For the second time in three years, the Osbourn Eagles of Manassas will go to the state championships, which they won in 2006. Congrats to the team, and I hope lost of folks can get down to Blacksburg next Saturday and root for the team.
Osbourn crushed in the semi-finals, with Senior Jerell McFadden having a standout day, as the MJM noted:
“We’re not finished yet,” Osbourn senior Jerell McFadden said. “We’ve got one more to win.” McFadden played a key role in this victory. He totaled 229 yards, 157 rushing and scored five touchdowns.
