Driving liberals, dhimmis and illegal alien apologists absolutely insane since 2005...

John McCain’s Blog Strategy

By Greg L | 23 June 2008 | National Politics, Blogs | 9 Comments

The McCain campaign is rolling out a blog strategy, asking visitors to their campaign website to visit a variety of blogs and comment on what a great candidate the hispandering liar John McCain is.  That might possibly be interesting, although I’d be rather surprised if the McCain campaign can manage to inspire enough people to be comment trolls for anyone to notice.  So if readers happen to see some strangers showing up in comment threads prefacing their comments with something along the lines of “Although I don’t agree with John McCain on everything…”, that’s why it will be happening.

From the McCain website:

Help spread the word about John McCain on news and blog sites. Your efforts to help get the message out about John McCain’s policies and plan for the future is one of the most valuable things you can do for this campaign. You know why John McCain should be the next President of the United States and we need you to tell others why.

Select from the numerous web, blog and news sites listed here, go there, and make your opinions supporting John McCain known. Once you’ve commented on a post, video or news story, report the details of your comment by clicking the button below. After your comments are verified, you will be awarded points through the McCain Online Action Center.

Oooh, points.  What might you trade these in for?  Dinner with Dianne Feinstein?  A small section of border fencing that won’t be built dedicated in your name?  Or maybe admission to a private event with a representative of the Mexican government?  What an incentive!

McCain also seems to have worked up a blog roll of sorts, and some familiar names are on it.  Congratulations to Bearing Drift, Mason Conservative, Shaun Kenney and Virginia Virtucon for making the conservative category in the “suggested blogs” of the John McCain campaign.  It’s pretty funny that Mason Conservative’s most recent post takes a shot at McCain for supporting amnesty for illegal aliens, but I suppose it’s going to be quite a challenge to identify a list of conservative blogs that aren’t going to complain about McCain’s voting record and his pronounced policy positions from time to time.  I’m bitterly disappointed that BVBL didn’t make this prestigious list, but I suppose I’ll get over it somehow.

I invite readers to go to these blogs and leave comments explaining why you don’t trust John McCain.  They’re definitely good sites and worthy of a visit, and for bonus points you can drive the McCain campaign a little nuts.

Here’s a question: How will the conservative blogosphere be able to keep posting for the next few months when they all have one hand holding their nose? Typing is going to be very slow.

Although I don’t agree with McCain on everything, like his immigration reform plan, I agree with Barrak Obama on absolutely nothing. I have always liked Bob Barr, especially his stand on immigration and the 2nd Ammendment, but he’s got zero chance of being elected. I know people are mad, and want to cast a protest vote for a third-party, but we will be cutting our own throats, and ushering in a country controlled by Obama, Reid and Pellosi. Think about this. You want to see your country go to hell at light-speed? You go ahead and cast that protest vote. Obama as president, backed by a Reid/Pellosi congress can and will do tremendous damage. Your gun rights will be attacked. Your taxes will sky-rocket. The borders will remain opened. Ammnesty WILL be granted. Oh, and we will be back to appeasement with Iran, North Korea, terrorists, etc.

And I am no McCain hack. I am just being pragmatic.

Hi Juan here from Juan’s Tacos. Today I would like to discuss my “taco strategy” My taco strategy is to bring you the lowest price tacos in town. I will suffer no expense that will have to be passed onto my customers. This means no monthly heath inspection, no required license to sell food, and no required regulation from county, state, or federal agencies. Also I will pay absolutely no taxes whatsoever. God bless America and God bless low prices tacos. Visit our website today!

John McCain is a great American, a veteran warrior and fighter who supported the Reagan revolution. John McCain supported the surge strategy in Iraq which our troops have turned into a great success. John McCain supports significant changes to our immigration system that includes increasing border security whilst not providing amnesty. He will nominate conservative judges to the Supreme Court and will provide leadership in obtaining energy independence. For these reasons and more I urge everyone to vote for John McCain this fall.

If you want to undermine our troops and surrender to Islamic jihadists, go ahead and vote for Hussein.

AnonGuy at 2:03 pm, you are absolutely correct!!!

It appears that we must now fight not only the socialist democrats but also the one-issue Republicans. :( Sad thing is, although we must try, we just simply can’t beat ‘em all…:(

Ducky, you misunderstand McCain regarding amnesty for illegals. McCain SUPPORTS amnesty. He just doesn’t call it amnesty. He calls it a pathway to citizenship.

McCain’s idea of a conservative judge is Sandra Day O’Connor. He thinks Alito is too conservative.

McCain served his country and showed great personal courage… 30 years ago. What’s he done lately? Reached out to liberals whilst stabbing conservatives in the back. Do some research, Ducky.

I’ll put in a good word for you, Greg. Why, though, am I thinking you’re not all that broken up about it.

Kind of funny, “Bearing Drift Ohio” is on this list too. He can’t stand McCain and has a Rhino humping an Elephant on his sidebar to represent this year’s primary process.

Methinks someone didn’t do their research all that in depth.

But, I like McCain. I hate some of his decisions in the past, but he is still more conservative than Obama and I trust his national security instincts.

Let’s face it, this race, IMO, is about national security and judges.
