Another Day, Another Law Broken By The Illegal Alien Lobby

By Greg L | 5 November 2007 | Illegal Aliens, Crime, Prince William County | 42 Comments

Virtucon has the story this afternoon about John Steinbach of Mexicans Without Borders distributing a sample ballot that violates Virginia elections laws, urging voters to support candidates that have a clear agenda to support illegal aliens, including Sharon Pandak and Corey Riley.  The phone number provided on this sample has previously been used for the Hiroshima-Nagasaki Peace Committee, Mexicans Without Borders, the Virginia Anti-War Network, and has been listed as a personal contact phone number for John Steinbach when he was active with the Gray Panthers.  This culture of lawlessness within the illegal alien lobby must be put to an end.

You can see the flyer here.

I find it fascinating that an organization that wants us to trust them when they comment on what is legal and what is not will continuously engage in unlawful behavior.  Whether it is violating the IRS Code for prohibited activities of tax-exempt organizations, Virginia elections laws, or unlawfully harboring illegal aliens within their homes, the illegal alien lobby constantly undercuts its credibility with each new revelation of wrongful behavior.

I’m sure the Washington Post and the Manassas Urinal-Massager will run an expose on this soon – as soon as the temperature drops below thirty-two degrees in hell, that is.  This benign neglect towards unlawful behavior will never be afforded to the other side of the debate, but for as long as there is an illegal alien lobby, there will always be a special class of lawbreakers towards whom the press will never utter an unkind word.

It must be nice to get this sort of deferential treatment.

Which laws were violated and why is this pamphlet different from the ones the Dems and GOP hand out at the polling places?

Proof that the “leaders” of illegals consider them uneducated and easily led. Makes Steinbach&Lyall feel superior, I suppose.

Keep copies of all such infractions and get ready to contact the IRS for starters.

If they do, I hope that Dulles ATC is prepared for all of the Donkeys that will be flying about in the approach pattern.

Also, if Paul Ebert were to do ANYTHING about this, a little Public Service Announcement from BVBL might be in order, so that everyone can go out and buy Pig-Proof Depends… could be embarrasing when pigs start flying out of peoples bums…

Well all you Pandak fans, looks like Mexicans Without Borders is supporting Pandak. That just about says it all.

    veteran –

This violates Virginia election law by not having a disclaimer stating who paid for the sample ballot and, being a sample ballot, cannot be printed on white paper (which it was.)

Also, if this was distributed by MSF, it violates their tax exempt status since it clearly advocates the election or defeat of candidates.

I understand this was a Sample Ballot in Spanish. If so there are laws that have to be follwed. Such as disclosure line at bottom. You do not X out all other names. In other words there’s a right way (legal) and the shove it downs your throat.(illegal way)

I always knew Pandak was not for us . She is a flashing lier and you can not believe what she says.

    Wake up everyone.

Write to the principal of Metz Middle School where he teaches. I know as a parent of a middle schooler there, I do not appreciate the fact that this “teacher” has no problem breaking the law and encouraging others to do the same. Who knows what he says in the classroom!

What, John Steinbach is still a teacher in the PWC school system?? Please confirm.

No, he teaches in the city at Grace E. Metz Middle School.

That flyer won’t help the illegals very much. Most of them cannot read or write. They should have had a photo or an Icon (just like their home countries) instead of a name. MWB screwed it up again!

“That flyer won’t help the illegals very much. Most of them cannot read or write.”

The flyer is in Spanish, and the names are spelled as they will appear at the polls. So, I think they’ll help a lot.

And, if you will notice, they are advising people not to vote for John Jenkins, a Democrat who voted for the resolution. So, I would think that John Jenkins really isn’t a member of your illegal alien lobby.

Pandak is not a liar. Pandak is for sanity in government. If you guys gave her half a chance, I think you’d see that she could work the problem in an orderly fashion that would go far to please all of us.

Wonder how long these people have been here that touts Pandak?

The Parsons Farm was one of her big undertakings and she made a mess of it all the way.
Another was the rivermen at the end of Cherry Hill filled in the shore line to make more parking space. It was alot of fill. It went to Court, all the way to Federal Court. They got a $100000 FINE . But no one knows if it was paid. The last I checked was when Barg called Pandak over and said didn’t the Dents pay their fine?Pandak says well they did community service for it. WOW

I didn’t believe them then and to this day I don’t believe them.

You’ve got to know the people your dealing with and that bunch is not honorable.

Illegals HAVE been voting in California. Their reasoning: I am here, I’m not going anywhere, I work hard, why shouldn’t I be able to vote? Just because I don’t have a piece of paper that doesn’t mean I’m not a person, blah, blah, blah…

  24. Dave in PWC said on 5 Nov 2007 at 11:39 pm: Flag comment

I just emailed my federal elected officials, Webb, Warner and Wolf asking them to investigate the illegal sample ballot and asked them to urge the IRS to investigate the “non-profit” status of MWB. I also asked them to urge ICE to investigate Juarez. I don’t expect much, but if we flood their inboxes maybe something will be done like we did with the overwhelming of their phone lines the last time the Dems tried to sneak the DREAM act in.

Having worked on Sample Ballots and having spoken first hand with the registrar about the guidelines, the white paper only matters if the polling place is using paper ballots, which is not the case in PWC. It is generally a good idea to use a different color of paper, but it is not required.

Also, if memory serves, the disclaimer is only needed if the person or group spent more than $100. I remember this issue coming up 4 years ago when the Police Association was passing out a Sample Ballot at the polls that didn’t have an authorized line.

Hmm, and the election officials haven’t stopped them. Right…

Statistics show that very few illegals try to vote. That’s a rightwing myth.

As these ballots were distributed in the Route 1 area of Woodbridge, the Royse campaign filed an official complaint with the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office earlier today. This “sample ballot” is a clear violation of Virginia election laws.

  29. peace said on 6 Nov 2007 at 12:52 am: Flag comment

In the Virginia Easy Voter Guide, p. 15 (of the pdf file)begins a section called, “Election Day Information.” On page 18, of this same section, it talks about sample ballots, naming the info about who authorized it, the color, etc.

This is about a sample ballot ON ELECTION DAY, not several days before the election.

There is no other info in this guide regarding sample ballots BEFORE election day. I can not fathom that it would be illegal to give out a facsimile of a ballot three days before the election, printed on white paper for convenience, so as to inform the public.

I forgot to give a link to the VA Easy Voter Guide. It’s http://www.sbe.virginia.gov/cms/documents/EASY_VOTER_GUIDE_FINAL_8-3-04_-_Large_Print_-_lft.pdf

Again, having served an election official and I mean as the Secretary to the Electoral Board, the paper ballot that was distributed was not really illegal. They generally not printed on white paper but there is no hard and fast rule or law. In addition, we do not vote on paper ballots and most voting precincts have computerized machines now. The sample ballot, as you want to call it, was written entirely in spanish. Last time I checked Virginia had no ballots in spanish. As for illegals voting in California, that is not an entirely true statement. The majority of my family lives in CA and they tell me that is just not the case. The vast majority of illegals do not even attempt to vote.

    anon at 6:10,

I’m not sure where your family live in california but the bulk of my family do live all over california and they do have issues with illegals attempting to vote, especially in san diego (chula vista area). I doubt the practice is widespred as you mentioned but it does happen in the heavily hispanic areas.

Northern California not much so, but check out the local papers from various areas and you’ll see. There was a big stink about this not too long ago but I forgot which area of cali

  33. Anon said on 6 Nov 2007 at 7:24 am: Flag comment

Having done Sample Ballots for several organizations, let me share my experience. Sample Ballots can only be on white paper if the polling place is using paper ballots, which we don’t in PWC. Also, and this was a problem that came up 4 years ago with the Police Association’s Sample Ballot, the authorized and paid for line is only required if the group or person in question has spent over $100. Those were the rules the last time I did Sample Ballots, which was in PWC and not that long ago.

I have had 3 business trips to San Diego in the past 2 years and I can say UNEQUIVOCALLY that there are way more illegal aliens in the DC Metro area than there are in the San Diego area. Going to San Diego is like a vacation away from illegals for me, there is that much difference between the two. I honestly don’t think that anyone knows just how bad this problem is here unless they live in Arlington, Falls Church, PWC or Manassas(Park) city. Today is either the day we made a firm stand against anarchy or the day I start making plans to move to Oklahoma.

Who is gonna be firm on Illegals?

So far I know, Mr. Stewart will have my vote and I’m traditionally a Democrat. Same for Stirrup. Kind of in between for Colgan and Fitzsimmons.

One thing is for certain, those that we vote for who have promised a stand against illegals will be watched closely. Don’t even take my vote for granted for there are thousands more today (blacks) who feel exactly like I do and that is, “we normally do the Democratic thing however if all are like Mr. Stewart then today we become Republicans”!

ABM, I love you brother, and I look forward to the day when we don’t segregate how we vote with what ethnic group we belong to. I too usually vote as a Democrat and today am a Republican.

    park’d,

dont have a good count on all the illegals here in the area but I travel to chula vista quite often as I have family there. It’s full of them, they called it “chula juana” and it’s been almost integrated into mexico over the last 10 years..almost like woodbridge. My aunt has lived in chula vista for over 40 years and she’s now about the only white person in her
    housing area.

In places like Coranado, la jolla I would definitely agree however in others i’m not so sure. Naval station (32nd street) is full of them too and I hear it’s a common complaint still. When I was stationed in the area back in 91-93 it wasnt nearly as bad as I see it know.

My sister was just in Del Mar–didn’t see a single illegal alien. She said it was a pleasure unlike Northern VA.

Illegal aliens vote in just enough numbers to push their candidate into the victory column. Loretta Sanchez beat Bob Dornan thanks to illegal alien voting.
Peace: The numbers don’t have to be huge, just enough to provide victory. Your statistics are meaningless.

All of you who believe that those at the polls were illegal immigrants should really wake up and smell the coffee. Illegal immigrants don’t go to the polls. You are provoking unnecessary violence and hatred. Immigrants aren’t going away. Do you not eat at fast food restaurants or go to Walmart? And why are you so against the hispanics? They didn’t terrorize our country. They love our country. Most come here to make a better life for their children. Isn’t that why all of our forefathers came to this country? Just because you are white doesn’t make you better.

    Jonas,

You don’t get it. We are not against Hispancis. We are against all members of all races, genders, religious and ethnic groups that are in the country “illegally” and those who are voting “illegally” with illegal registrations, driver’s licenses, illegal birth certificates and stolen Social Security numbers.

We welcome legal immigrants who uphold our laws.

We are also against any gender, racial, religious, or ethnic group that is seeking special priviliges and laws because they don’t care about anyone else but their own supremacy group. We are against their militant actions, their militant words and their demands for rights the rest of us don’t have just because they believe their ethnic group is superior to all others. I think a common term we all hear from at least one of the most outspoken and belligerant of the ethic supramacy groups, many “illegally” in our country are statements like, I’m not leaving, we do not care about your laws, we will take over your country, we are the supreme people’s “La Raza”, we will have more babies than you, we will take over your police force (while corruption reigns in their native countries), and we will take over your politics, by putting only our own kind into power by voting illegally if we have to.” “We do not care if we break your laws, wherever a Mexican is, Mexico is”. “We are going to carve a chunk out of your nation and call it Atzlan.”

Give me one good reason why we should not fight to our last breath anyone who would show such disrespect for us, and not deport as many as we can find or force out?

None of these people understand or respect our Constitution and Bill of Rights. How little they understand this is proven by the massive political corruption and lack of ethics in their own native countries.

We don’t intend to continue to be invaded. You have a national fight on your hands for our nation’s continued survival as an American Culture.
