Vent your frustrations on the people who caused the transportation mess we have in the area (THE DEVELOPERS.)  When unabated building and massive developments are continued to be allowed with no provisions being made to address transportation by the developers/supervisors, what do you expect?  That HR3202 bill should never have been passed as it was stated at that time that it was unconstitutional but they passed it anyway.  Now they have to figure out how they are going to pay back the money they have already collected illegaly.</description>
