As I stated in my comment to that article, Davis' district, once populated largely by responsible, tax paying military and government workers is now full of illegal aliens. It is gridlocked at the mere rumor of precipitation. Real estate taxes are astronomical there and will only go higher as the tax burden of illegals is foisted on homeowners. He deflects attention with such silliness as hearings on steroid use in baseball. His government reform committee that he chaired for so many years has been successful beyond anyone's imagination at making the federal procurement system the laughing stock of the world.
