Insanity Without Borders Finishes Their Trek
By Greg L | 22 April 2008 | Illegal Aliens, Crime, Prince William County | 15 Comments

They illegally crossed the United States border, a criminal misdemeanor offense. Then they conducted a protest (pictured above) against the “militarized border”, which in this case consisted of a single Border Patrol vehicle parked at the side of the road watching to human smugglers and drug runners. Now the “People United” are saying that illegal aliens should not be deported, but that I should. Insanity reigns supreme in the illegal alien lobby, as usual.
As descendents of European immigrants, we are angry about the treatment of our friends who’ve come here from south of the US border. We recognize that many of the people who are targeted by anti-immigration laws and sentiments are actually indigenous to this continent and are crossing borders that were created by immigrants. We do not agree with the hateful, misguided rhetoric of groups like Help Save Manassas, and we believe most Virginians do not support hate politics. If anyone should be deported, it is people like Help Save Manassas president Greg Letiecq. These groups and the policies they endorse serve only to divide our communities with fear, distract us from real problems, and fill the pockets of corporations who profit from a more vulnerable workforce.
I think I’m starting to understand the twisted logic here: the law has nothing to do with what is actually enacted as law, but has everything to do with whether the outcome will be emotionally rewarding to a bunch of communists and anarchists. I’m sure such a message is going to get tremendous traction in Virginia, albeit only within the membership of Mexicans Without Borders, The Virginia Anarchist Federation, The Virginia Anti-War Network and the University of Mary Washington Students for a Democratic Society. As for the rest of Virginia, I think this is going to be a dud.

To hear Democrats and Hispanic racists tell it, the 38 million or so criminals in America from Mexico and further points south are not “illegal aliens,” but rather are undocumented lovers, students, philanthropists, poets, philosophers, artists, circus clowns, snake charmers, human rights activists, and other vital cogs in the American way of life.
According to deluded open borders nut cases, nary a terrorist or other manner of criminal is among the beloved 38 million. Each and every one is a noble and loving human, worthy of the highest form of respect that can be conferred on a stranger without knowing a damn thing about that stranger’s medical, financial, criminal, or social background and history.
There is, they point out, no Spanish translation for the words Al-Quaeda. Not needed, you see, because terrorists are weeded out of Latino families at an early age. And raised to be members of MS-13 and other respectable Latino gangs, we might add!
So to the leftist and Hispanic racist mind set, the issue of illegal immigration is merely a Caucasian-inspired canard to keep brown people out of America. What is the fuss, they scream, over a simple piece of paper when human poverty and hunger need to be addressed?
Pope Benedict even joined the fray by lecturing American politicians about the awful consequences of separating families.
So, Your Holiness, why not counsel your flock of brown sheep to stay with their families in their home nations, instead of invading America and wrecking the aspirations of middle-class American citizen families?
In other words, if family is so damn important to Pancho, Pancho should not leave his family in Mexico to come here for food stamps and welfare!
To those already here and in a snit about leaving family, do us a favor: Take all your family, including anchor babies, with you back to Mexico! Keep that family together–just not here!
Pronto, if you please!
But to concede a point ever so slightly, I agree that illegal aliens deserve some form of American documentation. Specifically, a deportation order for each and every last one of the 38 million invaders!
Deportation orders are what illegals deserve and, when fully executed, will benefit America and the American people.
Greg, here’s a suggestion. You need to go to Mexico, and come back across the border illegally. Then you will be an immigrant, and this group will love you.
You gotta love that 5 percent of the population who work so hard at remaining unemployed.
yawn……
what a ridiculous stunt seems like the “militarized” border is so horrible! if any mexican is being murdered it’s by their own people not the border itself. if they wouldnt cross, there would not be a problem. Why is logic not a part of their arguments
Lets get a few hundred thousand Americans cross the borders of Mexico and Canada and just start taking over thier towns and cities and see how they react.
The blatant dis-regard these people have for our laws is just unbelievable. The simple fact that they have crossed our borders illegally makes them illegal. No ifs or buts about it.
legal criminals may have some rights, but illegal criminals (which they all are) should not benefit whatso ever.
Wow,
I’m convinced. We should hand the country over to Latin America with all speed. My previous political positions on illegal immigration were just not nice at all. I’m so ashamed. Great job on your protest march.
Squirrel-Bait.
Bl, Che’, Josh, VA Magoo, and BattleCate - I couldn’t agree more. I give Bl the “best articulated post” of the day award!

AGREE!
It is time to look at what is going on in Arizona as the embattled US citizens there try to eject the illegals and face down the liberals. This week, the Arizona legislature is preparing to pass new laws requiring proof of citizenship or legal residence for anyone applying for a business license. The American Hero, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Maricopa County, Arizona, is sending his sheriff’s posse to various locations in the county picking up illegals and processing them for deportation. Perhaps our own Chief Dean should study under Sheriff Joe for a month or two to figure out what protecting the citizens is all about?
Do you really think those two crossed the border, or did they just pose near it?
I find it hard to believe that this whole trip really happened. You can
take a picture anywhere….did they even leave their precious USA?
I doubt it.
And I can’t see his “type” hiking, sweating, or suffering any form of discomfort. I’m willing to bet that they never left, never took a step, and stayed in a hotel room with AC and room service.
“Duh, I have nothing to do in life, I don’t have a real job and the plight of the illegals is certainly THE most important issue of the day. Bad, bad Virginians - bad PWC and Manassas and bad HSM.”
These morons had better read their sign again - JUSTICE FOR ALL. It’s coming, don’t worry. I wonder if these people have a job or a life. I guess they missed “Hale-Bop” when it passed by a few years back.
I came here legally from Germany in 1984 and had to go through all kinds of stuff to be admitted. TB test. Job requirements. Carry a minimum of $6000.00. Finger prints. Back ground check. Sign papers stating that under penalty of jail time I would not go on any welfare, unemployment etc for five years. A 8 month process. So **** the illegals.

Some people are just ignorant about the reality of why we have immigration law in the first place. There is no arguing with them, they are naively determined to socially and subversively undermine the US. Reminds me of a Soviet socialist movememt and we all know how that turned out.
