TTTTP,

Obviously you have separation issues with the person you thought threw you under the bus. That is ok. I will not stoop to your level and continue to have a dialog with you on this. If you feel the need to respond, go ahead because I am through with it.

Thanks so much, I and my entire family will be able to sleep so much better now! Knowing you are now through with it is such a burden lifted off our shoulders. We can now cancel the rest of our conciling sessions scheduled for dealing with this issue!

Again thank you so much for you kindness!

jfk,

I am with you on the bail out. I do not think the Gov't should even help Fannie and Freddie out. They made bad choices during their lending practices and they should have to suffer the consequences of those choices. We have started to protect children in the last decade to the point that they are not responsible for anything they do. If something happens, it is someone else's fault. We should not bail out any bank that made the greedy loans to anyone.

Black Saint, don't forget that banks like Bank of America have made billions of dollars by serving as the conduit of this great wealth transfer. Now they are crying "poor me" because they are getting burned by the mortgage crisis. They should not be bailed out under any circumstances by our government. Let the foreign governments they have helped to prop up assist them.

Get your money out of these banks today! You can check on the internet to find out which banks only accept valid proof of citizenship to open an account, instead of the consulate-issued fake IDs.

The most humane thing for our government to do is deport them all and not break up families. Or better yet stop them at the border.

Plenty of American children are raised by grandparents, aunts, uncles, best friends and they turn out to be fine people. We don't know why his mother left him, now do we? I expect it was for economic reasons for the entire family. My experiences with immigrants tells me this is not unusual or uncommon. History also informs us that children were often not raised by parents.

We also do not know why the child left. Perhaps his guardian died. Obviously if he has accomplished good grades and good citizenship, someone did right in raising him. He seems to have all the values that we admire.

A recent study by the International Monetary fund confirms that remittance is not only is bad for the remittance country but for the country receiving the money. It allows the home country (normally third world nations) to keep from addressing the problems and improving their citizens standard of living and continue the same policies and keeping in power the corrupt government without facing an revolution and demands from citizens for improvements. So, our open borders and amnesty for the invading horde of illegal aliens is not only bad policy for this Nation but perpetrates the poverty and misery in the home countries.

Mexico for many years has encouraging their Criminals and Uneducated peons to pour across our borders and send money home while retaining loyally to the home country (illegal aliens are treated as heroes in their home countries) Mexico's primary economic policy is to send their poverty to the USA for American tax payers to support while having one of the most punitive and enforced immigration policies in the world!

We are now seeing that the Illegal Aliens can not only impact this Nation but the global economy as well. Many of the Sub-Prime loans & defaults were to Illegal Aliens that started the unraveling of the Global Economy! Just like our Declining standard of living, Bankrupt Hospitals, Failing Schools, Welfare costs, Identity fraud, Welfare fraud, Voter fraud, Gangs, Crime, Crowded prisons, Destroyed communities, Exploding population, Congested roads, Pollution, Insurance costs, Balance of payments, (Imported oil etc. to support the illegal alien population) Trashed Constitution and the Rule of Law, they have spread their negative impact across the world.

It looks like with American heading into a very bad recession or more likely an depression, The 100,s of billions the Illegal Aliens are costing American tax payers for free medical, schooling, welfare etc. needs to be spend on American citizens, not invading criminals from third world counties, plus the 40 to 50 billions remittance by Illegal aliens needs to stay in the country to simulate this economy and force Mexico to address their problems!

Last but not least, all Nations immigration policies are is by design & intent suppose to enhance the Nation and its Citizens that immigrated legally, obeyed the laws, paid the taxes, fought the wars and built the nation! Clearly for the reasons numerated above Amnesty for the invading horde of uneducated peons and criminals does not meet this criteria. They certainly must not be used to further the political careens and lust for power of Corrupt/Pandering Politicians like Obama & McCain!

As for the Boy Scouts, “Mando,” cut ‘em some slack ......
Their/Our role is not to enforce immigration laws, but to develop good men of good character.
**********************************************************
The Scouts are a great organization, however, while I agree that their role is not to enforce immigration laws, neither should they be used as a tool to advocate for someone who has broken immigration law.

To do this would send the message that we can look the other way because hey, you’re a nice guy and a friend of mine so no big deal, right?

I would cut these Scouts some slack, but Scout management should not over look the person who leads these Scouts. As for the law breaker, his law breaking mother and the good Senator Weeb (elected to represent law abiding AMERICAN CITIZENS), not one inch of slack.

This practice of putting immigration law on trial every time someone is accused of breaking it must stop. The politicians who work so diligently to circumvent the intent of law in the interest of favor and future votes carry the burdon of their current 9% approval rating.

jfk,

We are already working on second world status with third world not far over the horizon!!! I appreciate the fact the young man joined the scouts and is a young man involved in a grown up situation. If I remember correctly, don’t the scouts promote following the rules? Did he follow the rules to come here? His mom has been here for 8 years and still requires a translator? This is the main problem as I see it, if they would assimilate, the ILLEGAL aliens would have less trouble. Quit drawing attention to yourselves and leave.

TTTTP,

Let it go dude!! Sheesh, I come here to gather information about immigration issues, not read your diatribe about how you think a person is a jerk. Grow up and get over it this isn’t kindergarten anymore. I saw your post on another thread about basically the same thing. Move on to greener pastures. Keep the anti-bvbl bullshit on their site.

No sweat,
I just thought this individual would like the opportunity (with the help a gentle shove) to say the two magic words that usually make everything all right again. But I guess you are probably like 50 times more smarter than me, so maybe from this point forward, you can council me in all areas of my life I would like advise. Seeing as you felt the need to get involved in this matter! Oh by the way, this JERK wasn't the only one that was on that pinko site throwing me under the bus, just the only one I've seen posting here recently. Maybe you can figure out a way for us all to get together and have a love feast! Please have a outline and a rough draft of your plan by the end of next week! As a matte of fact since you are doing all this info gathering about immigration issues I suspect you will have a plan posted on this website by the end of the week to fix that problem completely. I'm sure you will be then moving onto a medical site like something to do with say NIH and be announcing you have a cure for cancer by the end of the week. So I'll thank you in advance for all you do!

How does that speak poorly of his character when he was ten when he did it? A poor reflection on the mother to put him in that position, but not on him. At that age, you do what your parents tell you to do - you know, that whole "obedient" thing.

Congress and their staff have no business getting involved in these matters. No law should be circumvented because a member of Congress got involved. This is exactly why we have never enforced our laws as we should have. I'm sure that Jose has friends and that bespeaks well of him. But he also entered the U.S. illegally and that speaks poorly of his character. "Trustworthy" is the first one of twelve Boy Scout Laws. "Obedient" is the seventh. I hope that he joins the Boy Scouts in El Salvador when he gets deported. He needs it.

It seems that their culture doesn't value or protect children as we do. The age of consent for girls in Mexico is 12. Hispanic respect for women is archaic and abyssmal. Apparently, crimes such as stalking and rape are considered crimes of "passion" and often ignored. The courts overwhelmingly side for the men because they're not held responsible for their "passion".

Well, here's how I feel about it :

Senator Webb, you show your true colors on the issue of immigration. Instead of fighting for the rights of Americans to a decent wage, you're petitioning ICE to let Jose Adrade live here with his crooked family.

I'm going to hold the lecture on illegal immigration in general. You obviously don't really believe in the importance of the issue, your self-serving ponderous appearances on Lou Dobbs Tonight notwithstanding. But I'll give you a short lecture about the way you elitists allow so many people in from El Salvador for no discernable reason.

Every goofball who wants in from El Salvador gets in when your kind grants them amnesties and extensions and protected status every so often. They don't live next to elitists like you. They cut your grass and maybe nanny your children or your rich neighbor's. Where they live is in middle-class and lower-class neighborhoods in DC and the DC suburbs. Frequently they don't assimilate and frequently they make life hell for other people.

But that's okay for you. It's still cheap to get landscaping done in your gated community, and you probably feel really good about helping a boy scout stay here in the US (with his crooked family that came here without him in the first place).

Here's hoping in the next life you have to live with the common people, in a neighborhood full of whoever the elitists above you chose to let in to assuage their feeling of self-worth while degrading American wages. Here's hoping you get the thrill of walking your grandson past MS-13 graffitti everyday as I have. I'm not anti-immigration. But I'm against the way we allow everyone from South and Central America in for no discernable reason. Have a nice life and enjoy your own protected status in your gated community while the common people around you struggle to get by.

Perhaps annexation is the answer.

As for the Boy Scouts, "Mando," cut 'em some slack (full disclosure: I am an Eagle Scout and a BSA leader). Their/Our role is not to enforce immigration laws, but to develop good men of good character. Given their/our yeoman's role in maintaining their standards in the face of atheists/anti-theists and the radical homosexual lobby, I think they've/we've earned it.

jfk,

We are already working on second world status with third world not far over the horizon!!! I appreciate the fact the young man joined the scouts and is a young man involved in a grown up situation. If I remember correctly, don't the scouts promote following the rules? Did he follow the rules to come here? His mom has been here for 8 years and still requires a translator? This is the main problem as I see it, if they would assimilate, the ILLEGAL aliens would have less trouble. Quit drawing attention to yourselves and leave.

TTTTP,

Let it go dude!! Sheesh, I come here to gather information about immigration issues, not read your diatribe about how you think a person is a jerk. Grow up and get over it this isn't kindergarten anymore. I saw your post on another thread about basically the same thing. Move on to greener pastures. Keep the anti-bvbl bullshit on their site.
