Breaking:
I’m hearing that William Day forged Delegate Scott Lingamfelter’s signature in a mail piece that hit mailboxes today. If this is true, there’s may be some big consequences for William Day’s campaign.
Stay tuned…
UPDATE: I’ve confirmed that this mailing had Scott Lingemfelter’s signature on it, and that the signature wasn’t authorized. Yep, this is a case of forgery. Now the question will be whether this is going to result in a criminal prosecution. Scans of the mailer will go up as soon as they’re available.

What do you mean if true? Did he or didn’t he? It’s irresponsible to post something like this without knowing something concrete. Who did you “hear” this from?
And from whom did you get your confirmation? Seems you’re licking your chops at the thought of a criminal prosecution. Yep!
Nothing will be done about it either way.
Keep the Virginia Office of the Attorney General’s email address and phone number handy. There is a growing list of Northern Virginia Democrats who are demonstrating little regard for the law. It is pretty much how they approach the illegal alien invasion problem too.
