MJ’s Blogs4Borders Video Blogburst is always entertaining and informative, but this week there’s a little more local relevance than usual with their take on the SPLC’s listing of prominent immigration reform advocates as being nativists. It’s worth a peek, as always.
Happenings in our area may get some mention next week.

What happenings?
Jake, you’ve already mentioned the case of Lt. Harrover being nearly killed by an illegal alien on your blog — I imagine this is a prime discussion topic for the next “100% Preventable” segment.
That SPLC hit piece was reckless with the facts on a lot of people. That they were so careless erodes the impact they might have. Furthermore, calling someone a name like “nativist” or “big nose” distracts from the discussion of the issues.
I might have missed something but it looks like the SPLS hate list has issues with only 2 non white-power type groups? The Jewish Defense League and the Nation of Islam. I guess you have to be really hateful, just how much I can’t tell. Or we can give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they just don’t get out much.
