Say It Aint So: Another Illegal Alien Rapes A Child

By Greg L | 17 February 2009 | Illegal Aliens, Crime, Prince William County | 48 Comments

An eight year old girl is the latest victim of illegal alien crime in Virginia as reported by the News & Messenger.    According to Prince William County Police, Marcos Danilo Reyes Banegas, an illegal alien from Honduras has joined the legions of approximately 700,000 illegal alien fugitives who have yet to be located, and is wanted on charges of rape, forcible sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties with a minor.

Police said Marcos Danilo Reyes Banegas is accused of raping the child in Woodbridge on Monday, said Prince William County police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

Police said Reyes Banegas is an acquaintance of girl.

Hernandez said the man has ties to the Woodbridge, Alexandria, and Gaithersburg, Md.

Police have obtained warrants charging Reyes Banegas with rape, forcible sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties with a minor, Hernandez said.

He is about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 154 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

Hernandez said he is driving a dark gray four-door 2004 Pontiac Grand Am sedan with Maryland registration “2DWK45.”

Hernandez said because of his immigration status Reyes Banegas may try to flee the country.

This kind of horrible outrage has become distressingly common.  The reluctance of our government at the state and federal levels to fulfill their responsibilities to the American public has once again made it possible for another young child to be sexually abused by someone who shouldn’t have been here.  The parents of this young girl should be absolutely furious at our government officials for the complicity through neglect they have committed, making this crime possible.

The parents should also be outraged at the employers who gamble with the safety of our communities in order to profit from their cheap illegal alien labor.  They saved a few dollars in lower wages, and benefits and taxes that weren’t paid for illegal alien employees.  This little girl ended up paying a huge price instead, like so many others, some of whom were as young as four years old. May they choke on their ill-gotten unlawful profits.

I hope the conscience of the employer who facilitated the unlawful presence of Marcos Danilo Reyes Banegas is deeply troubled this evening.  It should be.

I agree. Employers of illegals, while not perpetrating the crime are quilty of abetting by the gleam of cheap labor as a means of selling out their city, the people and their country. This is just another illegal doing a job 99.999% of Americans won’t do.

I watched the Manassas Park march for “rights” yet wonder why, if Ms. Dominguez was so abused, she has yet to file charges against the police? Another rush to judgement at the expense of a police officer just doing his job; another tear at the essence of America? Rights? Where was the “rights” for this child who will suffer eternal damage forever? Now I ask, where is the march for “rights” for her? Where are the cries of “abuse”?

Where is the care and concern for the bad 287g program that will rid the area and the country of a predator, a piece of trash, a scum so vile that the latinos will simply ignore it for the “bigger picture” of wanting Obama to help them but not the child or the capture, prosecution and deportation of this illegal? Or do they really want him turned back into the community?

Those who support illegals are two-faced and back stabbers - nothing less. Those who support repeal of the 287g program only want criminals back in the community to prey on us again.

WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE BY THE LATINOS FOR THIS LITTLE GIRL? Funny, I thought I heard a pin drop, did you?

There will be none publicly. Yes, there will be sympathy for the victim and her family among the Latinos (and gringos) but you will not see a public display. “What happens here, stays here.” This is the mind set of of the Latinos (especially if the are here illegaly but it also applies to the legals too). What is the status of the victim’s family. I would venture a guess that they too are here illegally and are trying to keep a low profile. I may be wrong and if so, I apologize. We will continue to have this situation throughout this country because we don’t know who is here. The Government appears to care less about our borders, and touts the need for more foriegn workers. One of the “think tanks” estimated that there are approximately 500,00 to 1,000,000 illegal alien criminals NOW in this country because of the open borders. Until there is a sincere move to rid this country of the illegals and to catch and prosecute the criminals in the process, things will not change and we will have a growing criminal presence. The present state of the economy and as it gets worse will cause an increase in crime. I would like to see the latest statistics on Latino crime in PWC since the 287g program and the “resolution” went into effect. Want to bet there has been an increase Latino crime?

    Anonymous,

You won’t see an increase in Latino crime because the majority of Latino’s “race” is listed as White (Non-Hispanic). You only need to look at the arrest report of the El Salvadoran woman in Manassas Park to see that she is listed this way. Virginia doesn’t keep accurate records of “Hispanic” criminals.

At this point, the only time I will be outraged over illegals committing crime is when the victim is a non illegal, or not associated with the illegal.

How many times have we heard from people who say they are legal, but they have illegals in their families and that is why they support amnesty or do not support attempts to crack down on illegals? Too many times.

Those families are just asking for something like this to happen.

I was snickering over the statistic about 500,000 to 1,000,000 illegal criminals. Every illegal is a criminal. The only thing all illegals have in common is that they are willing to break the law to get what they want. Maybe most will stop at only breaking our immigration laws. Maybe some will stop at stealing your bike or your car. But as this story illustrates, some draw NO line–not even when it comes to children.

How about the $78 million those pieces of waste matter, illegals have been awarded in the Arizona Ranch federal case? Usually, on appeal these awards are lowered. Let’s see what happens in this miscarriage of justice case.

Isn’t it ironic that the two Border Patrol Agents were released from prison at the same time as the rancher lost his case involving illegal aliens?

Here’s the link to the outcome of the illegal alien invader lawsuit in Arizona:

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/feb/17/jury-rancher-did-not-violate-mexicans-rights/

A portion of the article follows:

A federal jury on Tuesday afternoon ruled that an Arizona rancher did not violate the civil rights of 16 Mexican nationals he detained at gunpoint after they had snuck illegally into the United States in 2004, but the jury awarded $78,000 in actual and punitive damages to six of the illegal immigrants on claims of assault and infliction of emotional distress.

After a nine-day trial, the eight-person jury — four men and four women — returned the verdict in U.S. District Court in Tucson, Ariz., after a day and a half of deliberation, also tossing charges of false imprisonment, battery and conspiracy against Douglas, Ariz., rancher Roger Barnett. Most of the award, about $60,000, was for punitive damages.

I certainly could not have been thinking about the stimulus package as that is in billions and I think that I saw some place on the web where we will soon be dealing with quadrillions. I did not read that blurb so I do not know exactly to what they were referring, but would guess that it was federal expenditures.

During the trial, documents were uncovered determing the fact that the Mexican government was behind the lawsuit against the rancher. I don’t know what it is going to take to wake the American citizens up, but there is so much more to illegal immigration than aliens looking for work.

Americans are furious, American citizens are unemployed in record numbers, law abiding American citizens go without medical care; all while illegal aliens bilk our country. Neither our political system or our free market economy has come close to addressing this major issue. I doubt the trillion dollar stumulus package even requires contractors receiving stimulus money to hire our citizens. Wouldn’t that be something, all of these new great infrastructure projects being built by illegal aliens while our citizens remain unemployed.

To qualify as a voter, one should be, first, a natural born citizen, second, between the ages of 35 - 65, and third, have a net worth of at least $50,000,000.

That one can believe that the voting masses will elect responsible officials who will direct their efforts to the best interest of the Nation is just nonsense and lunacy.

Indeed, what WILL IT TAKE for US citizens to wake up, sit up, stand up and speak up!! So far, most Americans are doing the right thing…turning and turning the other cheek. I do believe many Americans HAVE awoken from the slumber and need direction towards involvement. The situation many of us find our own states in and look out over the nation, is overwhelming. Fear causes one to bury his head in the sand. Denial causes one to think all is well. Comfort has hindered us from responding to the call to action. Busyness causes us to be distracted. Dependancy has caused many to give their pwoer to others Apathy and narcissum is a disease that has spread to epidemic levels amongst us.

The Patriot - one who loves his country and upholds its interests, will carry the banner for others to see and will lead the march of freedom.

E-verify was removed from the final bill through no fault of Senator Jeff Sessions (R-SC) and Senator Vitter (R-LA.) They fought a hard fight to protect American workers by requiring E-verify be in the bill. This now means that illegal aliens CAN BE HIRED to the detrement of American workers. verify is due to expire and the DEMONCRATS in the House and Senate want it to and did not allow a vote to extend it. E-verify is 99.5 percent accurate in indicating who is using false documentation and not allowed to work in this country. Last year we lost 2.5 million American jobs, yet we gave out 1.5 million visas to foreing workers. GO FIGURE!

Being a natural born citizen is often overrated. My granny was never so happy as when she was became an American citizen. Of course, she was a legal immigrant, who learned to speak English, paid her taxes, and was gainfully employed. Never had so much as a parking ticket. Once a citizen, never missed voting in any election. That was part of what made America desirable. She came from a country where there were no elections. No choices. Legal immigration is great. Illegal immigration is in total violation of the law of the land. It’s not that difficult to distinguish between the right way and the wrong way to come to America. That’s what I don’t get about the Anti site - they are advocating breaking the law. But sometimes I feel like some of the people on this site are a bit too anti-immigration, in general. There is a right way and a wrong way to become American, and a right way and a wrong way to enter the country. Anyone who is an American or on the legitimate path to becoming an American is probably okay with me.

I do wonder how those liberal elitists on the anti-site would respond if a few illegals loitered in from of their property and trashed it? But then, they ought to be providing room and board in their own home for at least 5 or 6 of those hard working illegals. Maybe they could provide both bail and then housing in one of their homes for the alleged rapist!

One of them posted that illegals are only responsible for only 1.6% of all crimes committed. Sure would like to know the source of that number and if the same crimes were entered into both the numerator and denominator to arrive at that 1.6%

Would not be surprised if the number was just wrong or at least a misrepresentation.

The latest nonsense on the anti board is some article in the Washington Post that said only a small percentage of those illegal aliens rounded up are actually deported. So, the moonbats on the anti board are saying that means we shouldn’t be rounding up any illegal aliens or attempting to deport them since only a small percentage of them end up being deported. This is like saying if only a small percentage of criminals get caught, we should stop catching criminals since it doesn’t work and costs too much money.

I propose we purchase the houses on either side of the moonbats’ houses, and set them up as boarding houses for illegals - overcrowding them to 3 or 4 times what they should have, and then see how they like it! Would be a good social experiment. Need to make sure the people in those boarding houses all work different hours and come and go at all times of the day and night, speaking loudly outside, honking horns when their rides come to pick them up at 3 AM in the morning, etc. etc.

I think it is wrong that Casa and La Raza receives tax payer funds.
I think it is wrong if any stimulus funds go to illegals.
I think it is wrong that illegals have been granted civil rights and have the right to sue citizens.
I think it is wrong to grant them amnesty - and they are now beginning to launch a campaign to make amnesty a reality. The current crop of elected House and Senate members guarantees amnesty to all illegals here now. And that number is far greater than the 12 to 20 million number they keep pumping out to us.

One ofter hears the message that what is first happening in California usually ends up happening later in the rest of the Country.

Saw a blurb on the web where California is now losing population. The article then gave an example of a citizen, an engineer, who was leaving California to settle in Colorado.

Multiply the taxes paid by those leaving and I would bet that you will come up with a nice big number. Are the taxes paid by this group greater or less than their social costs? I would bet that their net tax contribution to California is positive.

Then, consider the number of illegals already there and still coming. Add the amount of taxes they absorb in welfare costs and the cost of their crimes and money given to groups like Casa and La Raza. Are the taxes paid by the illegal group greater or less than their social costs? I would bet that their net tax contribution is negative.
So, if this lunacy bankrupts California, the feds. will soon be bailing out California. But, wait - maybe its current liberal population, the current illegals, and the mostly illegal, new arrivals will have a referendum to vote to allow themselves to be annexed by Mexico. Who knows? After all, Austrian emigrants are rather skilled at implementing annexations!

As one of the posters over on the anti site stated: I believe in cost/benefit analysis.

Just was listening to the great - Liberalism is a Mental Disorder - Michael Savage. The subject he covered at the time I was listening was the California budget issue. He mentioned that there were no cuts in the programs that dealt with illegal aliens. That’s so heart warming to know that their liberal legislators had the backbone and courage to keep funding the illegals by raising the taxes on the honest, hard working California taxpayers. I’m sure the taxpayers are just more than thrill by it all. Maybe one of those movie producers can do a Profiles in Courage on the subject.

Mr. Savage also mentioned that these taxpayers are fed up and are leaving for other states.

Hilarious post..Which anti is it? I’m curious to know. that BMI is far over the requirement for a female, 27 or so is overweight so that’s pretty high.

I’ve always felt they sat at home and ate all day, this just proves that point.

The “ZITS” on the other site are already badmouthing THE MAN. Took them longer than I though it would.

zit - a pimple that pops up now and then and is filled with puss and poison.
    Fits them to a “T”.

Let’s change their names from “fat broads” to ZITS! Maybe BIG zits would be more appropriate? :)

How come we haven’t heard from “I Bleed Obama Blue”?

He’s taking a dump and getting rid of some of that blue.

Maybe he is too embarrassed to show up after Biden was not able to recall a website address on a live TV interview and obama claimed America invented the automobile during his campagin speech last night.
