If he fails to remember and realize, or if he does remember and realize yet still turns his back on his roots, may God have mercy on him. We can only deal with this at the micro level (county). It might "be a federal issue", but just as the feds don't want to do their jobs on this problem, they won't want to do their jobs forcing the taxpayers to abandon our local legislation against illegals.
