I don't think blocking dynamic IP address space from Comcast or any other ISP is very effective because of the ease at which someone can change their IP address. I contacted spamhaus and they removed it for me. They were blocking whole blocks of IP's from Comcast business. Once they removed it, I was removed from the others as well.
