Putting the code section on the sign would be helpful as well, so the officer knows what to write on the summons.

I would suspect that that those people who live in Irongate (who do the jobs Americans won’t) are just advertising that they are there and available when needed.) sarcasim

Since we seldom hear of anyone getting caught in the act of putting up gang graffiti, maybe the county should do some “tagging” of their own by putting up signs in graffiti prone areas citing the penalty for the act and offer a reward to anyone turning in the “artist.”

How nice! Spraying graffiti more rewarding to them than reading to kindergarten students after school, teaching neighborhood kids how to play flag football, or collecting clothes for the ACTS homeless shelter

Just for clarification, the above photos are from Irongate. The first photo is a new tagging, and the last two photos are of the gang graffiti we cleaned up yesterday. Because the initial gang graffiti wasn’t cleaned up, they continued to tag elsewhere in Irongate.

With respect to the Sudley gang graffiti, the Homeowner’s Association has been notified by Property Code Enforcement of the gang graffiti on the brick walls, and the notices to the homeowner’s of the wooden fences that have gang graffiti are being handed out by Property Code Enforcement.

Once the notices are given to the homeowner’s in Sudley, we can go out and take care of those as well.
