Even with all the out-of -state money in the world, i am sure most of it coming from New York and Florida, does get within 15 points. Like stated earlier, her best shot was two years ago when every Democrat under the sun won their Congressional races - now Wolf is fired up. I have had the chance of watching the Congressman speak a few times in the last month and as always he is impressive. Does she think the likes of the twin brother's of Herring and Poisson will make a difference? (I would bet that secretly the two of them would vote for Wolf themselves...) She carried very few voting precincts two years ago and outside of Fairfax will carry very few again. The simple fact is that Congressman simply does not like to fundraise at all and relies on his constituent service and not his treasure chest to ensure victory. Even if Wolf is outspent this cycle (with the departure of Davis RNC and RPV will both never let it happen) he will fly to victory once again in November. He has been a member of Congress for darn well 30 years and I am sure has plenty of tricks up sleeve, if need be.
