prove both US and Virginia residency accoring to the VA DMV website.
Chances are that he is illegal as he floated across the Rio Grande on an inner tube and there have been no provisions for him to obtain a visa since he came in 1995.
Josh,
Great comments. Don’t forget John Steinbach(third stooge), he does his share of spouting off the BS too. They might get a better tax break as a cult than what ever they might like to refer to their “followers”.
I didn’t see any kool-aid be passed out Tuesday. They are saving it for their next “big rally” I suppose.~lol
I did forget johnny boy…he’s definitely a stooge, really the best way to describe him. I guess he’s curly.
Nancy I’m sure has a few packets of kool-aid up her sleeve when things start sliding even further south for her..
Ricky probably doesnt even know what kool-aid is, probably couldnt even read the label on the pack unless it’s in spanish and that’s probably even stretching it a bit.
MWB’s new chant!
Kool-aid, Kool-aid tastes great, wish I had some, can’t wait!!
Catawba on 18 Oct 2007 at 4:21 pm:
By his photos he has found the food!
Josh: “Even though this guy is pretty stupid (I’m really hoping he is reading this blog) he’s probably well versed in illegal activity to remain under the radar.”
ROFL!
I bet old ricky is first in line at the Buffet
If he’s gonna be an effective public persona he might want to exercise some carb control and lay off the burrito’s.
Lafayette: “Don’t forget John Steinbach…”
I saw his rant during citizen’s time. Good grief. Poster child for Marxism and Woodstock, and went from “weed” to “feed”.
Josh, what makes you think the Kool-aid packages don’t
have Spanish on them….everything else does!
That guy should put that much energy and passion into trying
to make things better in his own country
Gone Fishing: “That guy should put that much energy and passion into trying to make things better in his own country”
True, but he has a better chance here… open border, piss-poor immigration law enforcement, lots of governmental freebies, tons of moonbats that feel guilty for their plight and want to give them everything they want, etc. What’s not to like?
I love the “moonbat” comment, totally awesome ! I can only assume nancy liar resembles that remark
as far as kool-aid, havent partaken in the substance for sometime but I’ll assume you are correct, likely spanish does exist on the package however I would highly doubt Ricky can read anything, regardless of language. He speaks like he’s illiterate so I would assume his reading skills probably are lacking.
I’m sorry! I just HAD to look up the word “moonbat” because it sounded so funny…
Moonbat (also “barking moonbat” and “moonbat crazy”) is a term often used currently in U.S. politics as a political epithet referring to anyone that is liberal or on the left. “Wingnut” (or “right wing nut”) is frequently preferred as the analogous epithet aimed at the political right.[1]
Now I learned something new today and now I’m ROFLMAO
Thanks, Josh…I too learned something new today. Now can
you tell this old codger what ROFLMAO means?
Rolling on the Floor Laughing My A** Off
Mexicans Without Balls is more like it … leaving in droves.
josh 5.59 - David Karesh and Jim Jones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So how many people has Jimenez killed so far? You seem to totally enjoy wallowing in mud, muck, and mire. Your forte is name calling. Spewing venom is another. Doesn’t your supply ever run out?
Bob Sentz 7:04 - Kool-aid tastes great………….. Now, that’s REALLY using one’s brains. (If josh had written that it would have been followed by “if he has any”, I’m sure.) Infantilism is thriving among some HSM members.
Ok, so how did ICE finallly get the goods on Sra. Cardinal and send her packing? If anyone can find out, let’s get the ball rolling in VA.
Just in… Prince William County illegal immigrant sexually assaults children in Fairfax county…
[Prince William] county is charging him with failure to appear Dec. 4 in its General District Court because he allegedly did not comply with the terms of the suspended sentence he received for an earlier shoplifting conviction.

Yeah, these are the people you want “hand picked” by contractors to do work around your house.
Krusty, You really don’t remember the kool-aid commercial? You seem to be a rather hostile individual.
Man, I had a whole string of stuff typed for you, but I really don’t have the fortitude to spar with a knucklehead. Besides, the Red Sox are winning!
Hasta luego!!
Thanks, Rick Bentley, for the info! (ROFLMAO) I love it.
Krusty, leave Josh alone. Where’s your sense of humor?
Greg, is Macrina’s actual last name Cardenas? Is this article about the same deported person of which you speak, who was heading up Mexicans without Borders in 2005? http://64.233.169.104/search?q=cache:2Gtrud_kU_4J:socialismandliberation.org/mag/index.php%3Faid%3D356+macrina+cardenas&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us
A little sampling of the MWB from their Socialism & Liberalism Magazine, cited above: “Our central objectives are permanent residency for all undocumented workers residing in the country and the establishment of legal channels for future waves of immigrants.”… “For the groups that want to restrict immigration, any demand favorable to immigrants seems to be aimed at achieving amnesty. For this reason, some immigrant rights groups prefer to struggle for small reforms so as not to frighten those right-wing elements. In Mexicans Without Borders, we support every reform favorable to immigrants, but our struggle is centered on achieving permanent residency and creating more suitable channels for immigration so that future immigrants will not have to risk their lives crossing the border into the United States. Those two demands would enable immigrants to gain access to drivers’ licenses, education, health services, and labor rights.”
Sounds like the evening news…
This thread is unbelievable. Seriously, you people are just heartless and awful. Be against illegal immigration if you want. Fine if you want the undocumented population to return to their home country, that’s your right.
But when did any of the above translate to the need to openly mock someone just because they came to this country for a better life? Not to mention, you’ve completely attacked this man without really knowing what his legal status is at all.
You’ve spent the entire thread mocking his arrival to this country, making unfounded judgements about his legal status and even made fun of his weight. Just one question for you…what on earth does a persons weight have to do with immigration status? If this whole thing is really about “enforcing the law” as you claim, and not about racism or xenophobia, why are any of you discussing the man’s weight?
If this is about “enforcing the law” as you say it is, why are you making comments about people speaking spanish and “laying off the burritos.” Do you not see what’s racist about those comments?
Isn’t it possible to want immigration laws enforced, and for undocumenteds to go home without it leading to nasty, mean behavior? Can’t you want immigration enforcement and at the same time find a way to have a little sympathy and empathy for the other side?
This whole thread is just awful. It’s like you don’t even remember that you’re talking about a human being.
Anon,
Chill out, people are just joking around. Go Red Sox!!!
I was wondering when Krutis would step out of the closet and comment. Dude, you need to get a sense of humor. I have one since I occasionally have debates with you. Trust me I’m totally laughing when I type a response to you.
are you saying we shouldnt make fun of poor old illegal Ricky? Say it isnt so!!
anon,
I have little respect for people who advocate insurrection and sedition against the country I love who are not even legal citizens at that (come on, do you obviously believe Juarez is legal?)
Why dont YOU stand up and be an American or do you know what being a United States Citizen is all about.
I want you to know this anon…no matter how hard the illegals toil in the fields picking water melon or whatever. No matter how many lawns they mow or how many houses they clean..they never have earned the right to become U.S. citizens.
We earned the right to become citizens, it was passed to us by our forefathers who fought for independence and who paved the way for freedom. They paid in blood so that we may be free. I know when I wake up in the morning and put on my uniform to head to work I realize this…Do you?
The illegals have not “paid” into the system. They do not deserve anything except a swift bus-ride to the border and out of our country. They have the “right” to apply for visa’s the legal way and then they can earn the right to become citizens the legal way.
If the illegals are so passionate about being citizens, do it the right way and go through the process. If illegals are so bent on protesting, they should do it in their own country. Honestly, I think Ricardo Juarez should make his way back to the Rio Grande and catch the next inner tube across and go back home. If he’s so passionate about his people, he’ll protest and fight for better treatment in his own country instead of debasing himself as a complete fool
I personally dont want to live in a Sh@#hole full of illegals so I want them to get the hell out.
josh - again - Your compassion this morning is superb. The last sentence beautiful. How did those born here EARN their citizenship? They just happened chose the right parents, for which they can be given NO credit, IMHO.
“to choose”
Kru, is english a second language for you, or are you just poor in reading comprehension? Illegals want to cut in line and steal what they are not entitled to. They were awfully presumptuous thinking they could take our jobs or use their anchor babies to gain citizenship. We the people will no longer tolerate that. GO HOME - put all that emotion, energy and “hard work” fixing your own countries.
“Krutis said: How did those born here EARN their citizenship”
I will tell you how….by assimilating into the American melting pot culture, speaking English, and being 100% loyal to only our U.S. Flag and Country. You know Krutis, there are people that are born here as legal citizens that do not do the above. They are unassimilated American imposters!
tp - “..that are born here as legal citizens that do not do the above. They are unassimilated American imposte(o)rs.”
What do you suggest should be done to those with the unassimilation sickness? Send them to sheriff Joe’s tent prisons to eat balony (bologna) and wear pink underwear? If you are a LEGAL citizen, you are NOT an impostor!!!!!!! That’s one fact even you can’t put a spin on.
Krutis,
I totally aim to please you!! My postings are almost 100 percent guaranteed to get a response from you, at least I’m doing a bang up job!
Interesting. You claim to be joking and then many posters here go on to prove my point. The comments and behavior is completely serious, not a joke.
You people really are unbelievable. I never suggested that Undocumented people should be able to stay here or should get citizenship.
I made only a few points:
1. You should be careful before harshly attacking people as illegal until you are sure of their status.
2. If law enforcemnt is your aim, why are you talking about burritos and spanish? And given that you are talking about burritos and spanish (whether it’s a joke or not) do you not see that your concerns are mainly cultural and racial?
3. What does someone’s weight/shape/body type have to do with Immigration?
Grow up people. The fact that you think this stuff is funny, is almost pathetic. THere is nothing funny about illegal immigration…from either side of the debate. THere are very serious consequences for people on both sides. And the debate deserves a little respect and civility.
“Krutis said: What do you suggest should be done to those with the unassimilation sickness? Send them to sheriff Joe’s tent prisons to eat balony (bologna) and wear pink underwear? If you are a LEGAL citizen, you are NOT an impostor!!!!!!! That’s one fact even you can’t put a spin on.”
Uhh….yes you are an imposter. Just because you are born here does not make you a loyal true American.
Our country was founded on the following (if you disagree with these…I say you are an imposter):
1. You assimilate into the American melting pot (this is the Great Experiment).
2. You speak English (yes, this has been the language for 200 plus years).
3. You are loyal ONLY to the U.S. Flag and our Country. You cannot be loyal to any other country.
anon,
who cares?
I’ll continue my “joking” ways as long as I wish….
Josh, things get lost in translation with the unassimilated - don’t even recognize a joke when they see it and misconstrue tongue-in-cheek comments. Maybe a sense of humor is part of the American culture. Sure makes it difficult to communicate with some of these people. Keep up the good work (and humor).
TP - Just a gentle correction: you keep typing “impostEr”. I looked it up and the correct spelling is “impostOr”. I’m sure you’re not an ESL product, but English spelling is an abomination even to a fullblown, patriotic, flag waving, loyal, true, assimilated American like you. God bless you, God bless America, God bless our flag and God bless everything you want blessed, TP. Anything else I can do for you? No, I’m not going away!
josh - I’m happy I’m making you happy!
Juarez and Nancy Lyon have pledged thyeir support to the molester, and offered to bring young female relatives over for conjugal visits as a sign of support.
Also Bush will be working (along with El Presidente Calderon) to give the molester immunity if he is willing to testify against the cops who arrested him. They had no right to determine his legal status; Hispanics are affected disproportionately when the law is enforced.
The ACLU will be filing suit demanding his release. Meanwhile, John McCain, Ted Kennedy, and Lindsay Graham are already drafting up a bill to create amnesty for Mexican child molesters. For too long this segment of our society has been repressed. For God’s sake some of these people ahve their own families to take care of, and are being seperated from them. They only came here in search of an opportunity, Americans need to embrace diversity and learn that a pervert swinging his sausage around in a library is not really such a bad thing. Sure it’s tempting to pass judgement and enforce law but really, we should learn to live with this. This perv is some rich guy’s construction worker or gardener, and what right do we the people have to keep him imprisoned?
legal2,
yeah, I guess humor (however dry and crass) is part of our american culture:)
It’s pretty blatant how old Ricky can remain in our country scot free. He’s gotta be an illegal, If he wasnt why doesnt he prove himself and set the record straight?
I look back to my law enforcement training, people who are innocent will often go to extreme lengths to prove themselves innocent if they are detained or arrested. If even the allegation of wrongdoing is suggested almost 100 percent of the time an innocent person will speak up and try to set the record straight.
The guilty hide behind excuses and other useless garbage. It only lends suspicion to their cause and make it difficult to take him even the slightest bit seriously.
Krutis: “Just a gentle correction: you keep typing “impostEr”. I looked it up and the correct spelling is “impostOr”.”
Looked it up? Where?
Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary of Law:
Main Entry: im·pos·tor
Variant: or im·pos·ter /im-’päs-t&r/
Function: noun
: one that assumes a false identity or title for the purpose of deception : IMPERSONATOR
American Heritage Dictionary:
im·pos·tor or im·pos·ter
n. One who engages in deception under an assumed name or identity.
Dictionary.com Unabridged:
im·pos·tor
–noun
a person who practices deception under an assumed character, identity, or name.
Also, im·post·er.
Just a “gentle correction”.
Krutis, its JUAREZ, not Jimenez. Josh, watch out…ole Krut is now accusing you of spewing venom.
Yes, we must be GENTLE with Krutis. What would this blog be without him.
es la ley - Thank you for the thorough exploration and explanation of the different kinds of spelling! I only made a quick check in my trusty old Funk & Wagnall Standard College Dictionary. I love words. Could you give me a LITTLE credit though, as your law dictionary gives “impostEr” as a variant and the “O” version as “main”? This blog IS educational in many ways.
justice - I have trouble with those foreign names, Juarez (thought that was a city), Jimenez, sort of like Jimminy Cricket, Sanchez, Gonzalez, Hernandez, etc. All those ZZZZs confuse me!
But, heck, they aren’t important anyway. You just KNOW, that if a name ends in -ez, it ’s 99% likely an illegal.
venom huh?
I cant wait to master that trick, that would be pretty cool dont you think? Like a spitting cobra or something like that. You know the animal kingdom is so interesting that it’s creatures have so many talents. I picture Krutis as a baboon
and Krutis, Juarez is also a City. It’s pretty disgusting there too.
Krutis: “Could you give me a LITTLE credit though, as your law dictionary gives “impostEr” as a variant and the “O” version as “main”?”
Not at all. You ignored the other two examples, where both spellings are equal, to suit you argument. Not surprising!
Krutis,
being born and raised in phoenix, arizona…I’m a BIG fan of Sheriff Joe. He’s my hero…he get’s things done and he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do it himself.
We need more sheriff Joe’s in this country, he runs things with a common sense attitude. It’s why he keeps getting elected, over and over and over…..
Krut, glad you’re so knowledgeable regarding names ending in “ez” being of hispanic origin….by the way, its Jimminy Crickez en Mexico.
Why hasn’t Ricardo Juarez been deported? Maybe the Mexican Consulate called up Jorge Bush and ordered him not to touch Ricardo.
justice - HOW could I have misspelled Jimminy’s last name? Great repartee! LOL
josh - I think I’ll eat my baloney sandwich, put on my pink underwear, go to bed and call it a day. Uncle Joe, your hero, said he’d sing me a lullaby. Sweet!
Krutis,
you have honestly shocked me!You have put visions in my head that are now preventing me from sleeping. Take yourself, your baloney sandwich and our pink underwear and hop right back into the closet please and spare us the nightmare.
As usual Krutis….you jump to conclusions!
TP - Pray tell, what kind of conclusions have I jumped to? Last time I jumped at all was last night when I jumped into bed. josh wants me to “hop” into the closet, and you have me jumping to “conclusions”. How agile do you think I am anyway?
It’s a beautiful day and I’ve been out enjoying the fall colors.
Hope you do the same while the sun is shining.
Lullaby!?
(to the tune of Brahm’s Lullaby)
Lullaby, and good night,
While pink briefs adorn you,
And rest your shriveled head,
In your Craftmatic bed.
While you nosh on bologna,
Don’t forget that we’re gonna,
Remind you our friend,
To change your Depends!
[In jest]
es la ley - Love it! There’s creativity evident in them thar lines. Big, broad smile from here.
This is a most awesome lullaby
Brings some severely unpleasant thoughts to my head though,
Imagining Krutis in both pink underwear and depends is not too pleasant. The craftmatic bed is a very nice touch!
Personally I have one of those sleep number beds, pretty cool but also pretty pricey. I’m still trying to figure out if it was worth it but hey..gotta make the wife happy and she wanted it.
“Imagining Krutis in both pink underwear and depends is not too pleasant.”
[shudder] Yep, stick a fork in it. This thread’s done! I hope!
Agreed,
until they shove Ricky back across the border I think this threads about toast
