Greg, when and where do they make a change to the value per $100 in residential real estate? Do they hold a council meetinf for that or do they just bang a gavel and make it so? I know they are planning on increasing it from $1.14 per $100 to something that will bring in the same amount of revenue - $1.40 or so like you said. I want to know when this will happen and how so that I can be prepared for it. They certainly aren't going to advertise it. Do you have this info or know who might?
