With this, Mr. Herve, I can absolutely agree. There’s little difference between the Democratic and Republican leadership (except motive) when it comes to illegal aliens, which is why bi-partisan efforts such as the SAVE Act are so very important. It is also important for us to hold our representatives from both sides of the isle responsible for their actions, or inactions…no one should get a pass.

Do, however, strongly disagree with this: “Here is what is going to happen - Amnesty - although, I personally do not like that as a solution - it is just giving in (which is what our federal gov’t does best).” This will only happen if the average citizen and legal resident let up on the pressure we have been applying (they’re just waiting for us to give up) and give them that pass which will give them the “go ahead” to let that amnesty slip by us. It is incumbent upon all citizens and legal residents to demand THEIR rights which, by all international and Constitutional law, supersede those of these illegal aliens (”invaders” is actually a more appropriate term).

Please provide posts that I have made which supports your claim of hatred. I just can not understand why the Hispanics think they have the market cornered on this ILLEGAL alien issue. I do not say Hispanic ILLEGAL aliens, I say ILLEGAL aliens. I lump ALL ILLEGAL aliens into the same group. They are all here ILLEGALLY.

Your argument about not being Native American doesn’t wash either. our great great grandparents immigrated to this country LEGALLY since there were not any immigration laws at the time. To compare the immigration of people over 200 years ago to today is just apples and oranges. There are immigration laws now that have to be obeyed where there obviously were not any before.

As I said before, it is really a waste of time to try to explain this to this type of person. I am wasting my valuable time and energy trying, so I will let it go.

You are correct. However, what we do KNOW for a FACT (from DHS)…is that the majority of illegal aliens are from Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, and other parts south of the border. Please Pat….tell me what language these people speak? I have not heard German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, etc. languages being spoken.

I am a realist. And our government has failed us over the past few years in that they have not tried to control the influx of illegal immigrants. But it is WE that have fostered the influx. We want to pay cheaper prices for everything. The US is the force behind globilization and cheap labor exploitation - what has happened now, is that the US has allowed the cheap labor into our borders. All was fine when the problem (cheap labor) stayed in their own countries and we just shipped product around the world.

This is not a republican or democrat problem - each pary has their own agenda - which they both twist in a desire to get votes.

And, unless you are an American Indian, there is a good chance your ancestors came here illegally, or at least, not wanted.

Just because someone speaks spanish, it does not make them illegal - did you know that Puerto Ricans are US Citizens - and nice people too.

What we need to do in our quest of removing illegal immigrants, is to try and not instill hatred towards a certain class of people - sadly, something that has already happened to many of you on this blog.

I have given Pat the links in the past. I have rubbed his nose in it and it doesn’t seem to help him understand the true ways. He will always be an ILLEGAL alien apologist no matter how many links I post to show him differently. I stopped responding to him a long time ago. The less attention he gets the sooner he will move on to another place that will cater to his fact less beliefs.
