No court has ordered Obama records - college transcripts or otherwise - to be released.

There is no “group” named “Americans for Freedom of Information”.

How do we know that this Occidental Records post was not created by Obama supporters wishing to discredit those that want solid, irrefutable answers to his record and eligibility?
Lefty blogs have been flogging this thing as all the “proof ‘ they need that the opposition has nothing on Obama but baseless conspiracies.

IMHO, Sotomayor is lying her way into a position of power and trust just as Obama did….presenting themselves as middle road moderates despite their records and histories.

AP-WASH DC - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obamas qualifications for presidency the group Americans for Freedom of Information has released copies of President Obamas college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today the transcript indicates that Obama under the name Barry Soetoro received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. To qualify for the scholarship a student must claim foreign citizenship.

In a White House interview with The Associated Press, the president also said, “I don’t think that hiring on the basis of race … alone is constitutionally possible.” Obama, a former teacher of constitutional law, said, “I’ve always believe that affirmative action was less of an issue or should be less of an issue than it has been made out to be in news reports.”

Yes, I am one of Webb’s staffers. That’s why I rated him a C-. That’s why I said that he doesn’t really stand for much of anything. That’s why I said I see no reason to favor his re-election. That’s why I sad that he was pretty lackluster.

I am not sure what you do for a living. However, I hope that Webb’s staffers do a better job with their employment than you do with your job. You obviously can’t read and then assimilate what you read into a cogent understanding of the written material.

I am not a Webb staffer. I am not even a Webb supporter. That much should have been clear from a second grader’s reading of my comments.

My only point is that Jim Webb hardly represents a clear and present danger to the conservative cause. Barack Obama? Clear and Present Danger. Gerry Connelloy? Clear and Present Danger. Creigh Deeds (if elected)? Clear and present danger. Janet Howell? Clear and present danger.

But Jim Webb? He’s just not that big a problem

Fran, I’m no fan of the hate crime concept…Hate crime is duckspeak for thought crime. It’s not about physical assault, but what one thinks. Equivalent to the Orwellian newspeak term crimethink.

No matter who Holder allows on his hate crimes list or who he omits … the message is clear. He is dividing everyone into two groups:

Criminals and victims.

Sotomayor said she hopes the threat of a lawsuit will be enough to persuade the Supreme Court to reverse its ruling.

Doesn’t this thinking go along with the recent Puerto Rican Education and Defense fund decision to sue the City of Manassas over the “family” ruling? Unfortunately, the City caved.

Webb was more of a reaction to George Allen than a “pro-action” to anything. Next year’s election should be very interesting. Webb seems like a good guy who doesn’t really stand for much of anything. He is a man with patriotic credentials. I’d be happy to elect him as “Uncle At Large” to all of Virginia’s children. However, unless he starts taking observable stands on the issues, I see no reason to favor his re-election. But I must now also put forth my mandatory “McCain Caveat” - candidates don’t run against a perfect alternative they run against the other candidate. Webb is pretty lackluster. But who knows what kind of candidate the Republicans will nominate. And Webb’s lack of zeal is about a C- level problem. It would be great to have somebody more aggressively representing Virginia in that Senate seat. But he’s hardly a crisis.
