The sentence ending: "...this time one in the Hampton Roads area where one illegal alien plead guilty to the murder of another illegal alien which he slaughtered by striking him fourteen times with a pickaxe." should really be: "... this time one in the Hampton Roads area where one illegal alien plead guilty to the murder of another illegal alien <i>whom</i> he slaughtered by striking <strike>him</strike> fourteen times with a pickaxe." By saying "which" you are implying that the victim was not a person but, rather, was an object (see http://www.grammarbook.com/grammar/whoVwhVt.asp). I'm sure that was not your intent. We need to keep these in front of our local and state leaders at all times, reminding them why resolutions, 287g, etc. are essential to our quality of life.
