Another Whorehouse, More Illegal Aliens?

By Greg L | 9 June 2008 | Crime, Prince William County | 61 Comments

The Gainesville Times is reporting on a massage parlor called “SKO Therapy” at 13628 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge getting busted for prostitution.  This follows on the heels of a similar bust in Springfield on April 16th where ten illegal alien prostitutes were detained, and another in Woodbridge on April 1st where illegal alien prostitutes were apprehended.  It is likely that in this case as well, there will be an illegal alien component, either from illegal aliens who voluntarily decided to become prostitutes, or who were victims of enslavement.

I’m surprised to took this long for law enforcement to identify SKO Therapy as a “massage parlor” that was actually a front for prostitution.  A notorious discussion group website that shares information about massage parlors (link not provided) in various parts of the county seems to have a long-running discussion about the so-called merits and history of “SKO” in the Woodbridge area.  If police were really interested in being proactive about houses of prostitution, all they need to do is start mining these websites for intelligence, because there’s plenty out there that would let them know exactly where to focus their efforts.

Here are some excerpts from this one site, from just a few days before the bust:

Went to SKO yesterday for the first time. Myself and 2 other friends were coming back from a trip down Route 1 so decided to stop in for a quick massage. My one friend had June and said she was unbelievable. My other friend had a provider but didnt know her name. She climbed up on him and got a better the standard NoVa finish.

I had Candy and I was pretty happy. We only had time for half an hour, but she made it enjoyable. Started off with a little happy play in the room the headed off for a pretty good ts. She lead me back to the room for about 10 minutes of massage on my back (only had 30 minutes) then the flip.

Very good standard NOVA finish but promised more if I come back solo.

And from about a year ago:

I keep hoping that something exciting will happen again in Woodbridge. Tried SKO. Could not understand therapist’s name. And I’d like to know so I could warn others. Hard fake rack, middle aged, and gave a marginal TS and lackluster massage. Full menu was available, but I saved the money for a handshake. Usually the little head is in firm control following TS, so a drop to limited service is a sign that the fun was not flowing. Really hate to see the level of local talent and availability. My budget does not stretch as far in going to escorts. And I sort of liked the seedy fun of AMPs, with the wonder of how good or bad will it be. Someone mentioned Pons, oh boy would that be nice again.

Visited Lilly’s in Manassas Park/Centreville in laet Feb. Moderately attractive middle aged Korean provided a thorough massage after a largely functional, but not erotic, TS. Could not get expanded sevice, though I tried (begged). Must not want to repeat the jail visits from the former crew. I did go back again, and another client came in right after I did. I could hear him through the walls. He was negotiating for levels of services, talking details that sounded like total stupidity, or entrapment. Have to admit, I ran out of there, leaving a very small donation (after getting my session investment back) as a good faith gesture. I really miss Champs and Yorkshire too!!

There is however, a growing sentiment that Prince William County is not a safe place for “mongering” “Asian Massage Parlors” searching for the best in “table showers”.  We ought to do more to earn this kind off reputation:

I was there a few weeks back and was in and out in fifteen minutes. With service like that, it should be easy to pack six guys in at once. I won’t miss SKO, but I will miss the old Sakura (only HWC was better). I’m going to follow Sleazebum’s lead and stay away from PWC, it’s becoming a very unfriendly place.

It would appear that SKO Therapy has been raided before, but was back in business.  From what I hear, the whorehouse in Yorkshire formerly operated by Melvin Bray, the former Mayor of Dumfries, might be back to their old tricks again.  Law enforcement might want to do some quick digging, and pay them a visit.

Yes, by all means, massive law enforcement is needed to combat this terrible threat to our society. This is so much more important that combatting illegal immigration, reducing street crime, interdicting drug trafficking, etc.

    No more happy endings!

Well, Greg, that was a heck of a lot of writing, and rather detailed too, about something that I don’t think the average citizen gives a fig about.

“Hard fake rack, middle aged, gave a marginal TS and lackluster massage…” June and Candy…

    Question:

What role should Help Save Manassas play in this seedy affair? Are you trying to save souls?

You’re really bottom feeding. Can’t get much lower than this. - Searching for moral outrage, are you?

    Krutis,

Are you really that unconcerned about this sort of seedy establishment in your community, or are you just angry that another potential leisure venue is too visible for you to go to? Really, if what we care about is attracting families and legitimate businesses into PWC, how does having these types of establishments contribute? Since liberals like you are so fond of practicing moral relativism, it doesn’t surprise me one bit that you are trying to condemn Greg, for condemning illegal and immoral acts.

I have a few friends in the construction business and apparently these types of places are pretty common (from what they hear on different sites when they are working). Sure, they busted up this one but they are all over the place, another one will pop up soon and it may just be in your neighborhood.

Krutis, would you like a house used for prostitution next to yours or just down the street from you? Don’t think for a minute that it can’t happen.

  9. Krutis said on 9 Jun 2008 at 11:14 am: Flag comment

AnonGuy - You mean they have male counterparts to June and Candy? Marcel and Valentino maybe?

    Joking aside;

Are these “business establishments” located near places where families go?

Do they have lewd advertising outside?

As for contributing, maybe they keep down the number of abortions and rapes? One never knows!

No, I don’t like these businesses any more than you do, but it seems Greg really overdid it with his quotes.

Maybe Nevada has the right idea. The little town (pop. ca 1000)in Nevada, where I lived a few summers, had a pretty little house with a white picket fence (right next to a Baptist church) which was the relief place for the cowboys who came to town on weekends. Everybody knew what it was and it caused no problems. Let’s face it -

    -Prostitution will NEVER go away!

Krutis-perhaps the dialogue was a bit much, but the point was that online bloggers are pointing these places out to police. All the cops have to do is search the net and find them. Does anyone know if PWCPD has a dedicated vice unit?

Greg forgot this web site entry that I was able to find on line:

“was in PWC with free time. Went in for a quick stop at TB. Could not understand therapist’s name, think it was Rusty or Krumpets. Wish I had gotten it because she had a terrible attitude and her breath reeked of fire sauce and chalupas. I wouldn’t want anyone else to suffer what I did. She kept ranting about someone named Greg all the time. Then she kept talking about how Obama was going to win the presidential election. Sheez, I didn’t go there to talk politics!”

  14. What's next said on 9 Jun 2008 at 11:33 am: Flag comment

Johnson, from what some of my friends have told me most of these places do not advertise at all. It’s all by word of mouth, someone will set up shot in some neighborhood and will let the word out and then before you know it they have clients coming out of the woodworks. If that place gets busted up another one pops up in no time.

    Folks,

Greg didn’t write most of that, he copied and pasted from the website he was referring to, World S?? Guide. TS is indeed Table Shower. And sorry, but there are actually things that are destroying our country, and this isn’t it. I’m pretty sure PWC isn’t too awfully overcrowded by massage parlors. Cops usually keep these places in check (I’d love to know more about the mechanics of that sort of law enforcement).

  25. Krutis said on 9 Jun 2008 at 3:33 pm: Flag comment

    BattleCat

Greg didn’t WRITE it, but he put it on HIS blog. Which, IMO, means he approved of the writing. Am I correct?

To simply point out the names and locations, wouldn’t that have been enough?

Why did I continue reading after the first quote? Because I couldn’t quite believe what I was seeing.

I must really be out of it, because I have no idea what “Table Shower” is.

Johnson 11:24 - If someone wants to point out a place to the police, wouldn’t it be easier to just leave a message by phone? (a “dedicated” vice unit; hope all units are dedicated)

    2 meanings:

table shower or “Vichy” has five to seven shower heads, which pour water onto you while you’re lying on a cushioned wet table. It is usually part of a body treatment, like a salt scrub or body wrap. Instead of jumping up and getting in a shower to rinse off the salt or mud, you simply lie there. The cascade of water rinses you off

but in redneck…..appalacian Northern VA Terms:

it is a golden shower. It is actually a fetish by allowing someone to “relieve themself” on you or vice versa.

  27. Krutis said on 9 Jun 2008 at 4:04 pm: Flag comment

    Oh, my gosh!

    Krutis,

I’m not so sure how cutting and pasting for the purposes of presenting facts or “evidence”, if you will, constitutes approval. And come on, now, that’s not why you kept reading ;) When I lived in Hattiesburg, MS, I remember a church group rented out the theater one night for a private screening of “Showgirls” before they decided to get it banned from the theater.

  31. Red, White and Blue said on 9 Jun 2008 at 4:45 pm: Flag comment

Krutis - for someone who is complaining about the “content” of the article it appears you are rather fixated on it.

Briefly,in Neveda, depending on population in the county, legalized prostitution is allowed. In fact, the United States government “ran” one of these houses a few years back, I believe it was the Bunny Ranch, by seizure of the IRS pending resale.

Agreed, the oldest profession will never go away, just like crime. However, we need not condone or approve of such “community actions”. The lurid details are actually more amusing than provocative. It sounds like a lot of disappointed candidates who were looking for a good time in all the wrong places. They got what they deserved.

Yeah, good clean family fun, right? Hey, it’s just Chuckie Cheese for grown ups right? We have to be “tolerant” of the needs of other people, fetishes notwithstanding?

That is the problem. You are castigating Greg for reporting this to his readers, in greater detail than the press. You miss the point of the detail. The press will only print so many facts, but with little context. I want the extra detail, because I want to be shocked and angered by this. I want good citizens who read this to be shocked and angered too. It is only when we as a society say “enough!”, that we cease to tolerate these sorts of things in our community.

I am sure that prostitution will never be completely eliminated as well. However, that doesn’t mean we should allow it to exist when we find it. If we tolerate it, it will flourish and grow. If we don’t, it will be kept in check.

I agree with most of what’s been written, but how about thinking of all the taxes the state government could collect from this kind of business?

Heck, the state takes in millions from selling liquor legally, why not from selling sex legally?

OK, I know it’s sinful to have sex outside of marriage and especially to pay for it. I’m sure you all have stuck to that rule, but there are men who don’t have a chance for intimacy with a woman for various reasons.

Think of the stories about sailors coming into port after several months at sea, not having seen a skirt.

Remember: “There’s nothing like a dame, nothing in the world, nothing else is shaped the same …” from South Pacific. It ends with “There is a b s o l u t e l y
nothing like the shape - of a dame.”

A slight diversion. Anyway, there are lots of lonely guys out there, and there are girls who need money. The old business rule of demand and supply AND “find a need and fill it”.

Well folks, this’ll have to be end of my valuable input.

    Ciao!

The latest chastisement was when she asked someone if they would talk to their mother the way that they do to Krustis. To me that is a totally ridiculous sentiment, since Krustis loves to mix it up and enjoys all the attention (good and bad) that she is getting here. I don’t think she needs or wants to be defended.
