Mexican Mafia: “United States Is Stupid”

By Greg L | 28 June 2008 | Illegal Aliens, Virginia Politics, Crime | 14 Comments

Lax efforts by state and local law enforcement make it easy for not just illegal aliens, but also illegal aliens with a shocking history of violence to remain in Virginia and laugh at our feeble efforts to control our borders and remove illegal aliens from the United States.  Take a recent example, that of Rolando Mota-Campos as reported in the American Chronicle to heart when you hear the next open borders enthusiast try to tell you how it is somehow inhumane to demand that the law be applied fairly to everyone.  This guy has been arrested eleven times, deported three times, and never served more than a thirty day sentence on various charges of abduction, DUI, assault, attempted robbery and domestic violence between 1992 and 2005.  It was only until he threatened to cut the head off of a social worker with a machete that he received a well-deserved 14 1/2 year prison sentence.

“United States is stupid…I come back every time.” Those words were spoken by Mexican national Rolando Mota-Campos to an immigration agent after his 11th arrest in the United States. Incredibly, Mota-Campos has been deported three times and has vowed to return again after completing his prison term and yet another arguably meaningless deportation to Mexico.

Mota-Campos whose face is adorned with a teardrop tattoo, stood in a Norfolk, Va. federal courtroom last October to be sentenced for threatening to cut off a social worker’s head with a machete. U.S. District Judge Henry Coke Morgan Jr. said: “The defendant has expressly stated that he has no respect for the United States and that once deported he will re-enter again and come back to Newport News where his history of alcohol abuse will further endanger the residents of this district.” Judge Morgan sentenced Mota-Campos to 14 1/2 years in prison.

While 42 year old Rolando Mota-Campos’ personal reign of terror is apparently over at least for a few years, it is beyond sickening why this illegal alien with ties to the Mexican Mafia has been able to disregard our border as well as the lives of innocent Americans for 19 years. He first entered this country illegally in 1988.

The courts failed us by displaying a leniency toward this individual that American citizens would never imagine they would be entitled to.  State and local law enforcement failed us by neglecting to check the immigration status of this individual when encountered during any of his frequent drunk driving incidents.  Had any part of our justice system acted in a responsible manner and done the job the American people expect them to do, this thug wouldn’t be displaying such a casual disregard towards the United States, nor would he be telling all his buddies how easy it is to evade the law in the United States and be encouraging them to follow his example.

Instead, many of our federal, state and local officials overly concern themselves with a misplaced sense of unwarranted compassion towards those who flagrantly disobey our laws, which only encourages predators like Rolando Mota-Campos to prey on the American people.  I’d bet that if illegal alien apologists like Gerry Connolly, Dick Saslaw and Ken Stolle had someone like Rolando Mota-Campos living next to them, they might think a little differently, but alas they don’t.

We do, and we’re sick of it. We’re absolutely sick of being “stuck on stupid” like this.

I, unfortunately, agree with that criminal illegal alien. As a Probation & Parole Officer in NOVA, I see time and again judges sentence those that they KNOW TO BE ILLEGAL to 364 days in jail on a serious felony, because they know that a sentence of even one day more will trigger an automatic deportation proceeding. It’s disgusting. Also, the Sentencing Guidelines for VA do not include any provision for increasing the sentence of an illegal. And tehn I get to hear a defense attorney argue that the offender had a “tough life” in their native country, so let them stay, even though they picked up a felony here. It’s shameful.

That’s the kind of crap that the fat broads LOVE! “Poor illegal, who had such a hard life - give him/her a break!” and they get a break. But if a US citizen had a record like this, would they get the same break? Doubt it.

Maybe we can start using this line “Poor American. We had to fight to get a decent wage because the illegals were undercutting us, our neighborhoods turned into trash, and our housing values seriously depreciated.” Think it will work?

I’m afraid there’s a pandemic of “stupid” in the United States. One only needs to peruse the anti-site to see just how dangerously stupid folks can actually be. Mexican Mafia has pretty much got it right, here.

    Hey battle,

Blame the anti-site just like this site for years of history this jack ass accrued before both sites were in existence. So who really is to blame for the inaction in our country? Stupid is as stupid does and the only way to get stuck on stupid is to keep taking swings over opinions when we are ALL in deep Sh$T and need to ask why, LISTEN and MOVE on.

he Politicians like McCain, & Obama indeed most of the Democrats alone with the rest of the open Border pro-illegal Aliens supporters & the media false compassion for Illegal Aliens is sicking. This Nation has 47 millions citizens without medical insurance, Million of our elderly decide between food and medicine every day. Millions of American children live in poverty with no chance at the American dream. Our vets. return from the war that came about by lies from Politicians without proper medical care or treatment. Yet they shower rewards on the Illegal Aliens, Free medical, Welfare, Free schooling for their many children, while Robbing, Raping and Killing American citizens by the thousands! No reward is too great for the ones that break our laws, invaded this country and demand their rights. While raping, robbing, & killing Americans by the thousands each year!

The Politicians try to get the public to believe it is their great Compassion. Bull, it is the money they get from business from supplying them cheap labor paid for by the tax payers on the Republican side and the welfare votes on the Democrat side.

If they really are Compassion and Caring there are Millions of American Citizens that have played by the rules, payed their taxes, obeyed the laws, fought the wars and built this Nation in great need, that the Politicians could use to show their Compassion but Compassion for American citizens does not get either Money or Votes for our Corrupt/Lying Politicians.

The underlying cause of the illegal alien problem is greed, folks. The only people who can solve it are us.

I too work in probation in VA and I often think that if the citizens of Virginia had any idea how incompetent our judges were, they’d freak out….I see all kinds of criminals that should be behind bars and are walking the streets just waiting to commit more crimes. The US is stupid sometimes.

Stupid Fairfax County compared to what-used-to-be Stupid Prince William County:

Pr. William officials say crackdown on illegals reason for crime decline

    David Sherfinski, The Examiner

    WASHINGTON -

Prince William County officials Friday attributed a 19.3 percent decline in crimes against people from 2006 to 2007 to last year’s crackdown on illegal immigrants.

Board of Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart said the major difference between Prince William and other counties where crime is on the rise is the county’s “very aggressive crackdown on illegal immigration.”

“That’s the major difference,” he said. “As illegal immigrants are leaving, our crime rates are decreasing.”

But Nancy Lyall of Mexicans Without Borders, an immigrant advocacy group, said that the declining crime rates are misleading.

“To attribute the crime rate to the [immigrant] resolution is not true,” she said. “It may be impacting the crime rate, but it’s not impacting the crime, especially against the immigrant community. There are a lot of crimes unreported [now] because immigrants are afraid of going to the police.”

Prince William’s homicides declined by 43.8 percent, from 16 to nine, the incidence of rape increased by 33.3 percent, from 21 to 28, robberies declined by 22.5 percent, from 351 to 272, and aggravated assault declined by 18.2 percent, from 379 to 310, said the study released last week.

“That’s a huge reduction in crime in and of itself,” Stewart said.

Fairfax County’s overall crime rate increased by 6 percent from 2006 to 2007, and the county’s violent crime rate increased by 4 percent over the same period.

Stewart also said that the hiring of more police officers helped contribute to the declining crime rate.

Prince William’s overall crime rate — the number of crimes per 1,000 residents — dropped from 21.6 in 2006 to 19.8 in 2007, down from 24.5 in 2004 and 22.8 in 2005.

Some year-to-date crimes against people for 2008 have also declined from last year’s numbers through the same time period.

There have been 1,102 total assaults through May of this year, compared with 1,170 through the same time period for 2007. There have been 86 felony assaults in 2008, down from 153 in 2007, and robberies are down to 78 in 2008 from 103 in 2007.

There were nine rapes in 2007, compared with 10 in 2008, and there were three homicides in 2007, compared with four in 2008.

This is what being stupid in sanctuary cities will get you:

Suspect in triple killing ordered held without bail
    The Associated Press

    SAN FRANCISCO

A suspected gang member charged with killing a father and two of his sons after a minor traffic incident has been ordered held without bail.

Twenty-one-year-old Edwin Ramos of El Sobrante is charged with three counts of murder that each carry the enhancement of being committed as part of a street gang.

He faces the possibility of life without parole or the death penalty if convicted.

Ramos is accused of killing 48-year-old Tony Bologna, and his sons Michael and Matthew after the Bologna’s car blocked Ramos’ car from making a turn onto a narrow San Francisco street.

Authorities say Tony Bologna put his car in reverse to let Ramos pass, and Ramos and his sons were gunned down.

Police say Ramos is a member of the Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, gang.

Immigration authorities say they believe Ramos is in the country illegally and could try to deport him once the case is resolved.

The politicians are so worried about being politically correct that they have watered down the US. Remember how passive we were when the Cole was hit and the first WTC bombing. If we do not stand up and say enough is enough, then we will have 9/11 all over again.

While I”m glad this career criminal is finally behind bars for a half-way decent amount of time, I’m annoyed that we as taxpayers are still paying for his stupid thieving free-loading butt. He’s getting meals and showers and phone calls, etc., more than what many of our vets or homeless are getting. Is there any way we can at least have him transferred to Maricopa Cnty, AZ to join the tent prison? I’d feel a lot better if my tax dollars were going to him being stuck wearing pink underwear, living in the oppressive dessert heat, and only allowed to eat funky bologna sandwiches and watch the Disney channel before we deport his butt via catapult back over the border.

At least with a catapult, we have the added risk of him breaking limb and slowing down his attempts at re-entering a 4th time…
