Marcos Banegas Still A Fugitive

Among the more than 500,000 illegal alien absconders that law enforcement are trying to locate is Marcos Danilo Reyes Banegas, who made the “Prince William Fugitive Of The Week” today. Banegas, an illegal alien from Honduras, is wanted for the rape of an eight year old Woodbridge girl this past February. They might want to add some folks to the “wanted” list here who helped to make this crime possible, causing yet another fugitive illegal alien running amok in the United States. Right now, Banegas’ enablers have gotten off scott free.
First is his employer. Banegas is reported to have been employed by a (so far unidentified) local hair salon where he was a hair stylist. Police seem to be shielding this employer from identification, an employer who violated the law in order to make a quick buck and whom law enforcement should be prosecuting instead of protecting. If law enforcement is going to protect criminals instead of enforce the law, at least there’s a slim opportunity for the victim’s family to seek civil remedies as this illegal alien wouldn’t have been here to commit his crime unless he had the opportunity to obtain unlawful employment.
Second are the law enforcement authorities in Montgomery County, Maryland. In 2008 Banegas was arrested in that jurisdiction on charges of disorderly conduct and second degree assault. Not surprisingly for the People’s Republic of Montgomery County, not only was his legal status never checked, but the State’s Attorney never even pursued the charges. They had this guy and could have prevented an eight year old girl from suffering the horror being forcibly sodomized, raped and sexually asaulted, if only they had exercized any level of responsibility and gotten this predator deported. Instead, they let him go.
Alas, those that enable illegal alien child predators to be and remain within our midst are criminals equally deserving of prosecution and liability as the illegal alien child predators themselves. Without them, we wouldn’t have these horrific stories constantly assaulting our sensibilities. Banegas might be joining the ranks of the upwards of half a million illegal alien fugitives in the United States, but their employers who unlawfully hire them and the public employees who turn a blind eye to the lawlessness they see every day comprise a pretty substantial population of people we also should be cracking down on.

you know, when i was a child i actually wanted to be a policeman or the president or some other political office. now i have nothing but the utmost contempt for politicians. but since PWC started getting off their collective asses and out of the DD there on 28, i tend to side with the cops a little more these days. not much but a little.
but then again my opinion doesn’t matter because i am nothing more than a lowly tax payer and voter….lol.

Justice served - as long as the crime doesn’t impact one of the anti’s, it most likely means that they hope that he walks” away a free illegal.
