At least something good could come out of something bad, not to mention the EYE SORE. Anyway, NO, I am not saying there has to be the "sucker" that has to go in and clean up other/s mistakes but in the light of things,there are steps that we all can take to to help. With the market being the way it is we will probably see more and more of this happening. With all the calls and bitching about zoning going to the wrong house , etc....
