Marxists For Illegal Aliens

By Greg L | 28 September 2008 | Illegal Aliens, Virginia Politics | 26 Comments

The Virginia Anarchist Federation is part of the coalition that is diligently working to protect illegal aliens from the consequences of their actions.  Sometimes it’s interesting to browse through the websites of these organizations and see what they’re trying to do, and in this case, it’s pretty revealing.

Dictatorship of the Proletariat

The masses, weighed down by years of reactionary propaganda, do not have the proper revolutionary awareness needed to govern themselves. Therefore, it will be necessary to establish a dictatorship that will guide the masses through the early revolutionary phase that will lay the foundation for a truly self-sustaining and self-governing workers collective. During this period the necessary groundwork would be laid to ensure the long-term success of our endeavors.

The proletariat is the group of people who are propertyless and thus have “nothing to lose but their chains.” The proletariat is the least conservative element of society. The bourgeoisie is the class of people who appropriate the labor of wage workers through their control of the means of production.

Dictatorship is organized force. All governments are dictatorships. When classes are abolished, it may be possible to have no dictatorships because governments will be abolished and replaced by voluntary cooperation. We anarchists admit to having dictatorship governments until we achieve our goal of classlessness. It’s a matter of accountability.

Dictatorship of the proletariat is the government of socialism. Dictatorship of the bourgeoisie is the government of capitalism.

Concretely and with reference to North Amerikan ideas, dictatorship of the proletariat is government implementation of “survival rights” above “property rights.”

The realization that the right to life itself can not be negotiable favors the proletariat. Along with that realization comes the notion that a non-negotiable “right” implies the use of force to protect it from those who profit abusing those so-called rights. The use of force or law backed by force (government) to feed, clothe, shelter and otherwise protect survival rights is dictatorship of the proletariat.

The dictatorship of the proletariat is the most central question of socialism. We do not water it down or evade it. The whole Cultural Revolution in China (1966-1976) was about how to maintain and strengthen the dictatorship of the proletariat so that it would not be corrupted. We communists are not Liberal. We do not tolerate those who put profit or such goals above survival rights. We favor repression or control of such people until the causes of their twisted thought have been removed and bourgeois thought has become completely impossible to the whole people. That will only happen under advanced stages of communism.

Because there is no exploited white working class in North Amerika, The Virginia Anarchist Federation favors the joint dictatorship of the proletariat of the oppressed nations (JDPON). This amounts to putting u.$. imperialism into receivership by something like a proletarian United Nations. The whole dictatorship of the proletariat idea or its current form required as JDPON is a strategy for advance from capitalism toward communism, in which dictatorship is only a stage existing until certain tasks eliminating classes are done.

I somehow seem to recall that this sort of dictatorship kind of lasted pretty much perpetually everywhere communism was attempted.  And these folks want us to take them seriously when they say that amnesty for illegal aliens is a good idea?

Sounds like a bunch of Obama supporters. I hope everyone will join me in rejecting socialism by voting for McCain/Palin this fall.

Absolutely stunning, Greg!! For those of you who haven’t done so yet, click on both of Greg’s links (above) but be prepared for a horrible shock when you do. I wonder which Presidential ticket they’re supporting. :(

    From the People United website:

“Local citizens and immigrants have been meeting since August of last year. Among the events they have organized have been a presentation by Ricardo Juarez of MEXICANS WITHOUT BORDERS attended by 175 people, the first regional immigrant solidarity gathering of the group that later became the Virginia Immigrant People’s Coalition…

Currently the group is preparing a “know-your-rights” and RAID READINESS TRAINING…”

“We support the struggles of all oppressed peoples, even (or especially) when that support is controversial in the small cities where we organize. So if queer liberation or Palestinian self-determination isn’t compatible with your vision for a better world, this might not be the network for you. We want to stop the wars abroad but are not willing to ignore the wars being fought in our own cities. We want to CLOSE PRISONS and OPEN BORDERS. We are working towards the day when we have true security because gross wealth and power disparities have been eliminated. Most importantly, The People United envisions a world where all people have real input into the decisions that directly affect them. We recognize that THIS WORLD WE ENVISION IS NOT LIKLEY UNDER CAPITALISM and though we respect everyone’s choice to vote, we don’t see two-party, corporate-funded electoral politics as the vehicle that will take us there either.”

Hmmm…didn’t the Soviet Union try this for a while? Seems like the people didn’t have much input…

The Peoples Republic of Arlington is run by a Central Committee straight out of the VAF’s ideology. Can there be any surprise that its sanctuary status is highest among its defining social features?

As someone who has studied these groups for many years, I can safely say that their membership numbers are less than the KKK or the American Nazi Party, but the internet has given them a presence much larger than their actual number. And like the KKK and the American Nazis, most of their members are or have been paid informers for the FBI!

Well said Bosun, which makes Greg L.’s frequent attention to these tiny groups (membership in the dozens to few hundreds) all the more odd. If I didn’t know better I would think he was their greatest booster because he gives them a relevance they don’t have. He does them proud.

Greg points these groups out because they all want legalization/citizenship for the millions who came here illegally. They work hand in hand with groups that support illegal aliens.

This just demonstrates the absurd lie that folks like this have any interest in protecting America or it’s people. While they make consistent claims that they really aren’t trying to destroy our nation and our culture, among themselves they talk about being dictators to the proletariat, fostering revolution and destroying capitalism. Go to their rallies, and you see them promoting candidates from the socialist worker’s party and selling books on Marx.

They present themselves as the reasonable folks in the debate, as if closing all prisons and granting amnesty to illegal aliens makes any sense at all. Too bad when these idiots show up at board meetings to bash true patriots we can’t have them answer questions about what they’re really trying to do. They hate america. People need to know this.

Good job of uncovering the truth behind what these people are trying to do. I wish the press would do this.

Complacency is the ally of anarchy. The ability of these small groups to manufacture and orchestrate social chaos should never be underestimated. Their impact is magnified when taken in combination with a plethora of other radical organizations that are better funded and have the equally malevolent goal of the deliberate failure and destabilization of our institutions—be it voter fraud, mortgage disasters or illegal immigration. The truth about the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” was uncovered decades
ago, way before Obama wormed his slimey self into ACORN. Yet, nothing
has been done to stop their tactics. Rudy Giuliani is still cursing them
for the bankruptcy of his city in 1975.

What really, really, REALLY bothers me is that so many just simply do not understand what is going on in our country…and they’re willing to accept a “slick talker”…and that he is…over fact…:(

I agree that under most circumstances crackpot groups such as the Virginia Anarchist Federation this with trivial, meaningless membership levels should be ignored. This difference here is there association with individuals and groups such as Ricardo Juarez and Mexicans Without Borders. Juarez and MWB are accorded “mainstream” status by some local officials, activists, government employments and media. Knowing their affiliations and true leanings is critical for us. Greg does us a public service by digging up this stuff.

Once upon a time, groups like CASA of Maryland, ACORN and LA RAZA where in the “little crackpot” catagory.

Look at them now … getting federal funding … CASA gets fed by tax dollars and Hugo Chavez… and ACORN and LA RAZA might win the pork lottery with this affordable housing trust fund bailout fiasco.

I just love reading that stuff. It’s so retro (like pre-WWI). I would have thought copy like that was long dead. The idea of anarchists trying to organize things is always very amusing. Did it ever occur to anyone that these folks might be kind of like reenactors for Middle European pamphleteers in the late 19th, early 20th Centuries?

And if you let Obama win by continuing to call for McCain’s defeat, you will almost garantee that these fringe leftist organizations are granted main-stream status. If this isn’t abundantly clear to you by now, then I hope you are listening for the “pop”. You know, the sound your head makes when you pull it out from where it is currently stuck.

If John McCain is elected, these organizations have “bi-partisan appeal”… like I’ve said before, if Obama is President, he can’t get it passed, Senate Republicans will block it and red-state Democrats will not be able to vote for it. If its McCain… Republicans will let him have it, and red-state Democrats are being bi-partisan.

I’m not voting for Obama… but I’m not voting for McCain.

    1,100 arrested in California
    from USA today
SANTA ANA, California (AP) — U.S. immigration authorities said Monday they arrested more than 1,150 people in California in a three-week sweep, the state’s largest of its type since since 2003.
The sweep targeted immigration violators including those who have ignored deportation orders or returned to the U.S. illegally after being deported.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Virginia Kice said it was the largest such action by fugitive enforcement teams in California since the squads were formed in 2003.

Kice said of the 1,157 immigrants arrested statewide, 595 had outstanding deportation orders and 346 had prior criminal convictions. Those arrested were from 34 countries, she said.

The raids, which ended Saturday, produced 436 arrests in the San Francisco area, 420 in the Los Angeles area and 301 in the San Diego area.
