Another Murder Linked To An Illegal Alien

By Greg L | 11 December 2007 | Illegal Aliens, Crime | 124 Comments

As many suspected, the person charged with this weekend’s multiple homicide in Woodbridge is indeed an illegal alien, according to the MJM.

Around 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Prince William police say Sanchez-Miranda, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, entered the house at the corner of Maurice Drive and Grandview Avenue in Woodbridge through an unlocked door and tried to shoot his estranged common-law wife, who had taken the couple’s three children to her sister’s house for a 2-year-old’s birthday party. (emphasis added)

I guess this was another one of those jobs that Americans are unwilling to do.  Because of this, three are dead, and two are seriously injured.  How many more will have to die before the federal and state governments can summon the will needed to ensure that illegal aliens are removed from our communities?

    The “long term Girlfriends” are also illegal as are the two other men who were living in that rooming house. Are they going to be turned over to ICE? They are part of the problem too. They need to go back to Mexico because they are illegally here. Judith Europa, the long term girlfriend told the WAPO reporter she had been here a few years and doesn’t speak any English. So much for assimilation into the culture. As for that violent culture, I don’t want any part of it….

    I am starting to believe that our Federal government is broken beyond repair. It is failing at the most basic responsibility, to secure our borders, and protect the citizens from external threats. If the invasion by illegal aliens continues, societal collapse is unaviodable. While pressuring our representatives to fix the problem, and equal amount of effort and resources should be spent individually preparing for the worst.

    Two Survivors Describe Victims’ Lifesaving Acts

    By Theresa Vargas
    Washington Post Staff Writer
    Tuesday, December 11, 2007; Page B01

    As Judith Europa described how the father of her children shot and killed three people in a Woodbridge house, she clung to one positive: She and others were alive yesterday because two men were as intent on protecting those they loved as the gunman was on destroying them.

    Europa said she was lying with four children on the floor of her sister’s bedroom Sunday when Anastacio Sanchez-Miranda, 39, slipped into the Grandview Avenue house unnoticed, his jealousy seething. She and the children watched as her sister, Rosario Europa, 24, and brother-in-law, Juan Manuel Guevara, 28, were gunned down. Guevara had placed his body in front of Judith Europa and the children, she said.

    “He was a good man. The best,” Europa said in Spanish yesterday, standing outside the empty house. “He was a miracle to me.”

    Deport the two “Common Law” wives - there is no such legal status in the Commonwealth of Virginia. They have no right to be in the Country. She’s been here for years and still does not speak English? So much for learning the culture. I am tired of the unnecessary violence…yes, they didn’t cause the shootings, but if they were not here (as they SHOULD NOT BE) then the event would not taken place. GO HOME or ICE should send them home ASAP.

    Who do you think is paying for all the medical care the other two illegals are getting at Fairfax Hospital? US taxpayers - that’s who. How much money was spent on the police investigation for people that are not supposed to be here in the first place? Don’t tell me illegals don’t cost anything. There are hidden expenses all over the place.

    Has anyone narrowed down the address of the house? I’ve been roaming through the PWC tax records for Grandview Drive and these houses range in size from 600 to 1200 sf, with the exception fo 13608 - rebuilt in 2003.

    13600 = 1224 (rental)
    13602 = 1091 (rental)
    13604 = 1224
    13606 = 970
    13608 = 2848
    13610 = 990
    13611 = 990
    13612 = 816 (Rental)
    13613 = 816 (Rental)
    13614 = 1170

    It would be interesting to learn who owns the property and just how “extended” the family members are.

    We’re learning that “rental” can have more than one definition. It’s not uncommon for an owner-occupant to turn a part of their home into a “rental.”

    13613 = 816sf (Rental), is owned by Cheryl Padilla whose address in the tax records is Alexandria, VA.

    13614 = 1170sf, is owned by Walter and Eileen Drewry who reside at this address.

    Does anyone live near the house, or know someone who does? Is “yellow tape” is still up?

    The individual who allowed illegals to use this house is guilty of a federal felony. Landlords like this are the people who profit from the presence of illegals, just like the felonious employers who give them “jobs” at slave wages, thus putting real Americans out of work. The individual who owns that house should be prosecuted, convicted, and sent to jail. A little effort by the citizenry to find out that information, and at least see to it that it’s reported to ICE (because I bet a dollar to the hole in your Crispy Creme that Cholly Deane hasn’t thought to do it), is worth the effort.

    Harboring illegals is a federal crime, hence the local police and CA’s office do not investigate or get involved. Unless it’s their policy to do so, the local police are not obligated to report the possible crime. Given the history of this police chief, who promulgated a “secret” general order that made the County a sanctuary for illegals for a short period of time, my bet is that the address where this crime occurred has not been reported for a possible violation of the ant-harboring law. In fact, I’d be willing to bet that this police department has never reported such a violation to the federal authorities.

    A few minutes ago, Channel 4 News did an update on the “murder site.” The house number was clearly visible: 13613

    This house is 816 sf of finished living space, owned by Cheryl Padilla, listed as residing at 5522 Harvey Lane in Alexandria, VA.

    1st Sgt. Kim Chinn said EIGHT (8) people lived in the house - in 816sf of living space. WHERE were they living?

    My question is: Did Padilla turn the property over to a property management firm to lease, or lease the property on her own? When I lease my rentals, I require a SSN and a credit check (standard with all property management companies). Obviously, these tenants would not have passed the test if they tried to rent one of my units.

    Surely there was a lease - can anyone in their right mind accept that all eight people are listed on the lease?

    For Krusty - trust me when I say that learning more about the address and legal owner, I would like to do far more than “stare at the house.”

    Padilla created this mess. As long as the County continues to lower the bar and allow homeowners like this to create crises within our communities, we can expect to see more of the same.

    Yesterday’s MJM article mentioned ELEVEN people sleeping in the house the night of the murder. In a home with 816 finished square feet, that’s 74 square feet per person. In other words, each person in the house gets living space of little more than a 6 foot by 6 foot area. That is serious overcrowding!

Yes, this was an atrocity, an abomidable act carried out by a monster. He will be jailed, tried and hopefully, executed by the Commonwealth. The so-called “D.C. Snipers” are still alive and well, years after thier terrible rampage. At what price to us, the taxpayers? Who will pay for the funerals of the victims? Who will pay for the hospital bill at Fairfax? If someone has the time and patience to track this case from beginning to end, it would be interesting to know just what the financial burden on us will be. Will the remaining victims be deported, or given a special visa for witnessing a crime? (yes, such a thing exists.) Nobody can deny that this horror would not have been visited on us had all involved been in Mexico, where they belong. Perhaps we could send Presidente Calderon the bill, along with instructions (en Espanol, of course) on how to get to Woodbridge to come recover his “constituants”. May God have mercy on all of the victims of this tragedy.

    When it comes to a reliable and up to the moment “security system,” there is nothing better than neighbors who care as much about their property as mine. Couple that with a good background check, and theres a 99.9% chance your property won’t be on the prime time news.

    A bit off the subject but does ANYONE know the outcome of the case a couple of years ago, where a Virginia State Trooper was accused by the family of an illegal alien teenager, who was stopped for reckless driving in the early morning hours on I-95 of throwing him off a bridge? The teenager was handcuffed in the back of the police car, somehow got out of the car, ran to the railing of the bridge and ended up going over it. Needless to say, he did not survive the long drop to the ground. The family was suing everyone involved because they said the trooper murdered the son by throwing him off of the bridge. The son was either drunk or high on drugs when stopped for RD. Never saw any followup on that story in any of the newspapers or radio/TV.

    With respect to the Washington Post article:

    Another illegal alien family brings violent crime to America, and the POST celebrates it with another sob story. This is par for the patholigically PC course our society is careening toward. The POST is no longer capable of objective reporting. They go out of their way to avoid stating that the entire family is illegal, or that up to 8 people were living in a house smaller than 900sf. They don’t metion the mother has been here for years and can’t speak English, or that the killer had prior arrests and should have been deported years ago. The POST does not mention the violations of immigration, labor, and housing laws by this family which are too inumerable to list. Instead they want the gullible, liberal and morally weak citizenry to celebrate these people as heroes! This is political propaganda of the highest order.

    Is it no wonder people are inured to these acts that are happening with ever growing frequency? It’s not because we don’t have a heart; it’s because these people live and die by chaos and we are not surprised by the consequences. This is nothing but an episode of accountability not only on the part of the family, but on the US citizenry that support amnesty and oppose the rule of law. This is what happens!

    Yet the POST espouses tolerance and sympathy for the poor victims. These acts are just more justification for ridding America of illegals. I am sick of their violence; I am sick of their non-assimilation; I am sick of hearing their language; I am sick of them imposing their culture on ours; I am sick of their law-breaking; I am sick of their squalor; but most of all I am sick of weak American liberals who cry for their acceptance and are so blinded by their stupidity and mantra of social justice that they can’t see that America is dying.

    I don’t feel sorry for illegal aliens any more because they are a cancer upon society and they put us all at risk. Good God when will people wake up and realize that we have been invaded and taken hostage in our homeland. Real Americans recognize that we are in a defacto state of war with our own government that refuses to uphold the rule of law, and Latin American governments (Mexico in particular) that seek to impose their ethnic socialist agenda on America. As Felip Cauldaron said; “where there is a Mexican there is Mexico”.

    I used to think deportation was too harsh. Now I don’t care - I want them gone form America like yesterday. Send them back by any means necessary. And may God bless America because she cannot wither this assault on our border, language, and culture much longer.

    In a way, however, you are right! If these people hadn’t been killed in this house, they would have been killed in another. They are not victims - they put themselves and the children in harms way because of their chosen lifestyle.

    And Cheryl Padilla created the vehicle for the slaughter by looking the other way and justifying it by saying, “everyone else does it!”

    As long as people continue to look the other way and justify blatant abuse of our laws, we will see more of this - much more of this!

    The victim’s were self employed in their own construction/landscaping firm. Nobody has in the house has been confirmed as being here legally and most of the adults have been confirmed as illegal. Judith Espousa (the suspect’s “Girlfriend”) speaks no English despite being here 7 years. Enough is enough. Deport them.

    redawn - she is one in the same. When I went to the General District Court hearing dates, it shows three zoning violations scheduled on 12/13.

    I tried to find out what the zoning violation of 11/8 was, but the records didn’t provide any detail.

    If it was overcrowding or too many unrelated people living in the house, the judge might these violations with a more critical eye, given the recent happenings.

    It might prove interesting if the media were able to get wind of her “day in court.” I would really like to hear how she tries to wriggle her way out of this.

    1. Some greedy company or person who values profit over integrity or national security.

    2. Since the shooter is illegal, probably from a burglary or other theft. Illegal aliens are forbidden by law from possessing firearms in the U.S. So, a convicted criminal-illegal alien was in possession of an illegally obtained firearm.

However, if you mean “Jesus, the Son of God” first I HIGHLY recommend that you read the “Book of Revelation” for a clue as to how He will return. Good point Krusty!

    To get into heaven, you have to enter through the checkpoint that is manned by St. Peter. God decides who may or may not enter, and those not allowed entry go to hell and have no opportunity to sneak in. If you are Catholic, you may also believe that some souls go to purgatory as they wait in line for their visa to gain lawful entry into heaven. Therefore God himself believes in protecting borders and maintaining sovereignty over deciding who may or may not enter his domain.

    To the best of my knowledge, no one enters heaven illegally.

    One Voice - what you say is absolutely true about conducting the training in Georgia. That is why it is important to have enough people in a training class to do the training locally (no travel expenses).

    Herndon found a way to suffer (sic) through the process and it is a small Town. I would think a city would have significantly more resources to spend to establish this deterrent to the presence of illegal aliens. While the illegal alien, anti-law enforcement advocates don’t like it, the program works even in the very narrow context of Herndon’s implementation.

    IMHO it is up to the voters in the City of Manassas to press the politicos to act. If they opt out or choose a delaying tactic, the same thing may happen to them as happened to the illegal alien supporters in Herndon.

    Citizens choice.

    What is so disheartening is when you see this over and over again.We have found out numerous times that the guilty party could have been stopped and lives saved. See this thread for one example of what I am talking about. There is something VERY wrong with our judicial system. Yes, crimes / murder happen everyday by legal citizens too but it rubs salt in the wound when someone is here illegally to begin with and then you have results like this.

    Interesting Tidbit from Calderon on International Day Against Gender Violence.

    If anyone thinks the incident at murders Sunday is an isolated incident, think again! This is the norm for them.

    These are the people who are crossing our borders every day and settling into our neighborhoods and Congress is doing nothing about it!

    ========================

    Wednesday, November 28, 2007

    MEXICO CITY — Eight out of 10 murders of women in Mexico were committed by family members, Mexican President Felipe Calderon said Monday, as he marked the International Day Against Gender Violence.

    “The facts speak for themselves. Opinion polls reveal that over 30 million Mexican women suffered some kind of violence last year, and that over 80 percent of the homicides of women are perpetrated within their own homes,” Calderon said.

    The president also signed a law to prevent and punish the trafficking of human beings, that joins legislation against gender violence signed in February.

    The illegal trade in human beings “is the third most profitable crime, according to the United Nations, and over 80 percent of the victims are girls or women,” Calderon added.

    Liliana Rojero Luevano, executive secretary of Mexico’s National Women’s Institute, said a national opinion poll carried out in 2006 on the dynamics of domestic relations showed that 70 percent of Mexican women surveyed had suffered domestic violence.

    The number of young women who claim to have suffered violence at the hands of their boyfriends is also striking, observers said. The figure rises to 55.8 percent in teenagers asked recently, Rojero Luevano said at the event led by Calderon.

    “Some 30 percent of the women who have suffered violence at the hands of their partner believe they did it out of love,” she said.

    According to Rojero Luevano, the dating phase “launches the subordination of women, turning into fertile ground for the germ of family violence.”

    Calderon said “the environment of mistreatment in which millions of Mexican women continue to live” is worrying and deplorable.

    While we are discussing the bad habits of illegal immigrants, we should probably not overlook a rape charge in Dale City. Some man named Kwame Boateng was charged with rape and other sex related indecencies allegedly taken with an 8 year old who was his neighbor and family friend. Some of the charges have been dropped because of lack of evidence.

    Some friend! Some neighbor! An 8 year old child! We need to be asking if this man is an illegal also. Reading between the lines in the MJM, he certainly sounds like he could be. I would gladly contribute towards his deportation, after he is someone’s girlfriend in the Big House for a long long time.

    What a pig. I hope there is a special hell set aside for trash like this. I am willing to waive my ‘innocent until proven guilty’ mantra on him. 8 year old kids don’t lie about this sort of thing as a rule.

Pray for you, yes, but not attack. What I WILL say is that by that one statement alone, you have explained ALL the reasons you write and believe the things you do.

    Because you do not believe in an after-life, actions here on earth really have no consequences. You may believe “An ye harm none, do what ye will” because you do not believe that there is a higher diety who will hold us accountable. Because you can not see God, you lack the faith to believe. I have never met you, Krusty, but I believe that you exist. I may only have writings to go off of with NONE of my friends actually having ever seen you or witnessed you do things directly for them, but I still believe.

I just said that I don’t believe in what most people think of as heaven. When you’re dead, you’re dead. That’s why it’s important to make the most of oneself and to try to be kind to, try to understand others, and improve life for everybody while alive.
    What’s left is all the good things you have tried to do and accomplish during your lifetime.

    IMO one shouldn’t do good only in the hope of getting a reward after death. If I believe in anything like that, it would be that my soul will come back in another body. (sure hope I won’t come back as an illegal immigrant in PWC). The eternity of the soul is something I can believe in but not explain.

    Look…bottom-line…with this illegal immigration issue gone unchecked and its associated overcrowding, our once quiet communities are now Wild West communities. There is no more stability in our neighborhoods with people coming and going with regards to the bunk houses. We must stop this. We must demand that zoning holds their employees accountable. They must demonstrate quality in their work. They must be supervised and they must be cross-checked. It appears that certain individuals that have what appear to be hispanic last names are the ones conducting the “inspections” are letting things slide. Would this not be a conflict of interest? Please let me know if I am wrong.

    The Patriot,
    We’ve been inspecting the inspectors for months, and have watched blatantly go to the wrong house and then report the case as “unfounded”. Sir, I left my thoughts on Ms Casiato and her crew. You are NOT wrong!! I truly believe some are being “tipped off” that PCE is on the way. We’ve been documenting this for quite sometime. I think ALL know Zoning is one of biggest complaints. They need to uphold the duties of enforcing our laws. I will be dialing up the Honorable Mr. Stirrup’s office. I sure told them of my concerns about the last report. They probably are expecting the call. lol

    Boateng is a citizen

    Good Time Charlie,
    Thanks for the update. Glad to see you around.

    Okey-dokey. Now, let us lock Mr. Boateng up for life. He is a pedophile and as such, does not deserve to live among us. BTW, I don’t want to hear about what his “culture” condones in the arena of sexual matters. Ask Oprah about that. If he is a naturalized citizen, then he has been here long enough to know our laws regarding stautory rape/child molestation.

    Thanks, Dolph, and good night! I’m up only because my alarm clock played a trick on me and went off at midnight?!?!?!

    Did you turn into a pumpkin?

    The bastard (Boateng) has been found GUILTY by Judge Potter
    who has the decency to believe that little girl’s story. Isn’t
    Boateng the animal who was demanding an interpreter and the
    fact that one was not readily available…his court hearing was
    put off? If he is indeed a citizen, then why would there be a
    need for an interpreter? He obviously didn’t need an interpreter
    when he told that little girl to “take off your pants”.
    Disgusting!! I take some comfort in knowing that some big
    brute(s) will take care of him in prison.

    Gone Fishing-Somebody please correct me, but I believe he spoke some dialect that only a few other prople in the world still use. Obviously a stalling tactic and it damn near worked! One Maryland judge (I know, “The People’s Republic of Maryland”) let him go based on the interpreter issue before an appeals judge nailed him. Amazing how they learn to work the system. I’m quite sure that his crimes would have gone unnoticed in his native country. Mexican cops are only a Coke away from a confession!

    Johnson, I believe you are correct regarding the dialect,
    however, I think this monster is from some country in Africa.
    Anyway, thank God he’s behind bars!

    I don’t know anything about Boateng, but if he is a citizen, he should have his citizenship stripped away. Interpreter? How come he doesn’t know English if he is a citizen? I, like Gone Fishing, am glad to know he was convicted and perhaps will get an opportunity to see what its like to be at the hands of a sexual predator.

    To me, a sub human like this is as much of a monster than someone who gets liquored up and kills, maybe even more of one.

    Are we positive he is a citizen?

    Dolph, No, I am not positive he is a citizen, but tend to take
    the word of “Good Time Charlie” that he is. GTC seems to
    be in the know about things relating to law enforcement issues.
    The ADC, I’m sure would have our answer, but getting that
    information would probably be difficult. They love to play the
    “confidential information” card.

    Gone Fishing,
    Where you around here in June? If not go check out some of GTC’s comments. I don’t think you’ll find yourself doubt the words you will read there. Who takes care of the transport from PWC ADC to the “big house”? I hope the state comes to pick him up and not the other option. :)
    I hope he gets what ole Jeffrey Dahlmer got when he was locked up behind bars.

    Regarding zoning issues, Chavez is a joke. He lets residents lie to him and then when he does a reinspection he lets them get away with “oh yeah, those are my cousins”. That is obstructing a county official in his duties and why didn’t Chavez file a police report? Because he is a joke.

    So will the real Good Time Charlie stand up. How do you know this creep is a citizen? Why does a citizen need an interpreter?

    Lafayette, yes, I believe I was around in June. Could you be
    inferring that the transport from the ADC to the “big house” is
    risky in that an escape of the monster is possible/probable?
    If so, you have a valid point. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
    I’m still waiting to hear the results of the findings of the recent
    suicide (hanging) at the ADC. This, along with all the other
    events happening at the ADC and the sheriff’s dept will most
    certainly be kept under wraps. They are separate intenties,
    but we all know they are peas in a pod. Also, waiting to find
    out the real reason Colonel Land is retiring this month…is it because of an on-going investigation? Inquiring minds want to
    to know!!!

    Dolph asks a very good question:

    “Why does a citizen need an interpreter?”

    Heck, Univision felt compelled to interpret the interrogation of the U.S. presidential candidates.

    Why does a citizen voter need an interpreter?
