Yet Another Crime By An Illegal Alien
By Greg L | 3 January 2008 | Fairfax County, Illegal Aliens | 35 Comments
NBC4 is reporting this evening that Raul Ernesto Sarmiento Sanchez, a 48 year old illegal alien from Honduras was arrested last week in Fairfax, for apparently doing one of those jobs that Americans don’t want to do:
Sanchez has been a fugitive since 1997, when he ignored an immigration judge’s order of removal, officials said.
Sanchez was charged in January 2007 with sexual battery in connection with abuse of a minor in December 2006. He had also been charged with domestic violence.
Let’s see just how many times this child molester has had interactions with law enforcement in Fairfax County and let go before he committed this crime because of the county’s policy that law enforcement officers may not inquire about the legal status of suspected illegal aliens unless they are suspected of committing a felony. Fairfax county’s policies endanger law abiding citizens in order to make it more comfortable for illegal aliens every day, and instances like these are the inevitable result. In Fairfax county’s rush to coddle illegal aliens, citizens are put at great risk.
How many of these criminal illegal alien fugitives are out there in Fairfax County? It’s anyone’s guess.

Sounds like what happened in Manassas Park, when they let the illegal go and then he murdered a young woman in the City of Manassas. When are our elected officials going to listen and do SOMETHING?
How many victims are too many? What do we need to do to make this STOP? It breaks my heart to hear these kinds of stories. How many times do we need to say, “If they weren’t here in the first place, this would never have happened.”
This is reality folks. All of the illegal alien apologist’s can say whatever they want to, but this has got to STOP!!!!! Americans are being victimized everyday by illegal’s. Where are the illegal apologists denouncing this? I am so very tired of hearing “they are only here to work” Well, we know that is not all true. And before anyone jumps down my throat, I do know not all illegal’s are doing this kind of stuff, but we don’t know which ones are here to harm, and which ones aren’t.
As an American I am not willing to put the safety of my family and my community ahead of making illegal’s welcome in our Country. Come here LEGALLY or stay out. Enough is enough.
And they are heading up north here to Loudoun County now. In Sterling Park, MS-13 has set up shop and our wonder RINO Sheriff Simpson hasn’t done a damned thing about it!
While were at it, lets throw this one in too. This happened about
75 yards from my front door. No one knew they were living in this
old DMV building that is now owned by FFX City until the brawl
broke out. Its next door to Fuddruckers on Chain Bridge Rd. near
Rt 50. If you run the names through the Fairfax Underground-Arrest
Ticket Search, you will see why I am concerned. To really put the
icing on the cake, “ConMan” Conolly says “We do not have a problem
with illegal immigration in Fairfax County”. Now he wants to replace
Tom David in the House of Representatives.LOL! BTW, all three
arrested are illegals. All totaled I witnessed about 8 people involved
when this incident occurred. I wonder what happened to the other
five.
From the Fairfax City Police website:
Assault /Arrest
07-21742
3555 Chain Bridge Road / VDOT – On December 30 at 4:48 p.m. the victim reported that he was assaulted by three acquaintances. All of the subjects involved were inside of the vacant business and were drinking alcohol when the assault took place. The victim was struck on the head and hand with a broken beer bottle. After the assault the victim walked to a nearby gas station for help. The three suspects were located and were arrested. Nelson Martinez, 22, no fixed address, Francisco Martinez, 36 of no fixed address and Adelmo Montepeque-Fonsea, 34 of no fixed address were charged with assault by mob. All three subjects were transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Bond was set for $1,000 each. Nelson Martinez was charged with a second offence of entering property of another with intent to damage it. Bond was set for $1,000. The victim was treated on the scene by rescue personnel. The victim refused to be transported to a hospital.
Oh Maureen, and another thing we’ll all hear is, “…it’s not only undocumented workers that commit crime, your documented citizens commit crimes too, why don’t you go after THEM? You’re just anti-Latino racists, bigots!!!” Don’t you just love it???
I do believe that more and more people are “catching on,” and although it will take longer than we wish, eventually the politicians will see that either they support the American will or the Americans will find a politician that will.
In addition to local officials ignoring the issue, let us not forget the press. Because the MSM is full of liberal bias, editors and journalists fail to report the legal status of these suspects more often than not. Why? Because doing so would run counter to their liberal agenda, or bring down the wrath of pro-illegal groups like CASA of MD, MALDEF, and PRLDF.
Because of the efforts of HSM, HSL, and now Save the Old Dominion, plus the new media of the blogs, the press is forced to report the other side of the issue, although using terms like “undocumented” instead of “illegal” and “immigrant” instead of “alien” demonstrates the continuing liberal bias of the media. Bernard Goldberg has done a great job exposing this bias in his two books BIAS, and ARROGANCE.
I would also encourage people to read Mark Styen’s book, America Stands Alone. While the premise of his book centers on the declining birthrates of western-style democracies and how their populations are being replaced by radical muslims, certain parallels can be drawn to the invasion of this country by illegal aliens, some of them radical muslims as well.
Styen’s book is great. Caucasian Europeans are truly like the dodo bird. They will soon be extinct, replaced in their own countries by self-imposed declining birth rates and booming immigrant populations. I think Belgium and possibly even France could become muslim states by the end of this century. England is not far behind.
Here’s an interesting link to go along with my prior post:
http://www.brusselsjournal.com/node/1053
It’s spelled Steyn.
All the illegals are doing harm even if they do not commit violent crimes. Anchor babies, overcrowding, reckless driving, loitering, food stamps, welfare, WICK, tax free schooling, bi-lingualism.
Don’t forget too, all the money wired out of the country, money that would be spent here by a native born citizen.
Howard,
It is WIC not WICK (Women, Infants and Children).
Also do not forget the taxes collected on that money as well form both the employer and employee. Once E-Verify kicks in, we will see a change and self deportation will start up.
Thanks for the correction glad to hear about e-verify!
Don’t forget “Invasion” by Michelle Malkin, written before things got REAL bad and Jerome Corsi’s “The Late, Great USA” about the NAU.
How many more have to die at the hands of these bottom-dwellers? Get them outta here!
Howard,
No worries (c: You are welcome.
______________
Monti,
This has been recognized by folks for quite some itme, but it had not affected the right ones yet. I think it is now affecting the right people and they feel it is a new problem. It will fix itself and E-Verify is a good start. Also having judges that are willing to do the right thing instead of the PC thing, helps a great deal!!
Perhaps a lawsuit? Are there any precedents in forcing the police to investigate beyond the matter at hand? As a Deputy Sheriff, we were required by regulation to query people to see if they had any arrest warrents outstanding. It would only make sense to extend that investigation to include illegal alien status.
check this one out…anyone wanna bet these are illegals?

Josh,
I can’t throw my money away like that. I wonder if it’s not some their regulars that hang out in their parking lot.
WGW,
Gotta be, only they would be so retarded to cash the lottery tickets! I guess they are too stupid to know that every ticket and scratch card has a number on them. I also guess they didnt think when they robbed the joint the cops would have taken down the numbers from the tix they stole. It’s only time before idiots are caught
Josh
a bit off topic but I couldnt resist…Tazers anyone?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22507292/
I could not help but think that a “tazer party” was a bunch of people sitting around zapping each other with tazers, but that would just be a bit too funny
josh
Hmmm…no work? Rob a 7-11!
When I went by the 7-11 at Sudley and Coverstone around 11am yesterday there were about 30 day workers huddled all over the place. Have not seen so many so late in the last three years I’ve lived here. Guess the employers might be taking the hint about the anger of the rest of us and not using as many or them.
Got to get the name of the mortgage company right beside the 7-11 where most of them were hanging out covering the entranceway/steps. Make that company aware of the day laborers congregating on their property. Saw a lot of paper wrappers and cans and bottles on the grounds as well.
johnson,
you are probably on to something…it’s pretty slow for day laborers at this time of year, too cold for construction and most yard work (nothing grows anyway:)
guess they have to find some other way to keep themselves busy.

That is TOO funny…..I was going to send Dolph an email about where I have been hiding via your link about the robbery and lotto tickets and then saw this one.
I love my scrathers…if you don’t play, you don’t win is my motto ( excuse, need to enter the 12 step program…just kidding!)

Yep, they probably are, but a woman I heard about in my hometown
got caught stealing lottery tickets in the convenience store she
worked in. When they hired her, they didnt tell her about the overhead
surveillance cameras in the ceiling over the cash register. Serious
offense in that state as tickets are state property until they are
sold. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!!!!
All you have to do is read between the lines in the MJM to find illegal alien crime, all on the same page. Of course they won’t say it, but the most likely source is illegal aliens:
A Manassas Park-area couple was abducted New Years Day after returning home to find two armed men inside, according to Prince William County police.
A 45-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man arrived home in the 7700 block of Pine Street around 1:30 a.m. and found to men armed with handguns who then ordered the couple to get into their pickup truck and drove off with them inside, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
Police said the captors fled more than 300 miles to Abingdon.
The captors stopped there and freed the man and woman, whose names were not released, after they convinced the men to let them go, Hernandez said.
According to police, the men then drove off in the black 2004 Toyota Tacoma with Virginia tags KJM-3865.
The couple notified local police department there, which notified Prince William police, Hernandez said. They were not injured during the incident.
Police believe the two men were former residents of the Pine Street residence who were supposed to be moved out, Hernandez said.
The abductors, whose identities police are still investigating, were apparently inside drinking and had done some destruction to the interior of the house, including smashing a big-screen TV, Hernandez said.
They were described as Hispanic men. One is between 20 and 26 years old, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and 190 pounds, police said. He was wearing a tan jacket with a red hooded sweatshirt underneath.
According to police, the other abductor is between 30 and 40 years old, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall with a medium build and dark hair. He was wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt and dark blue jeans.
The investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to call Prince William County police at 703-792-6500.
————————————————————————————-
A 22-year-old Sumerduck man was injured during an armed robbery in the 8300 block of Sudley Road near Manassas around 4 a.m. Monday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.
Police said two men, one armed with a knife, demanded money.
One swung the knife at the victim, cutting one of his arms, and the two then fled with an undisclosed amount of money, Hernandez said.
The robbers were described as Hispanic men.
One was described as between 28 and 35 years old, and approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build, police said.
The other was described as between 20 and 25 years old, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and thin.
————————————————————————————
Enrique Espiritu Sanchez, 43, of an unknown address in Manassas, was arrested Saturday evening after police say he broke into an acquaintance’s apartment in the 7700 block of Keara Court and assaulted her, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.
Sanchez is accused of breaking a glass door to the Manassas-area apartment and then attacking a 42-year-old woman, Hernandez said.
Sanchez was held without bond. His court date was not available.
anon,
you are so right! reading between the lines tells you alot about what’s going on with them dang illegals.
Here’s an interesting letter to the editor in the MJM I saw today:

about outreach to Hispanics over a recent accident (have no clue what accident but I’m sure someone can educate me)
my question is, why dont they learn to read street signs? Why dont they learn to read period? I’m sorry, although I’m sympathetic to people dying by street accidents, It’s dulled a little when I find out people run right out into traffic and expect to dodge cars, the car will win no matter what. Why does anyone need to outreach to them specifically my other question?
You can teach people to read street signs, but nothing in the world is going to stop them from being stupid..other than getting hit by a car. People who cross outside of a crosswalk are sure candidates for a Darwin award.
Over where I live (in Fairfax), regular American people cross in the middle of the major road near my house despite the presence of the crosswalk, so I must disagree slightly with the Darwin Award observations. Drivers ignore the signs that say no right turn on red when pedestrians are present and try to bully the pedestrians. The crosswalk is very dangerous. I’ve yelled at a whole bunch of people when I’ve been crossing the street. They just make believe the signs and the red light are not even there.
The only way to get a safety margin at “my” corner is to risk a crossing position further down and to bolt for the median. This is because the police do nothing to enforce the signs and rarely hand out tickets to the crosswalk bullies. I noticed a spate of good behavior a couple days ago because a cop was out there ticketing people. It’s a hefty fine - I think $200 extra - so his being there will remind the daily drivers for awhile. Soon, everyone will forget, and cat and mouse will resume.
For some reason, yes, Hispanic people DO seem to cross in the middle of the road anyway. Must be a “cultural” thing in part because I do see them doing it even in places where the crosswalk is safe. It’s definitely something you don’t want to do unless you have a damned good reason because crosswalks are where drivers are supposed to expect to see you and most drivers are good.
I hate to see any pedestrian run over. But I know that it is incredibly dangerous to be a pedestrian or a bicyclist in Fairfax. This place is awful for people who don’t want to drive each and every place. I walk, run, and ride my bike in addition to driving. I have a grocery store less than a half mile a way and really don’t feel like I should be forced to drive to it.
It remindes me to try to be respectful of everyone else’s safety, especially since I’m used to being menaced by jerks who can’t be bothered to stop when they have the red light or to yield to pedestrians even with a big sign reminding them of the stiff penalty.
anne,
I would agree with your statement however drivers and pedestrians will always collide, it’s the nature of things. The best people can do is try to avoid those collisions. Walking outside of the crosswalk defnitely improves the odds of something happening as it did in this case.
I do think it’s a cultural thing, maybe back in mexico they roam the streets being as that it’s a third-world country but they are here now so they can abide by our rules.
I saw some hispanic drunk wandering around old bridge road last night around 10 or so..almost got hit a few times, if he did this during rush hour he would have been clocked for sure.
I agree with the cultural aspect of pedestrian vs. vehicle. I have also observed the attitude among central american cultures that “whatever will be, will be.” This attitude seems to apply to many aspects of their views on personal safety, especially seat belts/car seats for children. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve seen infants on the lap of front seat passengers and no seat belts on anyone in the vehicle. It’s as if they believe that a small measure of prevention has no bearing on the outcome of vehicle crashes. Hence, no license or insurance. Not trying to be judgemental or racist, just making an observation.
johnson,
I would totally agree, I see many cases with people of these cultures putting their personal safety (or those of their families) in jeaporday in rediculous ways. Come to think of it, I cruized by walmart the other day and saw a car driving in the parking lot with a hispanic woman in the front passenger seat…along with an infant in her lap!
Didnt really think much of her nationality, other than I was irritated with her holding a young child in a moving vehicle, without a car seat. Of course, my two young children both in car seats in the back.
independent,
It’s far easier to report on crime committed by hispanics because it’s becoming more prevalent these days. Notice how crime committed by hispanics seems to make front page news fastest? Ever think it was because the public in general is pretty ticked about illegal immigration? Negative sentiments with regard to illegal immigration run deep, it’s by and large the top topic that many people mention during election time in late 2007 and now in 2008….
I think we’ll see more highlights on hispanic and/or illegal alien crime in the future and not just on this blog so I would get used to it.
I honestly dont remember gay’s being a big issue last election. as far as being afraid and hating..I dont think people “hate” illegals, I think they are afraid of their way of life being destroyed.
take the way things were 10-15 years ago and compare them to today, do you think illegals changed your life? I think they changed mine. I know they are basically forcing me to pay enormous amounts of money to send my kids to private school so they can have a decent education that years ago..I got for free (and it was excellent)
I will lay money that 2008 comes down to immigration issues, mark my words totally.
gays are the least of anyone’s worries and honestly I dont care what/who/where they do or go..as long as they are legal to this country who really cares.
Josh
You are exactly right there. Who cares, just be here LEGALLY!
Is that so much to ask?

johnson,
You should have immediately called the police after getting the tag number and reported the incident.

Happens in PWC too. No police enforcement.
